He did his work well and made our fireplace look like new. I was also prepared to buy a new remote because our's stopped working. MJ took our existing remote apart and fixed it for us, saving us a significant expense. He also did some touch up painting to our facade, where I scratched it trying to remove the glass. I'm very appreciative of MJ for that. I'm taking one star away because of my initial customer service experience. Early last week, I made an appointment for Thursday. I was given a four hour window, from 12-4 pm. I waited all afternoon, only to be told that the technician would not make it out within the given timeframe. Since I had a commitment that evening, I had to reschedule for today, Monday. As a first time customer, I expressed my disappointment to the young female receptionist and asked for the service manager to call me. I never received a call. That tainted my first experience with All Valley, but MJ made up for it with his excellent service. I would use All Valley again.

He took the time to clean our glass, vacuum inside and out, and leave it nicer than he found it. No it's not required or even expected but that's what makes it so special. Brandon came out just now and cleaned a couple dozen dead song birds out of my wood stove flu pipe in addition to the creosote buildup from running the stove all winter. I received a text message when he was on his way. He was so professional and courteous. He told me he was going to go up and take some pictures and come back down and explain to me what he seen. Come to find out there was a tree branch growing beside my chimney and every time the wind blew it was hitting my cap and eventually knocked it off. This was also affecting my neighbor because her chimney cap was smashed to one side because of that same tree branch. I had Brandon show my neighbor the pictures so she would not light a fire in her fireplace because of the tree branch up there that could catch fire. She had actually seen my chimney cap one day on the ground, picked it up and saved it. Brandon asked if he could see it. She gave it to him, he then said he could put it back up there for me and also try to straighten out my neighbor's cap. He went above and beyond. I am so impressed by him. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon. I currently do not use my fireplace, but if I ever decide to, I will definitely hire Brandon to inspect and sweep it for me.
