Such a pleasant visit today. The staff were very friendly (rare it seems these days). I did a mobile order and I accidentally ordered 3 drinks. My fault but they apologized to me! This review is atypical of the usual service from Firehouse Subs but it still bears reviewing. We went the Firehouse Subs last night and despite having three employees working, it took over 15 minutes to make the two simple subs. One of the two orders was botched up horribly and what was supposed to be a footlong was only a half but to give credit where credit is due, they got the bread type right but the sub was supposed to have been fully involved" except for onion and pickle but it had no tomato, no mayo, no oil & vinegar, no salt & pepper, nothing and as if that wasn't bad enough, the sub had scarcely any meat on it when checked after we got home and for two half subs (supposed to have been a footlong sub and a half sub with chips and large drink, we were charge in excess of $20! As I stated before, this is really not typical of Firehouse Subs to be this horrible and the employees seemed very, out of it while they were trying to take the orders. Not pointing fingers but Occam's razor I wrote this review not to shame anyone but to get Firehouse Subs to look into this incident so that they don't lose any dedicated and loyal customers due to bad service read more

I cannot believe this sub was so awl full, they should call this place drippy subs, the bread was definitely not baked on site tasted of school days subs in high school. Gross. The lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh ( subway)nothing like soggy tomato and wilted lettuce. Are you Kidding me. This was my first and last visit to this franchise. If you are looking for a good Italian sub sandwich find you a jimmy John and they can be iffy, but mostly good. As far as all the positive reviews I figured these folks don't like chicken on the bone either . I'm thinking bulimia. read more

The food is always correct and great. Staff is very friendly even when working short staffed. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm honestly shocked at how little meat you get for what the cost is. It's easy for one person to spend nearly $20 on a single meal that includes only a sandwich a bag of chips and a drink. I guess what's most disappointing was the food itself, after looking at the meat it had some what I would consider bad spots in it and really was subpar quality at best. I can't see myself ever going back again unfortunately. read more

the last couple times i've ordered a pick up order, it has been wrong. the last time, i ordered extra bacon and extra cheese(paid extra and had no bacon or cheese at all. the sandwich comes with it too). Pickle is always missing. the bread wasn't even toasted. the manager will not even speak to u about a problem or anything. they are never busy so i know that's not the problem. very bad customer service. very disappointed in Firehouse subs. (club on a sub is what i always order). (very little turkey/ham on sub, ham wasn't even enough to cover the whole sub). Go next door to Jimmy John's. read more

We have always Loved Firehouse we went in Sunday for lunch the subs were not toasted and not even warm after sending it back twice with the employees not wanting to help we took our cold 30.00 sandwiches home to try to salvage them. When we took them apart to toast them in the oven the Italian sub had NO pepperoni and it didn't have the correct ham. All of the employees were very young and only one of them acted like she cared at all about the oven not working properly and unhappy customers. Very disappointed in this subway and the management that would allow it to be ran this way. read more

WARNING: Placing advance orders online do not work. If advance ordering does not work, please stop offering it on your webpage. Remove the calendar and time specified for pick up and just offer the menu. I've had 4 bad experiences with ordering the day before. I spoke with the owner of the franchise and corporate customer service. The customer service representative clearly stated that the order ahead feature does not work very well and if you want to order ahead, it has to be done the day of the order as orders are wiped out every night when the system is shutdown. If you are going to place an order, you need to call them and tell them you are going to place an order online. Kinda defeats the purpose don't you think? read more

They used to be pretty good, but here lately the service isn't very great, the employee's don't seem to know pastrami is best thin sliced and it's a very high chance of being too thick, causing it to be full of very strong fat veins that are quite hard to bite through so it pulls most of the contents off of the sandwich and causes a mess. Please lower the dial on your slicers or slice the meat to-order. read more

If you just can't face another burger, try this place. Yes, it is a little expensive, but the sandwiches are delicious and they have a good "lite" selection if you are trying to lose weight. They also have a foundation to help first responders get safety equipment, which is reason enough for me to support them. read more
