She received the latter and here is why: I asked 2 specific questions and after the 2nd, I felt as if I was interviewing her instead of being encouraged to learn their menu options. I quickly learned their prices are ridiculous. $21 for a subway-type sandwich? Of course at POS, I'm asked by it how much TIP I want to include! Yup, they ask for a tip in percentage increments before I've received anything from them! No matter what you select, they see that so if you choose NO TIP, the clerk sees that before even beginning your order! Select wisely, or else!? My sandwich was marginal but the real gripper was the dirty outer bag which had the cook's gloved finger print marks of grease, meat and whatever else those gloves touched pre-packaging! Got home and the inner paper was no better with cheese and meat falling out and sticking to the paper not to be consumed. I would say $3 of product was wasted, based on the charges levied. Opening the bread completely THEN adding the ingredients THEN closing the bread a tad bit would remedy this but that must only come when you TIP the amount they think they're worth but certainly the company they CHOSE to work for doesn't believe they're worth! Otherwise this company would not expect THEIR employees to be supplementary paid by it's customers! $22 for just a sandwich that I walked to your work station and specifically told you what I wanted on it, you turn and make it, walk 2 steps to set it down and YOU WANT A TIP PRIOR? Reconsider your POS suggestions. The majority of customers are tired of this pre-tip concept that has infiltrated almost every business. I know I am beyond tired and choose not to return.

Due to this being an online order they were not able to refund at store. Manager needed to refund online. They also forgot to give co-worker her salad dressing. I asked for dressing and they apologized for not giving it to her. It is November 3rd 2023 and the dressing expired June 25th, 2023. I will not order from this Cousins again.

I…read morequickly realized after it was placed that the app was saying I wouldn't get my order until 10:15am today, and tried to call the store multiple times to cancel the order, but nobody picked up the phone. Since this is the only way to cancel the order, and because I was working 6am-2pm, I was unable to cancel my $20 meal and my food and shake had to be thrown away after sitting outside for four hours. I will not be ordering through the app ever again, and it will likely be a couple years before I try to eat at a potbelly another time.
