I needed to change out a headlight bulb, but Firestone wanted me to pay them for the labor (understandable) and another headlight bulb at $20 (not understandable). Went in to price tires for a car I had been looking at right across the street and Mike was VERY helpful with his knowledgeable mechanics. He had been kind enough to offer their time and lifts on site. Once we got it up they found numerous issues and made canceling the sale simple as pie. Stopped by to fix a TPMS sensor issue. They were very clear about the price of the diagnostic and the cost of the sensor replacement. The work was done quickly and the costs were both reasonable and communicated to me ahead of time. The guys that work here seem very professional, helpful and polite. I would come back here again. Even though that I did not buy my tire from Firestone, as another store was slightly cheaper, I am writing this review based on customer service alone. I was shopping around for a tire that no one had in stock. I spoke to "Tim" and he was more than helpful in calling other Firestone stores for me. He found my tire and had it shipped to the store the North Smithfield store located closer to me. He also called that store and made the appointment so I did not have to. Later on, he called me back to confirm that the tire was being delivered. Like I stated earlier, even though I eventually bought elsewhere, the service was outstanding. read more

Never again - I have spent so much at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Attleboro, and continuously walk away dissatisfied! They are amateurs who are instructed to create revenue generating problems on unsuspecting customers. There are many times that I have had work done, only needing to return to have more repairs done on things that they INTENTIONALLY damaged! Not only that, I received an estimate for work that they alleged I needed...total over $4000. My real mechanic said that nothing needed to be done on the list, perhaps only one minor fix that would be well below $500! I don't know how this place only has 2 and a half stars. They are exceptional when it comes to customer service. The first time I came in I was in a rush to get to work they made sure they had me out on time and they had replaced a tire plugged another and changed my oil. It is so reasonably priced and they always take care of their customers. This is my second time and they remembered where I worked and who I was which was so nice. Mike the manager of vehicle sales was who helped me the first time and remembered me the second he's awesome and Mahoumed was so polite and personable. He helped me on this visit. I dropped my car off at Firestone in Attleboro, MA this morning around 11:00 for an oil change and to replace a headlight. The guy asked me if I had time to leave it there and I said that was fine. He then asked what time I would like to pick it up. I said I could pick it up around 2:00 , to which he responded "okay sounds good". I went back to pick up my car around 3:00(an hour after I said I would be there) and the guy has the nerve to tell me they are just bringing my car in now!!! And that it will take 30 minutes for the oil change and 10 minutes for he headlight. I would have just taken the car without getting it fixed but I have to drive to NY tonight and no one else is open this late on a Sunday. So now I have spent my entire day without my car and I have to wait at least 40 minutes for it to get done. Definitely not how I was expecting this Firestone experience to turn out. read more

Never use Firestone for repairs. Only good for tires. Had service to my car . Messed everything up. Months later get billed 675$ for rental that they should have paid for. Now managers say they will no pay do to them having to fix what they messed up. Over 5,000$ paid to Firestone and still getting billed for their bad work. Now being charged another 150$ for a rental again. By far they should not be in business. Very bad never accept a rental they will only make you pay in long run read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. The people who work there tried to scare me into getting services for my car that weren't needed quite yet. They also quoted me nearly $600 for the work, which I ended up paying only $80 for elsewhere at a later date. They also sold me a tire with a slow leak and weren't too keen on rectifying the situation. Terrible auto service don't waste your time or money here. read more

Is an oil change supposed to take 4 hours? Well it did for my wife. On top of that, they told her she needed a new battery immediately scaring her into thinking it wouldn't make it two days. After she called me and I told them not to do it, on her way out they said it would last about a year before a replacement was needed. I learned two things: 1) never go here again, especially when Triple Play is right next door and is so much better and 2) never let my wife go get any work done on her car without me, thanks to people like this. read more

Poor management, manager is unprofessional and lies (he says one thing and later denies and insists he said another, regarding time and money), unfortunately I will never go back and will never recommend this place and I only say unfortunately because I have a credit card with this company. They do a nice job here for basics like a tire rotation. Always fit you in and get you in and out quickly.

This place is a rip off! We had new tires put there in October 2014 - prices were decent and that experience was fine. I recently went in because I needed a patch. I had a screw in my tire and AAA put my donut on and told me that the valve stem cracked off. I still had my receipt from the new tires and the valve stems should have been replaced. I hate the kind of situation where I am not knowledgeable and should've trusted my instincts. Erik (manager, I think) told me I needed a new sensor and that they would patch the tire. Come to find out, I did NOT need a new sensor. He also told me he would rotate the tires for free and top off my liquids. Today (a week later) I turn on my wipers and there is no windshield wiper fluid!! I am pissed! I love that they have this big poster in their showroom talking about "honesty"! What a bunch of con artists! read more

I brought my car in for an oil change and flat repair on 10/15/16. As I was driving home from Firestone I heard a loud noise coming from under the car. I pulled over and saw the engine splash shield was dragging on the ground because the guy who changed the oil forgot to screw it back on. The tow truck driver who brought my car back to Firestone agreed. Firestone's manager apologized and gave me coupons for two free oil changes but who wants to bring their car somewhere that can't put all the screws back in? This could be very dangerous and I would not recommend this Firestone to anyone! read more
