Food was so so. Bought a bottle water for 2 toddlers and wouldn't allow me to have a cup for them to share the water. $75 and no cup.

Went to the East Main location across from southeast health, the place was clean, the employees were awesome, patient and very friendl, they trained a new hire and still got everyone's order out on time. My wife has severe wheat and gluten allergies. And hasn't had anything out to eat in about 2 years. This location was awesome we called to double check if they were able to provide a safe place to make her sandwich since they offer gluten free items. The manager answered all of our questions. This was my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's. I was driving though Dothan and saw this sandwich place and thought "cool, a sorta healthy fast food place." Well this was not fast at all. It was busy but not swamped, the line moved at a good pace. But when I ordered my sandwich it took forever to make! Jersey Mike's prides itself on freshly sliced deli meat and cheese. They slice the meat and cheese when you order your sandwich. However, when they don't have enough staff to fulfill orders in a timely manner, then you will stand in line waiting and waiting for the next person to put toppings on our sub. The toppings are quite limited compared to other sub restaurants. The plus side - you can see them slice tomatoes and onions freshly. Overall it took too long and cost too much for the flavorless sub I consumed. I'd rather get subway. read more

Woooo! Let me tell you! Did an online order for a delicious sandwich. Glad I came in here because right when I walked in I was hit with rush of good vibes. Employees were happy, the place was really clean, and behind the glass looked fresh. I even picked up a super chocolate chip cookie AND a brownie. Super good. My order was perfect. Well almost, but this is jus me being picky. I would have preferred red onions instead of white onions. Personally I think it tastes better. I can't knock them for what they have in stock. Kim, ABSOLUTELY makes the best subs in dothan! Jersey Mikes is a little pricey but the sandwiches are alway delicious and the service is super friendly! Orders are always correct, if we ask for xtra bacon (& pay for it) we get xtra bacon, I know that should just be expected but try firehouse or subway and you'll find most of the time your sub won't be prepared as the order was placed! Food is standard, just like any other Jersey Mike's. The staff is friendly and are trying, but damn they need some help from management. Went there again after I was told to please come back this time a little worse than before the guy with dreads was more concern with chatting with a female than making my sub he didn't place the right amount of meat on my sub which is a giant I told him to pay more attention to my order than with the female with butterfly eyelashes. He stated he always interacting with the clients I said you need to concentrate on my sub which he place only 4 slices of meat I told him forget it and walked out my wife told me to get his name he wrote I'm felipe Cruz the general manager. Someone recently was telling me that Jersey Mike's has the best subs and that they would never eat a sub anywhere else. So I tried it. I ordered it via Uber eats while out of town on business. Used the app, placed my order and it was ready for pick up by the time I got there. I like that! We ordered the Philly cheesesteak subs and were so disappointed. The onions and peppers were so sparse you couldn't even taste them. We're talking so sparse you could count the tiny pieces on one hand. I deliver for door dash and go in this store quite frequently. Several weeks ago one of the ladies that work there gave me a certificate for a free sub for being an essential worker. I recently ordered a #13 Original Italian, Mike's Way, No Juice (oil and vinegar). Server repeated my request. Server then added juice. I corrected server by restating that I did not want the juice. Server removed tomatoes, lettuce, and top layer of pepperoni, but kept the rest of the sandwich. They don't carefully add the juice, it slips all over the place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, there was a line, people waiting, etc. Sure enough, after arriving back at my hotel and taking the first bIte of my sandwich, I can taste the vinegar. Piece of advice,especially for newly opened eating establishments, don't cut corners, especially when it can be seen rIght in front of the patron. You have just lost a customer not only at this particular establishment, but for every Jersey Mike franchise. read more

Lunch time I should have known better. Total chaos. I waited in line 9 minutes to place order for a philly with provolone. Paid and waited again. On the grill there were too many cooks and that was overkill. At one time there were 12 tickets hanging over grill. They would cook 2 and then clean grill. Another employee chose this time to start sweeping behind counter and food prep area. WTF? Rinse, repeat. 2 hot sandwiches at a time!!! I waited 17 minutes, still no philly. By this time, lunch break was over. Stragglers in line. Still no food. I went to counter and told them let's cancel because my lunch break was over. 26 minutes for a sub. A sit down meal would have been quicker. By the time I ate, they bread was so grease soaked it was liquified. For over $8 i didnt see that much meat. The meat had gristle and was very chewy, not good mouth feel. Not the best philly by far, but 26 minute wait, that's what will keep me away. read more
