This place is a grocery store and deli. Its pretty cute and has some outdoor seating. We came for the subs (located at the back of the store) and left with a bag full of stuff. The sandwiches were pretty decent in terms of flavor and size, but both of our sandwiches were pretty wet. I think if the bread was toasted, it would taste a little bit better and not be soggy. Id still come by for sammiches if I am in the mood for some good deli meat. The sandwich also comes with a free pickle and fruit of your choice! Everyone there was very nice and they had utensils and napkins.

Fun little Italian market. Not necessarily my favorite in Denver but the sandwich's are good and the staff is nice.

We had to get the signature pasta sauce! & a salad marked down!

Oh my goodness whoever lives a few blocks away from this place I've never been more jealous of in my life! What an amazing deli/store! Everyone is so nice and so genuinely happy to be there. We ate multiple sandwiches while we were in town. The amount of fresh options and authentic food is intense! We wanted to buy absolutely everything. There was a cute lady working who convinced us to get some Caesar salads so they didn't have to throw them out! 10$ salads for 4.99! What a steal. We wish we got more pasta sauce, now we know for next time when we're in town!

Three decades in business, baby! Spinelli's Market is a local corner store and deli in Park Hill, specializing in all-things-Italian. They do have additional items on hand, however those seeking high quality pastas, sauces, cheeses, etc. will be at home here. I can assure you I was! Proud of my Italian-American heritage, it's a travesty that it took me three years to get here. I've driven by it dozens of times...there's no excuse. When my wife suggested it for my birthday lunch (knowing they have a deli) I was elated to feast on an Italian sandwich. Walking in reminded me of my favorite Italian markets, specifically similar style bodegas in New York. The deli is located in the back and if you're like me, it'll take you awhile to make it to the counter. I was ooing and ahhing over all my favorite cans of Cento, Sclafani, Bianco Diapoli, etc. Whole artichokes, cherry peppers, canned anchovies, it's all here. The deli menu is pretty diverse and not limited to Italian cold cuts. Around 20 subs if I remember correctly. However, I knew I wanted their classic Italian, Jerry's Classic Italian Sub (#1). This sandwich was wonderful. The usual suspects of Genoa Salami, Capicola and Smoked Ham were a joy to see. However, the two biggest takeaways were the roasted red peppers and marinated onions. I've eaten more Italian sandwiches than most, and I've never seen these both working in unison. As a roasted red pepper fan, I really like the addition. Additionally, the "ciabattini roll" was soft and flavorful, and the sandwich held up nicely. We ended buying some carrot cake and pantry items while we were there. It was gloomy out, but they actually have a few seats inside so we devoured our lunches inside. This place reminds me of my childhood and I'm so happy I finally got to experience it firsthand. Mangia!

    Fresh tiramisu- so much flavor!

Charming deli and neighborhood market with a wide array of groceries! The sandwiches here remind me of JP Grazianos in Chicago. We have had a few but my favorites are the Szechuan beef dip and muffuletta. Homemade Italian desserts like tiramisu! They have every soda, cbd drink, kombucha, and tea you can think of. Imported cheeses, spreads, chips, and bread from Italy. Super friendly service-a really unique spot!

Have you had a sandwich at Spinelli's Market? If the answer is no get in your vehicle and drive over right away. They are a hidden gem in Park Hill and the sandwiches especially are the BOMB! With a menu of 15+ choices plus create your own there's no shortage of choices. The meat and cheeses are high quality brands and all of the breads they use are fresh and tasty. My Italian Roast Beef was $12.99 before tax. No it's not an inexpensive sandwich. Yes it is very filling (two could easily share one sandwich and be satisfied) It does come with a pickle but chips or other sides are extra. There was so much roast beef on the sandwich (see picture). The marinated onions & peppers had vinegary flavor and the provolone cheese complements the other flavors. With lettuce, tomato and house dressing this sandwich is just a delight. I also love the aubergine almonds made fresh with oil, chilies and spices. So addictive. Spinellis also offers other market goods. They are higher end brands so this is not a replacement for King Soopers/Safeway.

Found this place on Yelp while looking for a good deli sandwich and when I went here that's exactly what I got. The bread alone is noteworthy. So many places just don't offer the kind of bread that a sandwich really needs in order to realize its full potential. This place does. Aside from the deli/sandwich counter in the back they also serve as somewhat of a grocery store. A full host of options from basic things you might need in a pinch, to a well curated selection of speciality items that may not be so easy to find in a typical grocery store. The service is consistent and friendly. The prices are right. Will definitely return.

Can't believe it took me so long to come here. This cute market has a great variety of things to choose from including some fresh bouquets of flowers. My mom and I got the turkey sandwich and it comes with a side of Mac salad or banana. the sandwich was great with really good toppings. Everyone working here was so friendly. I will def be frequenting this place.

