This was my first time at this location and I was very disappointed!! While the customer service was good the food was very skimpy. This was the closest location to where I was at the moment so I stopped by to save time. I specifically went in for T-Mobile's buy one get one deal. I literally had one slice of turkey on my sandwich so I was basically eating a bread sandwich which was pointless. I probably won't be coming to this location again although it is pretty close to my house. This was a total waste of my money. read more

I'll go 2 stars because I really enjoy the Firehouse brand and the sandwich was exactly what I expected and craved - #turkeybaconranch! However, I will say that the 2 star rating is generous given the absolutely horrendous service we received from entry to exit. When we entered, there were three employees, including a Manager behind the counter and not one of them greeted us. We walked up to the station to order and still, no one acknowledged us - they continued to talk amongst themselves mere feet from us, the only customers inside at this time. Finally a staff member acknowledged us, followed by asking what we wanted. That was literally the interaction - "hi, what would you like to order?" Sadly, what I cannot translate is her visible annoyance with assisting us. She barely spoke, made no eye contact and seemed annoyed the entire time we ordered. Once we ordered, we sat down and waited for our sandwiches. We were surprised that it took close to 10 minutes to get our sandwiches seeing we were the only ones there, and again 3 folks behind the counter. The sandwiches finally came out and were solid, no issues with the food itself. However, the drink station was a little different...as the limes were clearly on their way out. They were dry, browning and massively unappetizing. Overall, this was easily the most disappointing visit to a Firehouse Subs I have ever had. While I am not in this area often, the next time I happen to be, I will make sure to stop elsewhere for a sandwich. read more

I enjoyed the ease of placing my order. And I remember from a previous visit that they were nice about splitting an order and also giving us each a pickle in our split order. I like that they have a soda machine where you can fill up and refill your own drinks. The inside is kept fairly clean. The menu has some nice options. And for the kids, if you order a kids meal it comes with a fireman's hat which is a nice touch. The prices seem a little on the higher side, but the sub sandwich tasted great. The interior also has some nice fire station decorations since Firehouse Subs was founded by firemen. read more

Zero stars!!! I went into this store on yesterday and witnessed an employee vaping behind the counter and blowing smoke over food. I asked her if the manager was aware that she vapes behind the counter and she answered,"yes". The fact that this is happening in the midst of a pandemic along with the fact that this is highly unsanitary for someone working in the food service industry, I am disgusted. Always a solid decision for a quick lunch. I just wish they would bring the sauces back. All of the ones I have been to don't do the sauce rack since Covid came. I would go here over other sandwich shops for the sauces and now they don't do that any more. I think it's going to hurt their business in the long term. The absolute slowest Firehouse ever. We order via the app to try and have a minimal wait time. Every time it takes them at least 10-15 min longer than promised on the app. Also, when I'm waiting, I consistently hear the manager getting onto the workers and one time even threatened to call one of their dads. This is inappropriate for the patrons of your restaurant to hear you yelling at the staff. Poorly run on all fronts. read more

We had a nice meal here. I had the Firehouse "Hero" Sub and it was delicious. The Virginia ham in the sandwich is very tasty. My husband enjoyed his Engineer Sub. My son was eating his chili when he knocked the bowl over. We told the cashier and he was super friendly about it. Thank goodness! The restaurant is clean and so are the bathrooms. read more

Came here for lunch on a weekday and it was packed! I've been anxiously waiting for this location to open as I used to frequent the one at the Peachtree center location downtown as well as the one near Northside hospital. This location is about the size of the one near Northside hospital. The lady taking our order was helpful and we ordered the first sandwich. It wasn't as good as the meatball subs they have, but I still like firehouse subs more than Jersey Mike's. I also like how you can ask them to split basket a large sandwich and they'll give each person a basket with half of the sandwich and a pickle. Only giving this place 3 stars because I felt it took forever for our food to come out, and also because the table next to the bathrooms and the drinks is a really weird place to put a table (we sat there, and it was awkward). Also, surprised that they didn't have kids fireman hats out. Would have bought my kids next time if they did. I love the food at firehouse and excited when this one opened so close to my home. But they have gone down hill in service. They are never staffed adequately so the service is slow. As a result the staff is over worked and I feel like I am bothering them when I come in. Not at all welcoming or friendly. The first one had ranch dressing on it so he remade it and checked it. I got home and my wife found melted cheese on it. She cannot eat cheese. We usually use this store a lot as it's convenient but on my last visit they literally made my smokehouse cheddar brisket with pastrami!! THE ENTIRE WRONG MEAT! It was takeout so I didn't discover it until I got all the way home. I called them back and they were so uninterested in my problem even though it was their issue, and they said "yeah sure you can come back and will make you a different sandwich"!!! Not happy about the staffs rudeness and them talking bad about people after they left, they just didn't seem to have it together. No communication with themselves or the costumer. The sub sandwiches are what you would expect- lots of bread and some meat and stuff in between. Better than the more widely known sub vendor but not by all that much. Given that subs are a commodity, I have to judge this place on additional factors. They have one of the large drink dispensers that gives every combination... Except for anything with my preferred flavor which was out. On top of this, they do not have available wifi other than the slow and insecure Xfinity. If I cannot connect to the internet when dining solo I will pick another spot. read more
