We limped into Gleason's and they took us right away. After about 30 minutes John, explained to us that the repair was out of the scope of what his shop does. However, John went beyond what we expected and not only looked up the Lexus part we needed but made some calls and found an auto service shop that could take us right away and told them where the part could be found. John called a tow truck to pick up the car and would not take a dime from us for the hour plus more for all his time. My wife and I want to personally thank everyone who assisted us and the time they took out of their busy schedule. We had a feeling, while waiting for the results of our car, and observing that they greeted all of their customers by name with one dropping off Christmas presents to the staff, that we were both blessed and lucky for pulling into their shop. I have never had better service. very respectful, helpful, genuinely kind and understanding people. My daughter and I were stuck on the side of the highway for 14hrs as our insurance tried to find a wrecker service for my jeep and my travel trailer after my jeep became disabled. After several wrecker services cancelled my insurance called me with a company that was able to handle both vehicles and even offered to store the trailer at their yard while the jeep was dropped off at a shop. Because of my frustrating night I asked if they could be sure they could handle both and that's when the insurance called them and added them to the call. From that very first phone interaction it was an amazing experience and I'm sure it took some patience dealing with me in the morning. They quickly got my jeep loaded up and hooked up my trailer. With the trailer dropped at the yard and jeep dropped at the shop and a good coffee shop recommendation their service was complete and it was a relief that it all went so smooth. I ended up choosing a different shop after some calls and made a quick call to see about towing the jeep to another shop and they were extremely fast, safe and helpful. It was an eventful day made easier to cope with thanks to Hegwood's towing great people and service. I hope I don't have to call y'all again but if the need arises when in the area I definitely will.
