I LOVE Cane's. The food is always great, and honestly one of the reasons I choose Cane's so often is because they're usually insanely quick. This location, though, is by far the slowest Cane's I've ever been to, possibly the slowest fast-food restaurant I've ever been to. I'm literally writing this Yelp review while sitting here waiting because it's taking that long. Almost 20 minutes for a Cane's order is crazy. For chicken that has not only gone up in price significantly over the years, I am VERY disappointed to say the least because if you're gonna raise the prices to what they are now at LEAST keep the quality of what it was or continue to improve. 2/10 dont recommend, at least this location. read more

I love Cane's but this location is just too inconsistent with their food (quality/portions, etc.). My review is based on take-away only. Ordered a box combo and a couple of the pieces were about half the size of the other two. I also subbed out my toast for some extra fries and it felt like they just took some fries from my wife's container (which felt like it had way less than normal) and gave them to me. Taste-wise the food was solid, but although the chicken was still warm, it wasn't particularly crispy (I live 10 minutes from this location and I picked it up as it was being boxed, so my food should've survived the journey better). I'd give them a 3.5 star review if I could, as it's still Cane's, but this location just doesn't guarantee it's going to hit the spot. read more

It feels like it would be a pleasant place to work, unlike a lot of fast food joints, so I like to support that. But mostly I come here for the food. The sauce makes good stuff even better. My one quibble is the lack of a snack size option. You can always put together an a la carte meal--and I've been known to order a kid's meal (supposedly for 12 and under) and no one seems to mind. But it does feel like quality has slipped a little from our last in restaurant visit. The tenders, which were not big to begin with, were now smaller than it's been in the past. The fries were pretty average and the Texas toast was dense and dry. Before it was toasted perfectly and fluffy/ airy on the inside. The overall experience can be classified as less than exceptional. The transactional aspect was congenial but that was soon eclipsed when I got home to realize my order was not correct. On top of that, the sweet tea was off (chemical like.) I dumped the majority down the drain but quickly realized I had better save some just in case something is in fact wrong. I did contact the store back and the manager was accommodating and offer to replace (not 100% clear if that means the forgotten item(s) or the entire meal/order which ultimately ended up ruining/affecting the whole ordeal. Note: I did not mention the tea during the call because the fact that something was off became apparent after the call.) When it comes down to food service, safety there is no margin of error allowed. It is the establishment responsibility to ensure order(s) are accurate and food is fresh and healthy to consume. Beware of businesses these days as there appears to a disregard for excellence. I mostly likely will never return to this location. Usually these guys are good, but y'all really blew it with the last order. We ordered a 25-piece tailgater through DoorDash. Just received it about 20 minutes ago. All tailgaters come with several cups (8 to 10, usually) of Cane's sauce (which is, frankly, the main reason for getting Cane's - chicken finger joints are a dime a dozen around here, but the sauce is awesome). This time, the order did not come with any Cane's sauce. Not a single cup. What I did get, however, was 25 (count 'em) packets of ketchup. One for each chicken finger. Someone has a very weird sense of humor. I don't need ketchup with my chicken fingers. I don't LIKE ketchup with my chicken fingers. I actually rummaged around in my fridge and found a packet of Church's creamy jalapeno sauce and am dunking my Cane's fingers in that. The food is ALWAYS hot and I've rarely had to wait for my food. This location is consistent with the fresh. I don't think i've walked in to this place with dirty tables. This is the best fried chicken ever! I always look forward to coming here. Their sauces and fries are also great. I heard them yelling across the room to us and other people trying to sit down inside though, saying that they were open for takeout only.
