I waited another 10 minutes for mine, and my aunt had to go check on it. My mom also ordered an extra shot of espresso for her drink, which somehow took longer to arrive than our food. When the food came out, my mom's plate was missing entirely. We were told it had been dropped and was being remade. Then my sister found a hair inside her burrito. I ordered the signature French toast and was given the basic French toast instead, which I pointed out immediately. To be fair, once everything finally got sorted, multiple staff members were trying to help, and the food itself, aside from the issues, was genuinely good. It's just incredibly unfortunate how much went wrong leading up to it. Between the long wait, missing items, wrong items, and a hair in the food, the whole experience just... sucked.
