Do not get your car serviced here. They lie and do not do what you requested. Took my car to Toyota only to find my car needs a list of things done including a critical oil change which was supposedly change by this Firestone in December 14th. After that service at Firestone in Aiken, I had to go back twice. They needed to put air in my tires. Then a day later I had oil on my driveway. Went back. They are sloppy and do not give a crap. The young lady in the front had a serious attitude. I felt like I was interrupting their life by walking in the place. Honestly I would give them negative stars. Stay away! read more

My husband made an appointment to have his oil changed between 9:30 and 10:00. We got there at 9:34, Michelle told my husband it would be between 1 to 2 hours. We called at 10.51 Michelle said he was working on it as we speak. After another 30 minutes my husband went over there and they hadn't even started working on it. It is now 12:40 and we are just leaving. The rudeness of the staff is off the charts. My husband drives a wheels fleet car and Logan the manager told my husband he wouldn't work on any of the companies fleet cars again. Wheels is one of the biggest in the US. Michelle hung up on us. So obviously they think we are not worthy of their service. I called corporate and I am waiting on a call back from the regional manager. Ok so there are A LOT of reasons I will not EVER bring my car back to this place. They have 1 tech running the whole thing and 1 manager. My car has been sitting there for now day 6 just for breaks and rotors, and a few thermostat issues but not enough work for it to take 6 days I dropped my car off Monday at 2pm it is now Sunday and I still have no vehicle. Definitely the worst car shop I've ever been to. First they tell me nothing is wrong and now I have multiple issues it doesn't make sense. I have never paid $1,000 on a car for it to take this long. My car got totaled and lucky for me my brother in law had an old car that could have. It wasn't in the best shape and had some modifications done to it. I took it to Firestone and Victor and all there staff were extremely nice and let me drop off my car the night before. The car took a couple days and during that time I borrowed my dads truck and while driving the serpentine belt snapped and they replaced it for me for FREE. I would highly recommend this location for any car troubles. read more

Just don't do it. I showed up for my appointment, took 45 minutes at first. Get out to my car and looked at my receipt only to see they put the complete wrong type of oil into my vehicle. Go back in, they try to tell me that it doesn't matter (my car has required FULL synthetic 5w20 and they put a BLEND of 5w30 in it). I ask them to re do it, because I had paid for full synthetic and of course, it wasn't right and I didn't want to drive my car. They take it back in and the tech proceeds to FAKE change out my oil. I was sitting outside and the car was never touched, then they pulled it out and told me it was done. Finally they just get another technician to properly change it because the first wouldn't even say if he did or didn't. The technicians name who was on my original receipt (Kyle) is who I believe did the 'fake fix'. A few hours after this I get a notification that they're trying to take more money out of my account. I had my boyfriend call them while I called the card to sort it out. The people at firestone proceeded to call my boyfriend a liar, that they weren't taking any money etc etc. HOWEVER my card company told me that yes they were trying to process ANOTHER payment for a completely different amount. Overall, make sure your work even gets done on your vehicle. And make sure it's done correctly. Would not recommend to my worst enemy read more

The Firestone on pine log road in Aiken. It was the one I went to and asked for oil change. To make a very long story short ( esp since I really dont want to relive the debacle again) The emptied my oil and forgot to place the new oil in. I drove away after paying my bill ( 25 minute drive home) needless to say, engine ruined. Always always, check your oil after you get it changed. If I could give less than one star I would. The female manager was so rude to me I have never in my life. First I was trying to ask her questions and she didn't have time for me. I just wanted to make sure I was calling the correct location and asked if there was a Walmart near and whether Fatz Café with across the street, she could not ask someone else she just was "new here". She was not helpful in anyway and every time I ask a question there was just silence on the other end. My car broke down yesterday on the interstate and I had it towed to Firestone because they were open on Sunday. This morning I called and talked to one of the meanest people I think I have ever dealt with. For god sake, I just wanted some help and direction. She said she couldn't get it done that day because they were so busy and I even asked if I could pay an emergency fee but she would not pay any attention to me other than being curt. I finally said to her why are you making me feel like an a**hole. And she hung up on me! I took a Taxi to Firestone, And she was the same way in person....It finally got to the point where I said "why are you acting like such a bi**h". At that point I just didn't care anymore because the people I was turning to for help in a time of need made me feel horrible and was not helpful. Funny, the parking lot is not full and they seem to be taking walk-ins. Customer service and friendliness is everything! And this woman had neither. Went on a Friday to get an oil change. Got it scheduled for Saturday, was asked what kind of oil I wanted. Told them Mobile one and was quoted a price. Arrived Saturday and dropped off vehicle when I return to pay the price was less than quoted so I asked what kind of oil was used and was told pennzoil. I told him that's not what I wanted and he said that's what they had. So if your going to offer something you damn well better provide it. Unfortunately, this Firestone schedules appointments that they have no intention of honoring. After buying tires on TireRack, I scheduled installation with Firestone. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that they could not install my tires at my appointment, and it would be 5 days before they could give me a real appointment. There was no call or warning that they could not honor their previous commitment, and when asked about doing better, I was simply met with a shrug. Every time I bring car in, it is at least 2 days. They lie and say ready at 2 pm. Then 4. Then 6 pm. Then some time the next day. They have never lived up to their quoted time. Maybe it is because the mechanics seem to congregate around one area and talk instead of working in their assigned bays. They need to fire people who don't do the job properly. Don't stand there and tell me the job took so long because the mechanic "shouldn't have been doing that work". Seriously? It gets worse. See the next paragraph. Don't send me home with repairs so shoddily done that I am back at your business a few days later with the same problem! I had driven less than 20 miles driven. The manager said "I know what the problem is and we will make it right." AS SOON AS I IDENTIFIED MY VEHICLE. This indicates to me that they KNEW it wasn't fixed correctly the previous week. Supposedly they did "fix" the problem this time (two days ago). The original tech did the work improperly, cut wires to equipment, and missed some problems. Now my car is running fine, but it has only been two days, so I am not sure I trust it. It ran fine for three days before. We shall see. The two gentlemen I dealt with were polite - Michael and Lamar. I bear them no ill will. From their conversations with me, and with others made in my hearing, they are having a problem keeping people. I am sorry. I wish I could help. Here is my advice: Do the job in an honest manner. Give the customer an accurate time estimate to fix the car. Have the integrity to ensure that the work is done by someone who knows what they are doing. If someone is in training, they must be supervised or checked. Do not let an incompetent tech work unassisted. If you have too much work for your personnel, send customers elsewhere. Customers will appreciate your honesty and try you again. I paid out over $1,000. I hope the problem with my car is fixed. I will go elsewhere in the future. read more

