Ordered online....a meatball sub and a steamer. According to the description, the Steamer comes with corned beef, pastrami, provolone cheese, mustard, mayo and Italian dressing. I requested no mayo. When my husband opened the package, he found two pieces of bread and meat. That was it. No cheese. No condiments. Not even a pickle spear. I called the restaurant and was met with silence on the other end of the phone. She then went on to say she always puts cheese on the sandwich. It was like I was fabricating the whole story. It's not on the menu anymore but it's the best turkey and roast beef sandwich around and they still make it. Make sure you get it fully involved. Need a second choice? Do you have the afternoon off? Perception is REALITY! I visited this location and was dissatisfied with the sandwich that I received as the toppings were very sparse. I immediately reported this to customer service but never received the promised response. Upon a follow-up call to customer service, I finally received a call from the owner named Chris who was a total jerk and had no interest in my experience. He introduced himself with a frown in his voice, had a negative tone and rudely replied throughout our short exchange with "uh-huh's" as if I was bothering him because he totally had no interest in conversing with me. He sarcastically continued with "I don't know what is wrong with my phone but I am having problems hearing you." I love Firehouse. Their sandwiches are so tasty--much better than Subway, for sure. The Hook & Ladder is great, and so is the Turkey Bacon Ranch (that one is my fave). The regular size is the perfect portion. Food is fresh, and staff seems nice. My only complaint is that it always gets really cramped in here. Not a lot of space available. read more

I love the taste of the food and how it's nice and hot, but I can't eat here but once in the blue moon due to how unhealthy it is, and I'm diabetic. The food is loaded with sugar, carbs, and calories. It's very unfortunate, considering you'll rack up well over your daily totals for everything just from one regular meal, without the cookies, brownies, or drink. Really unhealthy. read more

Firehouse Subs makes a great sandwich. My one complaint though, they cannot do a special order. My 10 year old son would love a salami only sandwich, and they can't make it to save their lives. They say they will, and then it always winds up with something besides salami on it. So, great place if you order off the menu. Not so great if you stray. read more

When I had used to hit up our Firehouse subs, the sandwiches were wrapped similar to subway. This helped to contain the contents. Now, today I got a large sub and i get home and it's in some sort of box but The box was never shut and therefore all the contents of my sandwich look like a tossed salad in the firehouse subs bag. I'm not too thrilled with this change and having to eat my sandwich with a fork. read more

I give the food a 4 star but the restaurant It self and the employees I could not even give it one star.last week I was in there 3 times and each time the floors were dirty and so were the tables. Each time I had to clean my own table even before i / we could sit down as the few employees was in the side room talking. If I got to clean my own table Just to sit down too eat I should be paid for doing work..I spent near 60.00 just last wk alone. No matter how good the food may be if the place is dirty everyone will stop going and every employee there will be looking for a job. With out us the customer there is no business. I haven't even seen a manger in the store but from the way it has been each time I was there the management must not care. Oh yeah did I mention The fly's inside. This store either needs new management or someone to train the so called manger that is over that store I did ask for the gm or DM number but I was told they did not know it.
