After contacting tech support at the manufacturer of the fireplaces, their tech support told me to contact Florida Fireplace Systems because they would be able to correct the problems with the first installation by the other outfit. Florida Fireplace bid the job fairly, ran into some unforeseen complications and made the adjustments they needed to make, and finished the job to my satisfaction. I am happy to report that the guys along with the owner Jim of Florida Fireplace care about their work and their reputation and because of that, they deserve five starts. The crane they brought to my job was pretty cool also!

At that time, we were also told that they no longer sold the Majestic brand. Mike Kugel came out and recommended a gas serviceman to call. He came out and told us to order 2 parts. We did. Why would we need to buy parts for a brand new fireplace? The gas guy came out and didn't know which parts we needed to use...left and never came back. November, 2021, fireplace still doesn't work. I called over 5 times to speak to Mike, the owner and still have not gotten a call back. I was told by the young girl that works in the office, he doesn't want to come out or call me back since the other guy had touched the fireplace. When it was Mike who told us to call him!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. To not come out because of something that has been going on since installation. I do not recommend Kugel & Sons. They don't stand behind their work. They don't return phone calls. To spend over $6000.00 for a fireplace that doesn't work deeply saddens me. This is a classic example of "we have your money, so we can't/won't help you!
