If you want fast courteous service from a competent crew where you can make an appointment and get great tire work or mechanic work the by all means go somewhere else ! Only one mechanic in the shop with a counter guy that is only there to text on his phone and tell you two hours or more before you can expect your vehicle to make it inside the shop is ridiculous. This location killed a family heirloom I had planned on passing down to my sons, my late mother's 2000 Ford ranger I had just finished restoring a year earlier.. I'm giving this location 2 stars because ordinarily, they have done Justice by me and my family. However I am so heartbroken by national management's inability to make things right and try to make this my fault for a small oversight for a local technician who seemingly and simply did not tighten the oil filter and my truck leaked oil until it was too late. I would've been fine with an apology and a voucher or check for restoring my vehicle. That didn't happen. Particularly I hold at fault National Bridgestone claims manager Roberto Lamanna, who has done this to other individuals before. I do not recommend this location. This was my first and last time doing business with Firestone. I came in for a simple tire replacement and alignment on a 2020 Toyota. Once I left and got on the highway, my car began to treble and shake terribly with tension in my sterring while also pulling strong to the left. I called Firestone and they asked me to bring it back in the next day. They informed me that one of my tires would not balance out correctly and they wanted to put a new set of tires on my car. I told them I believe the alignment is also off because my car is in worse condition then when I came In since I let them touch it. They put the new tires on and I'm still having the same problem. I have been at this location for 3 days straight. I was called by management and informed that their balance machine might need to calibrated and he wants me to come back and try a different set of tires. I informed him that I know longer want to do business with Firestone and I would like a full refund. I said you can put my old tires back on and I will go someplace else. They no longer had my tires because he said they where already sent out. I asked when do you send them out because its only been a few days and this happend over the weekend. He wouldn't give me an exact day , just that they are sent out weekly. They damaged my tires and alignment and the only way I can get a full refund from them now is to go buy a new set of tires from somewhere else and bring there's back. The service is terrible. This place is a ripoff!! They told my husband he need it so many things on his car and on my car and it was all to sell him things that we did not need, my husband spent 3,000 on repairs for both cars that were not really needed. He had to go back because his break light was on and this was the service guy's comment to my husband: "yeah I remember you, are the guy that spent a lot of money the other day here". I AM ONLY PUTTING 1 star because I HAVE TO. NEVER AND I MEAN EVER USE THIS LOCATION!!!! THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION AND START OVER..I had to come here again because the part being replaced was still under warranty..this last time I used them was a horrible experience but this time really takes the cake! I turned my car into these people at 12 on Friday where they were only needing to replace my wheel bearing ..I call and check around 2:30 and they said they were finishing up and then I get a call from Firestone at 4:20 saying the broke the entire spindol and would have to order another. I asked if I was able to drive my car and he said "Not unless you want to drive with 3 wheels"..I told him I would need a rental bc that car is my only means of transportation and he said he couldn't approve that bc his manager was gone for the day. I asked for if had an area manager that he could call bc I can't go without a vehicle all weekend and mind you I am at work and now have no way home and my office closed in an hour!! He said he would try to reach the area manager and would call back...he wait until right after 5:00pm when Enterprise is already called and said his area manager would call me and order me a rental for the next day. Meanwhile everyone in my area is without power due to a storm and now I'm also without transportation. The area manager never calls me and I have to be the one to call back the next day at 9:15 and ask about the rental. The same guy answers at Firestone and says he's been having trouble contacting the area manager and asked me to give him a good 15 minutes and he would call back. I wait and wait and wait and it's around 11:15 and I call Firestone AGAIN because I know enterprise closes at 12 and I ask what is going on and he says his area manager just messaged him that a rental is ready for me. So I happily rush to enterprise and once I arrive they tell me they told Firestone when they originally called that they have nothing available that day for me. I call Firestone once again and say "I NEED YOUR AREA MANAGER TO CALL ME NOW!" Still haven't heard from that area manager. Called corporate to file a complaint and that was two days again and am waiting on them to call back. COMPLETE SHIT SHOW! read more

I hit a pothole and my tire burst the night before Christmas Eve, and I had a feeling that every auto care place would be closed for Christmas. However, they were open on Christmas Eve and got me in and out in less than an hour. They even gave me special tires that are better for road hazards like potholes and construction so that this is less likely to happen again. The best part is, I only paid a little over $100. They were all very kind and knowledgeable, and I know they took good care of my car. read more

Never take your vehicle here. Never! Wednesday I had harmonic balancer that was squeeking and could see was shaking and vibrating while engine idles. Firestone tells me harmonic balancer was" tight" and wasn't vibrating but what I was seeing was the "tabs" moving. Firestone charged $262 for new pulley tensionor belt, install belt, and rotate tires. F.Y.I It only takes 5 minutes to do pulley belt change. Only reason I even asked for new pulley belt was bcuz you have to take it off too change harmonic balancer anyway. Got worse 10 minutes down road after left and i took to another shop Thursday morning. So different mechanics took my $107 belt install right off to do the harmonic balancer. Payed the second shop $367 to have a new harmonic balancer put on and the 2 hours of labor. Picked up truck Friday morning and it idled so much better and no squeeking noise anymore. So then went back to Firestone on way home to tell them what they did was wrong. 30 secomds into tell them what happened some guy behind counter cuts me off bcuz I said "sh*t" while explaining myself. I then told them forget it and never coming back when it was clear they didnt wanna listen but argue with me.. Customer service is a joke, would of been nice if listened to what I had to say instead of cutting me off. Never returning and hope nobody does business here if want your vehicle done right. This place will metaphorically; slap a bandaid on it and tell you your good. Would rate zero stars if I could. Go anywhere but here. read more
