Look, sometimes you want a cheap and fast sub. I was lured in, like a schmuck, by the Thanksgiving sub advertisements (I have an unabashed love for Capriotti's, but this was closer). It was, in a word, a mess. Hardly any turkey, the roll was too soft, nothing tasted "right," and even my pickle was alarmingly mangled (how?!). I've been here before and things have been "okay" for fast food subs, so it may just have been a fluke but...ummm...no. Not going back here. The staff that work in the establishment are a disgrace to their company and to the cause that they serve. I created an account and tried to use the sign on coupon for 50% off my order, but no matter what I did but coupon would not let me check out, I tried revising my order 10 different ways and it got to the point where I drove to the location and asked for help and all they said was that they didn't know anything about it and they couldn't do anything. And then when I asked if they could honor it somehow in person all they said was they couldn't because it's online but they don't even know how to make it work online, and then I tried using a separate order under a different coupon and then it wouldn't let me use it because they were 30 minutes from closing. Instead I have to go home and starve because I do not have the money to pay full price. I am a first responder so this hits me especially hard. read more

Firehouse Subs is one of my favorite places to eat! The food here is never disappointing and the people there are so friendly! The noise in there is usually moderate, so if you don't like noise just leave so you can thoroughly enjoy the amazing subs. P.S.: they have a freestyle soda machine read more

I was starving today and close to firehouse so I went to order a sub. I usually split a medium, maybe large sandwich with someone. So I assumed a small would be enough for just me. I waited about 15 mins. When the guy called my name I saw the bag and I asked if it was even mine because it looked like a side item. It was probably 3-4 inch sub. This sandwich was $7.08. I didn't get a drink or chips. I don't know if I will come back because I finished the sub and I'm still hungry. read more

I have always received timely and courteous service at Firehouse and believe the sandwiches represent good value.

Good GRIEF, do NOT abut the " Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich "! I was craving those flavors and couldn't wait to sink my teeth in but when I saw it , I knew. There was MaYBE a tablespoon and a half of tiny pieces of Turkey meat on each 5 inch section of the sandwich and it was so mushy , it just blended in to the mushy flavorless " stuffing" that was on it. I had to add slices of my Herbed Turkey breast that I had purchased from Cotsco. The bread was soggy also with the jellied cranberry sauce soaking in. WHY a would anyone EVER use their hard earned money for this when you can go RIGHT down the road and The Peppered Pigs Turkey , cranberry sandwich that is THE BOMB!!! ( I know because my daughter gave me a bite of hers last week). I wish a thousand times over I had went to Peppered Pig and will NEVER go back to Firehouse Subs. It was a soggy, gelatinous bunch of overpriced mess! read more

They offer gluten free, however they didn't change gloves and I told them it was an allergy. Then 2 more people grabbed the bread without glove change. So I gave it to my husband since our daughter couldn't eat it.! Receipt was for 12:13, it's 1:03 and I finally got a sandwich and she can't eat it. Never again read more

If not for one of the sandwich makers, this one be a rare-for-me one star review. The counter person was unfriendly and unhelpful to any degree. Coupled with the meat being fraught with grizzle and this was a wholly unpleasant experience. Not sure I will ever be back, and this was one of my favorite locations. read more

Been here a few times. Sandwich was delicious! I was having kind of a bad day & accidentally missed my bus. I spent over $16 for a hero sandwich & left a small tip. I thought I will just sit here & read for a bit. A gentleman came to take out the trash & said I could take my time. I got up to leave about 10 minutes later.As I got up to use the restroom & leave I was getting dirty looks from everyone standing behind the counter! Sorry but I'm human & we sometimes make mistakes. Awful customer service. How does an owner of 20 years know absolutely Nothing about the app for her business. There were three other employees and not one of them knew anything. There were more employees than customers. I went to get my birthday sub and she said she couldn't honor it because they had new owners and I was a day late. So you're going to run off a great customer over a day. Never once did any of them say Happy Birthday. It was AWFUL. I won't be back. I'll stick with Subway or make my own. Please learn some customer service skills and train your employees. If I could give a ZERO, I would. There was a sign on the door that they are closing early due to lack of employees. I have ordered from here numerous times and the food was good. This time, the sandwiches weren't steamed and the bread was stale. I thumped the bread and it made a loud noise and it punched a hole in the bread. It wasn't soft at all. I actually threw 2 foot longs in the garbage. it was an expensive, non edible lunch. Ordered ahead for rapid pick up at 12:01 sandwich was ready by 12:25. My 30 minute lunch break wasn't enough.

No real difference between this and other FHS. Subs are good, but expensive. Staff is friendly, but slow. Two things save it from a 2-star rating: Hot Pepper Sauce and discount for public safety service people. read more

I have been going to this Firehouse Subs for years. By far it is the best one I have ever been to. Today, the day before my birthday, they went ahead and gave me my B'bay sub. New York Steamer, it was thick, juicy and hot. Added some hot sauce from the collection available. Fabulous!! My wife's meatball sub reported to be outstanding as well. From order to eating only took the time to select our drinks and chips and sit down. The place was pretty packed too. Great fast service and wonderful food. The new multi flavor Coke machines are a major plus as well. We'll keep going back. read more

Outstanding place. We love sub sandwiches and decided to try these guys after seeing their funny commercial. The store was very clean. Ordering was easy. Prices were great. The staff was very courteous and friendly. And the food? Hoo boy! I had a #10, brisket. Large . I should have asked for less mayo and sauce because it was juicy! But it was outstanding. We will definitely go back again to try different sandwiches. This is one of the best chain types we've tried....I understand in a chain each store will be different but I was very impressed by the crew here. I've been going to the Carl T. Jones location since I moved here in 2005. Tonight I ordered online. Paid for 5 subs, but when we got home we only had 4. I called. They said they don't deliver, but that they would bring us our 5th sub. I had $10 in my pocket for a tip, and the sweet gentleman with the glasses didn't stay long enough to accept it.
