Then he tried to tell me that it didn't happen. When I told him that I was not debating reality with him and told him that it was time for him to leave before the job was done, he did apologize. He completed the work. When I tried to discuss the unacceptable way I was treated with management I got excuses. When I said I was not ok with excuses he SCREAMED that he could take out all the equipment and not monitor the system. I was fine with that. But finally he acknowledged that the behavior was not ok and there was not excuse. So if you want to be verbally abused by all parties in this company, feel free to use them.

Vivid worked with our builder on our house. Yes the builder was a nightmare but it's not our fault…read more We had to deal with him as well. However, we have been trying to reach Bob for over a month and no response, not to phone calls, texts, or emails. Apparently he installed in our house long range internet devices (3 of them) and used a controller he brought with him to connect them. Now our Internet IP has changed and they no longer can connect leaving us with no internet in areas of the house. When we called an external company to help us, we had to pay several of hundreds of dollars to get one of them to work by replacing it with a new one. We have 2 more to go. They can't be accessed because he has control over them. To buy new ones will cost us $259 per piece. This situation is very frustrating and costly where he could probably help us to fix this. We offered him money in one of the emails that we send him to help us fix this. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is an unkind act!