So, this place is right across the street, and we stopped in. We were delighted. For us, it was just what a small cafe should be. It was open, friendly, and very good. I had the Vegetarian Green Chili, and found it to be as good, or better than any similar chili I've had in my entire life. I also had a plain, black coffee - dark roast - and it, too, was perfect. Most of all, I enjoyed looking around, watching the world go by, and enjoying these fine products in a friendly, comfortable, and inviting environment. There is plenty of room to move around, they do a good job of keeping things clean, and all of the staff are very nice, and accommodating. I do not live close to here, but I would come in every day if I did. I definitely will come back, and I definitely will recommend it to everyone I know. We LOVED it.

You must be driving west on Alameda to access the parking lot. There is a large sign there. You can enter the market from the main entrance facing Alameda or from the back entrance off the parking lot. The front of the store has a long wall of imported groceries and a bakery counter offering breads, pastries, quiches, fresh sandwiches (on baguette, croissant, or pretzel bun), soups, salads, and a wide variety of imported chips and drinks. There's a huge cheese cooler and lots of chilled, grab-and-go items. A table offers some kitchenware and gifts. A seating area is provided by the parking lot entrance. I'm on the mailing list which has offered a series of food specials and pop-up events. I was enticed in last weekend by a pop-up cassoulet special. I arrived to find a tent at the edge of the parking lot, sheltering a huge propane wok. The white beans, sausage, and pork belly were gently simmering with a wonderful aroma. What a treat!

A thought of freshly made sandwich sounded so good so before I went in for the blood work, I did a little search on Yelp to find some new sandwich places and this shop is/was one of the suggested ones. As I am always looking for a new business to try (this store was also up the street from where I would be for the medical appointment), I wasted no time to rush to this new deli to check it out. As of early September 2025, there are only several reviews posted for them; this is an indication that this business had just opened. Based on what those people said, it sounded like a solid business. The store is on the northeast corner of Downing and Alameda. Although this is not a super big intersection, it sure is a busy one. And yet, its exterior appearance (they have two doors: one facing Alameda and the other facing the parking lot) is somewhat inconspicuous or unassuming (it could be good and bad at the same time.) Had I driven by it, I would only notice the Italian restaurant (Olivia) on one corner or Starbucks (on the other corner). Hopefully they are getting much needed attention from people that pass by it. I entered the store using the door facing the parking lot. This is where you will see the seating area. And to get to the rest of it, you will pass the register on the right. Once you make that left turn you will see more stuff that this store offers. Most of the grocery items are on the left side along the wall. Then there is the fantastic-looking cheese room to the right. The deli counter is at the end where the workers will make your sandwich. There is also a showcase where they display some sweet stuff/cakes (they looked pretty good by the way.) This is quite the space (so if you look down from the top/ceiling (not that you can do that), this store is L shaped.) One of the workers (a lady who was at the register) cheerfully greeted me. I already knew what I wanted (as I peeked their sandwich menu ahead of time). It appears to be a limited time item and it's called "The Saint Tropez". Simply put, this is a tuna salad sandwich on a freshly baked French baguette. As the little info sheet at the register says, this is a light, cold summer offering that is perfect for warm weather cravings. I simply couldn't think of anything else so without doing anything further, I immediately asked for this summer sandwich. The price is $15.99 (and after tax, it's $17 with some change. Not necessarily super reasonable (I thought) but I was more focused on the quality of it.) While the lady was making my sandwich, I looked around the store to take some photos. I spotted some interesting European grocery items that we don't normally see at our local grocery chain but I was most impressed with the refrigerated cheese room. I don't eat a lot of cheese anymore and yet, this store's selection is quite large where if you are needing some cheeses for your next gathering (holidays etc.) then you might consider this place to find some interesting kind(s). It didn't take long for the lady to make my sandwich. As I came out of the beautiful cheese room, she handed me a long/skinny sandwich that was wrapped in a white butcher paper. As soon as I got to my car, I immediately started devouring my sandwich. And it did not disappoint. The crispy French baguette was most delicious and was picture-worthy looking. The tuna salad (house made) wasn't overloaded with mayo-type marinade/sauce. Some slices of tomatoes, plenty of arugula, and noticeable amount of hard boiled egg slices. It was cut in half in the middle but I didn't take any break between the halves (told you, I was hungry after fasting for hours!!) This is a nice deli to have within our reach. I bet on a beautiful weekend, they get a good amount of foot traffic because people can stop by here to grab a delicious sandwich and go to Wash Park for a little picnic. Sounds like a great idea to me!

There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