I was quoted $50 for my service. Paid for an Uber home only to get a call 45 mins later basically saying My bad, I was wrong - it's over $150. They were understaffed at the time and were very vocal about their frustration and their attitudes reflected it. I would suggest putting on a smile for the customer - we didn't do anything to you. Beware of this place! They tried to scam me several years ago wanting to replace parts that were less that 3 months new. Currently, I thought they could handle patching a tire on my wife's car but they proved me wrong. Car was dropped off on lunch break and left. A couple hours later they called my wife trying to sell her a new $250 tire and said her tire was irreparable. I called them and they lied to me saying it had a recent patch, which was impossible because I had those tires put on new and they've never been off the rim. Then after I talked to them twice on the phone I went to the location and they said they never told me it had a patch and that they never spoke to me. Then when I called them out that they were trying to take advantage of a woman, they backpedaled and said that they could go ahead and in fact fix the tire. I didn't let them because at that point I didn't trust them to top off the washer fluid let alone fix the tire right. Went to Tyler tire and it was fixed fast with zero issues! It wasn't even leaking where Firestone said that it was. read more

If you are stranded in Aiken, SC, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Call Chris at CRW Mobile Automotive Repair. My family and I were traveling from Florence, SC back home to Altanta, GA and starting experiencing problems on I-20 and had to stop in Aiken, SC. After getting jumps stopping and making it to an Advanced Auto who tested that the charge was low on the alternator, he suggested Firestone. He gave us a jump and unfortunately, we didnt make it that far and had to get it towed to Firestone. Due to the tow truck not being able to hold more than 2 people, I had to call a cab for my mother-in-law and grandson while we waited for the tow. By the time they got there, she explained our situation to the guy at Firestone and put me on the phone with him (I am assuming is management of some kind). He quoted me $600+ to install an alternator. When I expressed my concern for the high cost, he stated, "Well we can check it and if you don't want to pay that, you can take it somewhere else"...saying this, knowing we were pretty much stranded. I agreed to the $24.95 charge to check it anyway. After 2.5 hours (It was 2PM) of our family waiting for it to be checked, the mechanic told us that he could not look at the vehicle unless we get another battery or buy one from them. They wanted us to buy a battery for $279 after we told him that we just bought a new battery and it was the alternator. I asked him if he tried to charge the battery and he said he didn't have it connected to the terminals, which meant no. As I followed my husband outside and walked around to the back where the care was parked, he just had a handheld battery meter. They didn't attempt, nor were willing to offer to help us push it into their garage or anything. They didn't even attempt to give us a jump to start it back up to get it into their garage. They wanted us to pay damn near $1000(669+ for installing an alternator and $279 for buying a new battery we didn't need). But Chris came to the rescue and gave us a jump. He and his wife helped us to get our vehicle out of that stinking Firestone parking lot, took us to the auto parts store where we were able to get a free exchange at O'Reillys (due to Limited Lifetime Warranty on the bad alternator we purchased a year prior), installed the alternator, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it. The Firestone mechanics watched over into the other parking lot the whole time talking trash, but also watched us drive off with a car in good condition without their help. Every where I can think of I'm going to give you racist folks a bad review because you really suck. I hope these mobile mechanics put you out of business. read more

They put new brake pads on all wheels a year ago. Since the new pads went on, I have a noise coming from left rear that won't go away. They've had my vehicle for a day and half and problem still not fixed. I told them if they don't hear the noise to call me since I'm 5 minutes away and I will take the tech for a ride to point the noise out. The next day no one calls me about my vehicle so I call them and I was told "it's ready" . Shocked I said was the noise fixed. He (Tray) replied what noise. Upon arriving in person I took a tech (Todd) for a ride to point the noise out. As soon as I backed up and drove 20feet the tech said " oh I hear it now.."... Then he told me that I would have to make an appointment to have them look at it and fix it. They have had my car for a day and half and now and are telling me to bring it back.
