I spent 60$ for overpriced chicken that tasted and smelled like nothing but overpowering charcoal, tenders that are half the size they used to be, and breading that falls off within a touch. The fries in my family's meals were cold and salty, the coleslaw was watery and not fresh, and on top of it all the toast was cold. For chicken that has not only gone up in price significantly over the years, I am VERY disappointed to say the least because if you're gonna raise the prices to what they are now at LEAST keep the quality of what it was or continue to improve. 2/10 dont recommend, at least this location. read more

I love Cane's but this location is just too inconsistent with their food (quality/portions, etc.). My review is based on take-away only. Ordered a box combo and a couple of the pieces were about half the size of the other two. I also subbed out my toast for some extra fries and it felt like they just took some fries from my wife's container (which felt like it had way less than normal) and gave them to me. Taste-wise the food was solid, but although the chicken was still warm, it wasn't particularly crispy (I live 10 minutes from this location and I picked it up as it was being boxed, so my food should've survived the journey better). I'd give them a 3.5 star review if I could, as it's still Cane's, but this location just doesn't guarantee it's going to hit the spot. read more

The food is always very fresh and hot, and the employees always seem unusually friendly and cheerful, and it's always very clean. It feels like it would be a pleasant place to work, unlike a lot of fast food joints, so I like to support that. But mostly I come here for the food. The sauce makes good stuff even better. My one quibble is the lack of a snack size option. You can always put together an a la carte meal--and I've been known to order a kid's meal (supposedly for 12 and under) and no one seems to mind. At least one employee is likely to check in with you while you eat. Nice touch! read more

I did contact the store back and the manager was accommodating and offer to replace (not 100% clear if that means the forgotten item(s) or the entire meal/order which ultimately ended up ruining/affecting the whole ordeal. Note: I did not mention the tea during the call because the fact that something was off became apparent after the call.) When it comes down to food service, safety there is no margin of error allowed. It is the establishment responsibility to ensure order(s) are accurate and food is fresh and healthy to consume. Beware of businesses these days as there appears to a disregard for excellence. I mostly likely will never return to this location. "One Love" is the motto signifying 'Focus' 'Quality' 'Community' but it should include the individual "customer" experience. read more

Just a note- over the last year and a half, we've done takeout from this location and the round rock location and these tenders and fries don't travel very well. We finally went in and ate on location. Service was really good and the food came fast. The tenders tasted as good as it's always been. But it does feel like quality has slipped a little from our last in restaurant visit. The tenders, which were not big to begin with, were now smaller than it's been in the past. The fries were pretty average and the Texas toast was dense and dry. Before it was toasted perfectly and fluffy/ airy on the inside. The tenders are still my fav on the 'original/regular tenders' category so I'll be back and I'm hoping it was a one off thing as all of my past visits has been very positive. read more

Cane's never disappoints. They have such a limited menu but it works, cause they always get it right. Service is outstanding especially for a fast food. I prefer to go to local restaurants, but every now and then I just need a quick meal that will make my kids happy and Cane's got it. One of my absolute favorite things about their food is that it's still hot when we get home. Not sure since it was warm and in a to go container inside a plastic bag that it just got soggy. I drove straight home after getting the meal. The breading on the chicken was coming off the chicken fingers and fries were soggy. The Cane sauce was ok. I added Louisiana hot sauce packets to it to spice it up. The Texas toast wasn't toasted on both sides or at least fully toasted on one side. I really wanted to like the place. The young lady in the drive thru was nice. Usually these guys are good, but y'all really blew it with the last order. We ordered a 25-piece tailgater through DoorDash. Just received it about 20 minutes ago. All tailgaters come with several cups (8 to 10, usually) of Cane's sauce (which is, frankly, the main reason for getting Cane's - chicken finger joints are a dime a dozen around here, but the sauce is awesome). This time, the order did not come with any Cane's sauce. Not a single cup. What I did get, however, was 25 (count 'em) packets of ketchup. One for each chicken finger. Someone has a very weird sense of humor. I don't need ketchup with my chicken fingers. I don't LIKE ketchup with my chicken fingers. I actually rummaged around in my fridge and found a packet of Church's creamy jalapeno sauce and am dunking my Cane's fingers in that. We contacted DoorDash and they waived the fees (plus an extra $5 for our troubles), but, seriously, what the hell? I am really disappointed in you guys right now. read more

I've had a fair share of experience here and it's always good. The ambiance is very good! I work at a burger place and I envy the energy these employees give off. Even to the customers! The food is ALWAYS hot and I've rarely had to wait for my food. This location is consistent with the fresh. I don't think i've walked in to this place with dirty tables. Even if there is, there's an employee right behind me to clean them for us! I hope the one next to my new apartment gets this way. read more

I ordered the Caniac with no slaw extra fries, sauce and a lemonade.
