Little did they know I had just got this 2024 car a month ago from a dealer and had a 90 day warranty. So I said wait no, let me call the dealer first and figure out if its covered in the warranty because according to him it was really bad 1/32nd and had days until it gave out. Now I was concerned and frustrated with the dealer, so I went to them and they stated that it was false and they lied to me and should've passed me. So I tried to get it resolved and returned to this shop and told them they checked and stated its good and should've passed. Bob insisted he will not pass me and stated I offered you a great deal and can work on your car now. I stated no, Im not paying for it, if I do no have to. So I went to the DMV inspection and had it challenged and they confirmed this shop did a wrongful inspection and it should've passed. They signed the paperwork and told me to return to them and they notified them that I was returning. I went back so they can update the system, pass my vehicle and provide a refund for the wrongful inspection, and they refused and the front desk woman Lauren became very verbally abusive, telling me she can cancel my appt and make me wait a month, yelling at me, throwing the F bombs, calling me a bitch and kicking me out the office, I felt very unsafe. (I also have a proof of the verbal abusive) I did not want to escalate this but I have no choice because this is NOT how you do business!

Since my dealer service warranty has expired and I was determined not to spend an arm and a leg this time, I drove in to New England Tire Car Care in Warwick on a late Saturday afternoon. Not only did they check my car within the same day, they also diagnosed the problem and offered to order the original part by Monday. By Tuesday, the problem was fixed and I was able to drive out of there with a new, OEM taillight that did not cost me greatly. Ed, Greg, and Mike--everyone, really--are pleasant and really helpful. The place doesn't have a fancy waiting room but it works. Most importantly, their service is good. I give this place a thumbs up on value and customer service.

I told the guys you need to clear the yellow code after the repair. Christian nodded his head like yup. When I was told the car was ready. I asked if code had been cleared .
