It's always an excellent quality sub... so tasty! I come back again and again and I really enjoy being a part of the rewards program or the name program they use or the birthday sub. I always love this spot. It's easy and quick place to get one of the best sandwich's. I always feel good supporting 1st responders and especially fire fighters. It makes the sandwich taste a little bit better. I also really dig on the custom pop machine that allows you to flavor your pop with vanilla or cherry or whatever. I have never left a review anywhere before but felt the need for this sub shop. I walked in and was not greeted by any of the 4 workers standing behind the counter. Fine, whatever. But, while I was standing there looking at the menu, the guy behind the register was literally talking shit about customers who don't greet them... like YOU work here not people walking in so YOU should greet ME. When I proceeded to the register to order, he seemed almost annoyed by my presence and when I had to pause to ask my husband what kind of bread he wanted he turned toward his fellow workers as if I was inconveniencing him. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire working career since I was 15 years old and actually managed a sandwich shop for a few years, this is simply bad customer service. Not to mention, the place was dirty and with 4 people on the floor just standing around talking this is just unacceptable. All around not a good experience. I will not be back. Do better. read more

Stopped in to grab a sandwich, the General Manager sneezed behind the line, when we asked him to wash his hands before making our sandwich, he flat out refused, stated he sneezed in his elbow area, which we didn't see the elbow go to his mouth!, we again asked him to wash, he stated he had gloves on but didn't want to change them either and he began to argue why he wasn't going to wash his hands. We mentioned it was a health violation to not wash hands prior to making a sandwich and he stated he knew but was not going to. This location we will NOT return to, there are plenty of options around that care about our service/ health. Please review the health inspection, this facility has already been cited for not following the handwashing procedures. read more

This place has good service and consistently good sandwiches with lots of meat. My favorite is the Hook & Ladder. I have ordered in store and online, either way has been fine. I have the app to earn points for rewards, and ordering online is very easy. I do wish their cookies were softer though. They are always overbaked and hard and pretty small too. read more

The food at these restaurants is delicious but that's not why I'm writing a review. February 13 was a very cold day; I'm a registered nurse and had a class near this restaurant. I accidentally left my lights on and my car my battery died. I went into fire house subs to ask for assistance with jumpstarting my battery. The two individuals working that day were very kind young men & both helped by trying to jumpstart my car. one of the of them even called his dad for advice. They offered me a bowl of soup and a water as well. Their examples of kindness was very much appreciated! Thank you so much!! read more

I will never be going to this place again. The food is amazing but the staff is so overly inappropriate. This kid working there kept telling another employee "Anna, wanna buy some white or crack?" and "my daddy owns this f-ing place". It was so inappropriate especially a child being present in the establishment, I was appalled. I almost left before my food was finished, because I felt so uncomfortable and the boy working there seemed really unhinged. I'm not sure if he's friends with the other girls who were working or if he was an employee taunting them. Then, I get home and my sandwich isn't even the right one. Yummy yum yum. Delicious sammies here and as usual the 50+ selections of various hot sauces to garnish your sub with if you like heat. Ingredient taste just seems so superior to places like Subway. I am docking 1 star because when I requested sauteed mushrooms, the cashier (who may have been new, or not and was just baked) took over 2 minutes to look at buttons on his cash register to charge it, before a co-worker came and rescued him. Went to purchase lunch today for my husband. We frequent this location, although I will think twice next time. The young girl working the register, dark hair and facial piercings, had a horrible attitude and basically refused to speak with me. I asked her if she was ready to take my order and she just smirked with a condescending nod. I asked her if she was okay and she rolled her eyes. I then asked if someone else could help me, to which I was then helped by another reluctant employee who seemed annoyed that I complained. The young girl gloved up and continued to talk poorly about me to another coworker. I then asked for her not to make my sandwich because obviously she lacked in respect and customer service. The guy in dreads asked what the problem was and I said she had an attitude. No one apologized, and she continued to mouth on that she's "had enough already today". Look, it's simple. Let me know when you are ready to take my order. Speak! You don't even have to smile! Don't roll your eyes, don't complain to your coworkers while I'm still there. Management needs to do better. This is a poor representation of this company, one that I'm sure would be frowned upon from the top. read more

I used the Grubhub website to order, the "find location" feature had me order from this location 40+ minutes away. Jana understood my situation and refunded me my money, allowing me to patron their Lone Tree location next to my work. Very poor service. Three employees behind the counter. All had the lowest of customer service. No one else in there ordering food and they took almost 20 minutes to make six sandwiches. We're able to dine in- but they stated that they couldn't bring us our sandwiches. We had to go to the counter to get them and they were all thrown in a bag. Not individually labeled. Had to open each sandwich to determine who had what. When we asked one of the workers if they were labeled- he responded "they don't need to be" with attitude. No soap in the men's restroom. Or hand sanitizer. There were dispensers- but they were empty. Will not be coming here again. Very poor experience. The sandwich I ordered seemed to have a low amount of meat as well. Firehouse subs is a great new sub shop in town! The sandwiches are definitely higher end that other chains (Jimmy Johns, Subway, etc.) as far as quality and sheer amount of meat on the sub, but its price reflects it (right around $12 for a large sandwich, chips and drink). The staff is always very friendly and you usually only have to wait a few minutes for them to prepare you sandwich. They also have an amazing selection of hot sauces for you to try. New sub shop in the area has pretty good food, but it's not a place I am left desiring to come back to. The meat is your typical bulk packaged deli style that is served at Subway. The service I received here was really good, even though it was a much younger (seemed highschool age mostly) staff, everyone seemed professional. They have an array of hot sauces which they have assigned a heat or hot-ness level too; I really liked that part. I normally love Firehouse Subs. They have the freshest salads! We normally eat there during the day but this time we called in a $65 order after work. Every item was wrong. Ordered 2 Kids meals both Rice Krispie Treats and waters were missing. Ordered a Hook and Ladder sandwich the roast beef was missing. The other sandwich we asked for no onions, there were onions and they added horseradish on it. This sandwich does not come with horseradish. I had asked for certain items not be added to my salad but that was ignored. So disappointed because this is one of our favorite go to places to eat.
