Dropped the ball...hard, on the service end. Mis diagnosed my system AND removed couple lbs. of refrigerant on a working 4 y/o system. So they tried to charge me, to take refrigerant out of a system that was fine (aside from a dirty evap coil). Not cool guys. At least you Voided the Invoice you tried to get me to pay. Consider 1 star a gift. We were able to find competency and willingness to access tight quarters with another Contractor... (replaced the refrigerant you took as well). read more

4.5 STAR review My perception is that both of us contributed to some communication issues. The owner was all over the map with other jobs, and I had 3 other companies that I was getting information from, which contributed to our communication glitch. There were some installment issues that had to be corrected. There was no cleanup after the job. The new water heater that was installed was slightly scratched and dented. The air conditioning unit has to be repositioned after the inspection. New drain lines had to be installed after the inspection on the water heater. The technicians had to run back and forth at least 5 times due to not having the right tools or parts. Just a minor inconvenience in retrospect after everything has been installed. HOWEVER-------The owner is as honest as they come and a nice guy. He cares for his customers and goes above and beyond. He installed something that was more expensive because he could not get the AC and furnace that I wanted due to our communication glitch, and he absorbed the extra cost. He is as educated and experienced as anyone out there in his industry. I picked his brain to try and make an informed decision. I would recommend his company all day long just based on his integrity, performance and wanting to take care of his customers. read more

Even though Steve had a Busy day he still managed to squeeze us in. Steve was very fair very knowledgeable and he also noticed my hot water heater had leaked all over. Later I found out it had a crack in it and needed to be replaced aswell!! After receiving three estimates I decided to hired Steve. Steve and Marc arrived early to install the new hot water heater, A/C unit and the heater HVAC system. Their work area was very clean organized and they hauled all the old stuff away. 2 guys showed up for appointment to do the "winter service" on my heating system. They were here 15 minutes and said they were done. I called another company to ask about scheduling the same service and asked how long the service takes and they said about 1 1/2 hour. I scheduled the new company and called Everything Air Heating & Cooling and told them about my appointment. The lady said they were very busy and they sent out a guy who does not do these kind of service calls! Really??? Seriously??? That's your excuse??? I said I am obviously not going to pay the $125 because the actual service was not done. I would be very careful of this company as they were not honest with me. Wasn't expecting to hear anything until Monday morning, but was contacted by Steven not long after I sent the request with an opening for Monday. Steven showed up at the schedule time and got straight to work evaluating my AC. He took the time to explain how the unit works, different readings he got, and what they meant based off HVAC charts. I reached out via Yelp message, received a quick response and was able to get a quote ($65) and a technician out in the next couple of days. (They actually offered to come out same day and the next, but we were busy.) They came out at the scheduled time, did the work, honored the original quote, we gave them a check, and they were on their way. I received quotes from other local businesses - some double the price, some wanting to go back and forth with questions and honestly, we are on-the-go people with a lot going on and don't have time for that. Booking the appointment was easy and Brian was the quintessential customer service schmoozer rep on the phone (which is a good thing, LOL). They DID charge $105 just to show up, but that seemed to be competitive, and I knew going in the amount would be applied towards any further repairs if I wanted/needed them, and that was very important to me up-front. The serviceman (Mark) was knowledgeable, helpful and personable, and this was a top-notch visit in every respect. Based on today's initial experience, this company understands good customer service! There was a minimum of up-selling, and it all made perfect sense in every respect. I did NOT get the feeling they were just trying to push me into more unnecessary services.
