I bought 4 New Tires a year ago from the Lake Jackson location. Yesterday while on my lunch break I noticed my passenger back tire was flat . I live in Angleton so I went to the Angleton location after I got off of work @5 to have them look at my tire I possibly ran over a nail and needed my tire to be plugged . I was told I needed to schedule an appointment so I scheduled the next day for 6pm to come in after I pick up my daughter from daycare . When I came in for my appointment I was told that I would have to schedule another appointment because they cannot look at my tire . I understand when businesses are busy and cannot get to you right before closing hours . But for them to have me schedule an appointment for the next day and still not at least look at my tire is very disappointing. I am a single mother and I work 8 am- 5 pm weekdays in the Houston area . The fact that I bought 4 brand new tires with 60,000 mile warranty and I'm having to put air in my tire every time I go somewhere until I can have someone look at it is very disappointing. Firestone has officially lost my business next time I buy new tires I will take my money elsewhere. read more

I had something puncture my tire when I got off work and had no choice but to stop there, I only needed it patched til next day when I could pay new tires but Seth was adamant that it could not be fixed and said they could put air in it and I could drive down road but it would not hold air !! So he pressured me into paying 241. For 1 tire when I was scheduled to get tires the following day and paying 476.for 4 ! So I truly believe they ( Seth) took advantage of my situation. The actual work is fine, but even with an appointment you will be here absolutely all day. I was the only one there when and showed up 30min prior to my appointment. Keep in mind not a single vehicle in the bays. They finally got up from lounging around 20min after my scheduled appointment. They then did everything else while doing my alignment, and I mean everything! So far we have even discussed taking vacation days off with the manager and called home. Bought tires there for years. Got two more new ones recently; thought getting BALANCED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME was part of the job. Had to come back 2nd time for a job that should've been done the first time. Inside of an hour, they couldnt slip me in to REBALANCE 2 tires. I had to leave after 1 hr, 15 min. Work not done again! Let me be clear, they have always done a good job on the actual work on our fleet vehicles, and using the fleet service we use takes extra time which I understand. But these guys are SLOW, the slowest service center I've ever been too. On a slow day it took almost 6 hours to change a tire. On a busy day (as I sit in the waiting room) I'm working on 10+ hours to change brakes, tires, and a battery. If you have anywhere to be, don't come here. Go elsewhere. read more

I'm in the middle of a military relocation and my tire started to flatten. I took it to the Goodyear by my parents. They said crack rim, told me they fixed it and sent me off. Then when I was 10 minutes into the last leg of my journey the check tire light came on again. We were able to change it and happened to be closer to this location. After a very frustrating morning this place was a little sunshine. They sent my tire off to a place they trust with their own children to be evaluated. it was fixed up and came back looking better than the other 3 rims I still have! They kept me informed and made sure I was ok. Fair price, and I am happy with the work so far. Fingers crossed there's no more hiccups. read more

It was Memorial weekend and we were heading back to Katy from San Luis Galveston. We were pulling our new travel trailer and it began to have brake problems. We were near Angleton and contacted several places before talking to Roy with Firestone. He said they wouldnt work on the trailer but we could park it there and a place across the street could work on the trailer brakes. We parked the trailer at the Firestone store and drove home to Katy. Roy was nice enough to contact the owner manager at the place across the street and arranged to pull the trailer to them. Roy is a great manager and great customer service. read more

Stop here if you want to be taken advantage of. My wife went there to get an oil change and have them check the brakes. She ended up being charged $508. The service people told her the front brakes and rotors were bad. She called me at work, the service advisor lied to me about the cost of the parts. The technician, even though he didn't look at the car, could tell me to the millimeter how much pad was left. The advisor or technician tried to coerce her to buy tires and cabin filter. when she would not they left her glove box and contents on the floorboard. The parts prices were inflated by 100 to 200%. Example; Cabin filter online $19.99, Firestone $59.99. When I spoke with the area manager, George Ranieri, He said "We can charge what we want" When I mentioned the glove box incident, he stated " I apologize I'll mention it to them" I will never go back to this Firestone again and will let everyone I know what a terrible experience I had. read more

You can visit them online and get discount coupons as well. Upon arrival at the location the employees have always been polite and very helpful. I brought my vehicle in at 7:00 am and was the first in the shop. I needed brake pads replaced on one axial and thought this would be a morning job. At 10:00 I was informed the brake hoses were cracked and needed replacement. I agreed. At 12:00 pm I returned and was told the job would be another 2 hours. At 4:00pm I called and was told they were waiting on brake parts. I thought, wasn't this suppose to be done this morning and there are 3 auto parts stores within 5 minutes driving? At 6:30 pm I was informed my vehicle was ready. An $89 job turned into $330. What really made me mad was waiting 11 hours for a 2 hour job and the excuses were very deceptive. NO apologies from the manager. Never going back. read more
