I will never support this place again. My son, along with another co-worker, who has never received a complaint once since he's worked there was fired after complaining to the manager Jasmine about another team lead and how they were being treated by this team lead. Instead of listening and getting all sides of the story or giving a written warning of any sorts they were both fired for voicing their concerns. Apparently they like to take sides instead of doing any investigation or listening to their staff. Corporate will be hearing about this along with any legal repercussions that can be taken. Been seeing the tv commercial featuring the Thanksgiving sub. Was driving me crazy so I had to try. As usual, the product I got was a sloppy version of the one on tv, but I admit it was excellent. The turkey met, stuffing and cranberry sauce were all top notch. The big problem is its hard to handle and eat without the filling falling out. I had them hollow out the roll to prevent the problem and it didnt work. The sub arrived piping hot (good thing) but due to the moisture from turkey and stuffing it made the roll limp. Even cut in half it was a challenge to handle without the filling falling out. Price for a large was $15 but after rounding up for firefighters and 10% tip my cosy was just under $18. Better than Subway, some unique flavors but not up to par compared to a Jersey Mikes's, Mr. Pickles, or most Mom and pop delis. I tend to go here for three reasons; 1. It's far better than Subway 2. They have outdoor seating and we love to eat outside 3. The support firefighters and first responders and some of the proceeds go to buy them better gear The sandwiches are somehow lacking in freshness, the meat ok but not great, the bread more or less the same as Subway or Port-a-subs. I think with better bread the sandwiches would be far better. The ones I like, the meatball, the New York steamer, and the Steak and cheese. I don't like their Italian or the grinder, to me they are both made with the wrong meats. Honey ham does not belong in an Italian sub to me. This location has the Coke machines with all the flavors, it's hit or miss, with many of the sodas blending together and all taste the same. But some of the lemonades and limeades are good. Service is ok, a bit slow but I think it's because they are short-handed like everyone else. read more

Love Firehouse and been to many of them all over the region. However, this one was the slowest, smokiest (from the sandwiches) and my sandwich tasted completely different (ordered the Hook and Ladder) then the other times that I get it. Maybe it was made by a newer employee?? Who knows but all of that added up to a less than par experience. read more

We just left a birthday party and was starving. Stopped by as for it was the kiddos choice! There was a customer inside waiting on her order yet we was turned away if we needed more than 3 sandwiches as for they was closing in 15 minutes. I am actually quite pleased. The sandwich meats are prepared well and have great flavor to them. Breads were probabily the most fresh seeming (crisp outside and and soft inside) of all the local sub stores. The staff were all quite pleasant polite and seemed happy to be there. Atmosphere is a good one even as the place is crowding up some. I will definitely be back here. read more

Been there 6 times already! I love the 500 cal menu. They made a mistake on my son's sub once and forgot the cheese. I wish they had healthier side choices. They seem to be having some growing pains here at my location, but it seems like they are trying their best. I expect them to be going strong in another 3 months or so. First tried it a few days ago. Got the Brisket and Cheddar on white and the meatball. The meatball was rather bland and boring. Lacked a lot of flavor. The brisket, however, was to die for. Every one of these I have ever been in have great customer service and it's clean. I mean u could eat off the floor clean. That's reassuring for me. Their backdraft sauce is delicious! Can't have a sandwich without it. Everything I tried is tasty, fresh. And moderately priced (more than subway but not too high) Always a good option for a sub sandwich. read more

I am glad that we have Firehouse in town. So far only thing wrong I see is it takes little longer to get sandwich then other stores but on positive note all there employees and very friendly.
