Was supposed to be a steak sandwich with NO mayo
    Adam C.

Used to be good, but the recent employee hires have made it bad. The last few times I've been there,my food was incorrect.I used to work in a restaurant So I understand people make mistakes but when it's every single time is a different story. What made me do this review Is I ordered a steak sandwich with no mayo and no cheese and a bowl of chilli. I was running a bit late for work so I couldn't eat it there like I usually do..First off the dude hands me my sandwich with no chilli, then I get to work and open my sandwich to see mayo as the main topping they used. Sorry I can only waste so much money before enough is enough, this location has permanently lost my business and I will be sure to tell my other coworkers to avoid it as well.

My wife, once again, loves this place. They have a few subs I enjoy not really being a sub guy. She gets the Engineer and I stick with chicken or the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket both really good. Staff always friendly and they have 4 to 5 people working even during slower times. A step up from Subway or many food places that run Skelton crews. Place is clean, has two TVs playing sports and nice bathrooms. A bit pricey but the food and service are better due to that.

It took a long time, but it was worth the wait. You know when you show up at the sandwich place and the line is long. The food must be good. I've been to several firehouse subs, but for some reason this one stood out. The sandwich was, absolutely perfect.

I really enjoy Firehouse subs. I'm a frequent customer since there is one by my office. Today a friend and I decided to stop in to grab lunch. We both ordered a medium sandwich and a side dish. We took it to go. When we got back to my place, ten minutes away, my friend realized he was given the wrong sandwich so we decided to go back. When we got back to the store, my food and his was cold on top of having the wrong order. We told the manager we would like both of our orders remade so that we could enjoy the meal together as planned. A Firehouse Sub is not good cold, hence the name and branding of the company. The manager insisted that he hadn't made a mistake and that he was being generous by fixing my friend's sandwich. He refused to acknowledge the fact that we had to come back and ALL of the food was now cold! He gave us tons of attitude and kept taking in circles about how he can't serve us and that he did not make a mistake when he in fact did. Eventually we just demanded our money back because the food was ice cold at this point and he didn't care about making us a new meal despite it being his fault. I will not return to this location. Management here is horrible.

Will never get anything from here again. Placed an order for pickup for a tuna sandwich, no cheese add banana peppers. Literally came with tuna and banana peppers and nothing else. This is a sad excuse for a $7 sandwich.

Here to get another delicious sandwich! Yummm!

Great selection of sandwiches and they load them up with stuff. A few dollars more than a subway, but WAY better and worth it.

Unfortunately, not so much. One of us got the "Elvis Keith" and the other got the "Aaron Nunez." The first thing we wish we never saw were the calorie amounts in these things! Over 1,200 calories per sandwich!! That guaranteed we were only going to be eating half each. Our first issue was with the bread: it tasted supermarket quality and definitely seemed like frozen-to-oven situation. Toppings, etc. were OK, but nothing felt like "Wow, now *this* is a sandwich!" It just felt like elevated Subway TBH. We did get a side of fries that were decent, and our daughter ended up with some mozzarella sticks that were not very good. The staff was friendly and while the place was clean-ish, it felt kind of dumpy and sad-looking. Our food also took quite a while to come out considering that we were the only customers there. We felt like we gave it a go, but we're not going to waste our calories here again in the future. Three stars.

I went with the passion fruit (maracuyá) juice and it was delicious. I ordered the cachapa with grilled beef and it was amazing, I loved it. She let us know the tupepito was a popular item, and the sweet plantain was a favorite among people that liked salty and sweet things. So of course we had to order those! I was looking online, and pepitos seem to be more like sandwiches, but the ones here reminded me more of a mix of a flatbread and taco. And it was delicious and so filling! They give a lot of meat and toppings so I definitely think it's worth it. And the sauces are delicious. They provide garlic, corn, ketchup, bacon, chipotle, and cheese sauce so you have so many ways to mix and match and experience different flavors between bites. But my personal favorites were the corn, garlic, and chipotle. I also saw they have cachapas and tequeños on the menu, so will have to try that some time too! They also have burgers but idk if anyone really comes here for the burgers when there are so many other specialized items on the menu.

So in the last two weeks, I've been back exactly four times. My first introduction was the Croissant Scramble with chicken and veggies inside, with the Arnold Palmer. My friend got the Croissant Scramble with brisket. The presentation of the croissants when brought to the table blew me away. It was wrapped up in the cutest paper with the ends twisted. The topic of conversation was how good the croissants were. Before we left, we ordered some delicious cookies. The chocolate chips were yummy. So I went the following day and grabbed some pastries! One in particular was the Pecan Bar. The following week, another friend and I stopped in for the Chicken Pesto Omelet. I like that the fire-roasted bell peppers and onions are cooked, if that's the right word. But l have to tell you, the Mexican Hot Chocolate drink brings on the flavor, as does the ice-cold Mocha. Of course, we got the Pecan Bar for dessert. So yes, I went back yesterday for the Almond Croissant. I know, I know!
