When I arrived the salesperson apparently wasn't able to access the tires I chose since he had me go through the whole process of picking the tires again. After about and hour or so he approached me and I thought I was ready to go. Nope, he told me they didn't have the tires I selected, they only had more expensive ones. I complained about sitting around for an hour only to be told I had to pay more. The salesman agreed to give me the tires for the same price so I told him to go ahead. I waited almost another two hours before they finally finished. I don't think I have ever waited three hours for tires before, especially when I had an appointment. I took my wife's car to Costco and had tires installed in 30 minutes. Won't be coming back.

The price seems right inline with other places in the area. I arrived a little before 4:00 and was helped by Jerrad who was very kind, patient and helpful. My appointment wasn't showing in the system. I know things happen so I asked if it would be better for them if I came back in the morning. Jerrad nicely stated that they were going to honor their word and take care of me as scheduled. I thought that was very kind, professional and great business. I left my car while my mom and I ran some errands. About an hour later I received a text status/results and then a call letting me know my car was ready. They did find a few things wrong with my car but, they did not push me to immediately do the repairs. They explained them to me and advised which should be the next thing on the list I should repair. No one's ever asked me that question. I went into the working area and it was a mess, tools thrown everywhere. The work space was disgusting, They no longer had the part to take my tires off. All new staff. I write this review with a heavy heart. I was so grateful to find a good mechanic to work on my cars when I first moved to Aiken. Chris the new manager didn't have anything to say. I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb.
