Worst experience ever! Do not eat here! Ordered lunch for 2 online at 9:45 to be ready at 11 when we showed up the lady was rude af and acted like I never ordered so tried to show receipt and she wouldn't look at it, said I couldn't get a refund and asked if I still wanted the order.... Finally another lady came out and said she did the refund so we went back to work with no lunch and the money never went back on my card! Thieves and terrible atmosphere! My friend came in for a sandwich and while we were waiting at a table after she ordered an older lady who I assume was the manager rudely stormed up to us and asked us to leave because we had a Crumbl box. She started berating and degrading us because for some reason she must have felt she was on a power trip that day and telling us we needed to leave. After we told her we had just ordered she stormed off and began yelling at her employees like it was their fault. This woman is the most unprofessional manager I have ever interacted with and she did nothing to even try to make the situation better. Sandwiches are ok, but they are whoafully understaffed. If you eat in, be prepared to wait. They fulfill all the online orders first. Today my order was placed at 1:20pm and I received it at 1:50. I am rarely at firehouse subs and when I am I go for the classics, and it really has been awhile. I came in here for the advertised thanksgiving sub to share with my wife and I am extremely disappointed that I spent money here. For a "large" (medium at best) sub, a small drink and chips it was 22 dollars. Absolutely insane price for what it is and I will absolutely not be recommending this place to anyone ever because of that price point. Firefighters or not, that's scamming. That price can not be justified. Then to look at the quality of the sandwich??? There's three things on it?? Are you serious? For $22. Never again. There was no music at all in the place so you could hear a pin drop, and the employees looked dead. The place was clean though and I'll give it that. This was a 3/10. For the Entire experience. There's so much more you could've done with the sub but there is not much going on here, and for what it is I promise you is not worth $22. Waste of time establishment. Go to Jimmy John's or even subway, and firehouse better watch out in case a jersey mikes comes into town because they'll have nothing left to hold on to. $22 my ***. Never again. read more

The first time I stopped at Firehouse, and I was the second person that day, essentially I was the only one in line and it over ten minutes to make a easy sandwich and there was three employee's working behind the counter. The sandwich was marginal, certainly not better than McAllisters, marginally better than Subway, which is the worse sandwich shop in the USA. The place was clean and the staff was nice. I got their new sandwich as a giant on white. Probably the worst decision I have ever made. The customer service was good and the employees were nice. It was super dirty and there were at least 4 workers at the time. The sandwich should've been hot but was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. First time trying and last time going. When paying for the food I was asked if I wanted a pickle with my sand which, and I said no because I hate pickles. Got home 3 min later to eat my sub and it had a pickle spear in the box with it. No big deal...but wait! The sub was drenched in pickle juice and juice from the meat. The bread was like you dipped it in water but tasted like pickle, it was quite disgusting. The meat was cold, not even like it had been attempted to be heated up. It was also a slimey texture. Very good for subs but very pricey. I'd go regularly but can't stomach the cost. Soup was okay but again, pricey for the amount.

The food is always really tasty and I greatly appreciate being able to get a sub sandwich on gluten free bread. I prefer the Jamaican Jerk Turkey and my hubby loves the Philly cheese, but this is definitely our go to when we want a tasty sandwich. I've been to a few Firehouse Subs locations before and found them to be pretty good, so I had to check this one out when they opened near my apartment in Manhattan, KS. This franchise location is still very new, so they are pretty slow and disorganized. The food is okay, but nothing special. There are a number of other good delis in the area that I would recommend visiting over Firehouse Subs. Once it has been open longer, it may improve, but for now, I give it two stars out of five for slow service and bland sandwiches. read more

Wife and I wanted to try this place for first time. She got the Italian and it was decent. I ordered the Reuben. Combos both. Started in to my "reuben" and tasted beef hot dog. Realized it was pastrami and not corned beef. They also use coleslaw instead of sauerkraut. It didn't taste like a Reuben, at all. But it's okay, since it's not a Reuben. 2* review for mislabeling, but not misleading, the ingredients even stated pastrami and coleslaw. My fault for not reading it. I'm sorry to say that I'm not too impressed with this place. Ordered a salad with Ranch Dressing. Ranch dressing tasted a lot like Creamy Italian... The put the dressing in the soufle cup in the bowl with the salad greens etc. My husband ordered a NY Steamer that was supposed to have pastrami and roast beef, but he got ham or something that resembled it. read more

The philly cheesesteak sub I had wasn't bad, but it didn't make me pine for the next time I would return. My biggest issue was the service. With the firehouse motif, they have an employee who they call a "dispatcher". He brings your order to the table. I ordered my sub with no mushrooms (just meat, cheese, peppers, and onions). I get it dispatched to me and it has mushrooms. I asked the dispatcher to please correct my order of no mushrooms. I get the sandwich back in 5 minutes and its just meat and cheese (no onions or peppers). I just ate the thing because I was starving and was afraid of what they might do if I sent it back a second time. I don't usually write reviews and I'll try to make this constructive but This is was quite literally the worst sandwich I ever had. I'm vegetarian so naturally I ordered the veggie, and it was so, so nauseating. The moisture from the ingredients seep into the bread when it's heated, so the bread is a soggy, disgusting mess where all the ingredients fall out immediately. I don't like mustard at all but the mustard was the best part of this sandwich. My boyfriend and friend couldn't look at my sandwich while I was eating because it was falling apart and it was so soggy. My boyfriend said looking at my sandwich ruined his appetite. I'm feeling Nauseous long after eating that sandwich just from how unpleasant the experience was. please firehouse, please stop cooking this sandwich. Maybe it's different at the restaurant because I ordered through door dash, but given this is the only vegetarian option, you really need to do more to make your food for everyone. Well.... the food was tasty. When they tell you a small sub they mean it, was small but good. Potato soup was phenomenal. But the price, not phenomenal. Getting charged for another persons food, not phenomenal. And the attitude/ customer service of the employees, definitely not a 5 alarm situation. Would give 3-3.5 stars. I always love the toasted Italian sub when I go to Firehouse. But when we came to this location for the first time, my girlfriend got a veggie without the extra mayonnaise she ordered. Plus, the veggie itself was above average at best.
