I thought I had an appointment with them, but it turns out it was the wrong location however, they swiftly put me in on their schedule and got my car inspection done super quick with flying colors! The staff is all super friendly and helpful, I would like to put a special shout out for Justin for making me feel super welcome, taken care of, and valued as a customer. The waiting room was large and clean and was super comfortable, I would've been able to wait four hours if that was even possible since they're so fast. Went to have a tire fixed. They look at when you bought tire then they decide if they are allowed to repair it. Firestone rules. They won't even put any used tires on or anything. Absolutely phenomenal service. My truck threw a serpentine belt and had the water pump break. I was on the phone waiting for the tow truck, she had the parts waiting by the time I got there. Pulled it straight in and had me back on the road in just a few hours. ON A SUNDAY! Price was very fair, and even gave a discount on a tire rotation. I had my car towed to this fire stone because I knew that they would be able to get in and diagnose it quickly. But they informed me that I had a problem that was a recall, and that they were unable to fix it. Turns out it was a $40 part and they could've fixed it and had me out the door within two days but I have now waisted well over $1000.00 on a rental car and two tows just to fix a problem that would have just cost less than $250. The manager Justin seems to be helpful but is actually patronizing and giving you the run around! The final straw was I asked him to quote me a price to install the part that I found in 10 minutes! He said he'd call me right back and never did! So i went over and he wasn't working on my issue at all but running around the shop. read more

Absolutely horrible!! Didn't repair tire at all! Got there at 8a when they opened guy sitting at desk said he couldn't help we'd have to wait for the manager who was "hung over" then when they finally got us back to do a simple tire repair, it took an hour and a half to fill a nail hole on the tire and we get an hour down the road and we are losing tire pressure got up this morning to a flat tire again...same tire they worked on. Horrible I don't think anybody knows what they're doing there. read more

Unbelievably poor business! Bought tires from them last year. Yesterday a rock pierced a back tire. Deflated while driving. Went to nearest tire dealer out of town. Had to get new tire at a different out of town dealer. Went to Firestone with damaged tire hoping for a prorated new tire or money back as the tires had not acquired very many miles and we had insurance on tire. While driving to Firestone the another tire was going flat. Upon arrival at Firestone, we were informed that they could do NOTHING about the pierced tire and could NOT attempt to look at the current tire that was presently deflating on the car! We were informed the next available appointment was 13 days from today! cOULD NOT BELIeVE THIS SERVICE! We left and went to another reputable dealer in Columbia that waited on us immediately! Within 35 minutes we drove away with a new tire from the other business. Firestone shame on you! We got a screw job! Never recommend the tires or service to anyone! read more

Had both front axles changed. Now there's a popping noise coming from the front of my car after a changing the axles. Returned my car for them to find the problem but they couldn't find a problem but can find everything else. Now I have to take my car to the dealer who knows how much they are going to charge just to look at it. Went in for one issue to get, now I have another issue. Highly pissed! read more

Worst experiences ever from an auto repair shop. First, I took my nissan altima in for a new battery about a year to a year and a half ago and they were so lazy they didnt clip my battery in all they and it disconnected while I was driving. The next time I wanted to drive it my car wouldnt turn on. Called a tow truck to tow it to the Firestone but the tow truck driver had the tools to just reconnect my battery free of charge. Second, about 3 months ago I went in for an oil change and tire rotation before I went to Denver Colorado. On my drive out there my tire pressure idiot light came on. I decided to stop and check the tires just to make sure everything was all ok. I checked my tires and i realized none of my tires had air caps on them anymore. I chose to trust that Firestone would have filled my tires with air and been diligent enough to place the caps back on, but no. Lastly, my sister has a mercury mountaineer and she went in to get her tires changed from winter tires to summer tires. The guys there, true to their character, were lazy and did not fasten her tires on correctly. She almost died because one of her tires started wobbling on I-55 in illinois while she was going 75mph. Her wheel bearings broke while she tried to slow the car down and she finally stopped the car barely on the shoulder in the middle of rush hour traffic. I would reccommend Firestone as a franchise in other locations, but this Firestone has had the absolute laziest crew and made the most dangerous mistakes on multiple occassions. Do not go here. Ever. Update: I emailed the social care a week ago and have not received a response.. read more

My car is the only one in the garage. there is a family of 7 that has decided to wait until they can get to them. My waterpump went out during a cross country road trip, the service staff at Firestone was very accommodating in helpin not only with the repair but also directing us to palces to stay for the night and allowed us to hang out in the lobby with our dog while we found arrangements etc......town was a little busy as it was Homecoming weekend for Mizzou. Really appreciated all the hospitality of the staff here and that one of the serviceman came in early to make out repair so we could get back on the road quicker. read more

The dreaded "tire flat" light came on yesterday on my rental after a big football game in town (damn tailgaters). I stopped by here and was serviced by Brandan who looked at it and said it was about 20 units lower (front right tire) then the others but didn't see anything abnormal such as a nail or rock. He filled it up and told me to come by tomorrow (today), if it became low again, which it did but not by too much. He did another touch up airwise and while he recommended I get it fixed due to a hidden leak, I thought I should be ok to get to the airport (MCI) nonetheless I felt very confident that Brandan knew what he was talking about and I would come back here in a heartbeat with all my regular car's tire needs. read more
