A business neighbor in the building reported that the Company had been evicted from the building. Accordingly, while I have given only one star in order to be able to post a comment on YELP, this is not actually a genuine rating, just a comment on the Company based upon my personal visit at its posted location on YELP. Steve solved it in and his rates are super competitive for his skill set. Recently, my wife's business hard drive stopped working which had a ton of important data. It was a no brainer going to Steve. He worked with her and got all the data recovered. Recommend him to everyone. I plan on using Steve next time I have computer trouble or purchasing a new PC.

Regardless I feel like owner Jeff Slyn represents the company and he is not easy to deal with, he will change appointments without communication and isn't very honest and just very "shady" to deal with. Vivid worked with our builder on our house. Yes the builder was a nightmare but it's not our fault…read more We had to deal with him as well. However, we have been trying to reach Bob for over a month and no response, not to phone calls, texts, or emails. Apparently he installed in our house long range internet devices (3 of them) and used a controller he brought with him to connect them. Now our Internet IP has changed and they no longer can connect leaving us with no internet in areas of the house. When we called an external company to help us, we had to pay several of hundreds of dollars to get one of them to work by replacing it with a new one. We have 2 more to go. They can't be accessed because he has control over them. To buy new ones will cost us $259 per piece. This situation is very frustrating and costly where he could probably help us to fix this. We offered him money in one of the emails that we send him to help us fix this. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is an unkind act!

We recently had a pretty sizable project we were considering. I called Ben and left a voice mail…read more I barely finished leaving the message and Ben returned my call. Ben came by and looked over the project and gave me his assessment of the situation. I found Ben to be very honest and straightforward. Over the next week Ben and I exchanged emails discussing the particulars of the project. Ben provided his analysis and was collaborative. Ben works by himself and in the end I just felt like it would take multiple people to accomplish in a single day what I felt was needed. However, I was so comfortable dealing with Ben, if I come up with any other smaller projects, I will definitely contact Ben.
