New Garlic bread a bit messy, but heavy garlic
Brad W.

Was back for another meal and on Tuesday they have a $9 99 special of an 8 inch sandwich, chips and drink. It saves $3. Went with the turkey again on white and the oil and vinegar treatment. Still a good sandwich, but will go back to mayo next visit.

YESSSS!!

My 1st time here and it definitely won't be my last! Super convenient location right off Bell and 91st near the 101. Tons of ample parking. Super clean and lots of seating to stretch your legs or chill out after a tough day at work like I did. I don't think it's any secret that I'm somewhat of a sandwich fiend. I'm hell bent on trying all of them. And people are, like, you mean all of them in Peoria? All of them in the Valley? All of them in Arizona? No. I mean, ALLLLLLLL of them. So I opted for the Goodcents Original which is freshly-sliced ham, bologna, salami and pepperoni. The meat really is freshly-sliced. I mean, they do it right before your very eyes. In other words, it's not sitting in a cold deli case or kicking back at room temperature in some black plastic cases behind a glass counter. It's freshly-sliced. In addition to all of that fresh cut meat, they layered thin sliced cheddar cheese on top of the meat. From there, I piled on a ton of fresh veggies in addition to a little yellow mustard. All of those ingredients were piled on some fresh wheat bread and I do mean, fresh. I mean, the bread was soft was a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. I think as my fellow Yelp'ers mentioned for a quick, fresh sub shop - it's tough to beat Goodcents. As I mentioned earlier, it was my first time eating here and it most definitely won't be my last. Delicious!

Pepperoni wrapping

At first I thought I was eating a human hair. I really wanted to try Goodcents because of the freshness. The downside is if you have someone either too inexperienced or too lazy to do their job, it ruins the whole experience. This is the plastic wrapping (not casing) from the pepperoni on the Italian sub. With each bite I had to pull these out of my mouth and I probably digested some smaller pieces. What a way to ruin an otherwise fresh sub! Do better please!

We love their bread for their subs. Super soft, definitely our favorite. They run many deals everyday of the week. One of our usual spots!

Was about to drop some serious coin on some sandwiches but they require masks. Won't be eating here ever. I'll be sure to pass this on.

Just tried this place for dinner. Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner, after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.

On the way home, it felt like a sneakybird dinner. The staff is always pleasant and today was no different. Aleah welcomed me as I walked in. Gavin came over as I was debating what to order and expressing my appreciation for the restaurant. Jaeden was the manager on duty. I love that everyone in this family run business is so pleasant. It makes a difference. It was a slow afternoon since it was well before dinner. If you have not experienced sneakybird, this is your encouragement. Today I got 2 8-piece wings with tater tots. One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. Winning with sneakybird!

I got the chicken sandwich, while my sister got the tenders. Between the two, I'd say the tenders were the better choice. The sandwich was good, just a little too salty for me, but it was huge, so definitely come with an appetite. Overall, the food tasted fresh and made with good ingredients. I'd definitely come back to try something different next time.
