Had a scheduled oil change here at 9 am and showed up around 815 and they took my car early- which was cool. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and also apply coupons to your service if you don't have one. I really like Christian and think he is a hard worker at this location. He is very friendly and courteous to all the customers. The oil change was fairly quick and while I was waiting, I overheard Christian (the manager) talking to a customer talking about wiper blades being on sale 2 for 15- which to me is a steal! So I questioned about them, and he went to check if the deal applied to my car as well. Luckily, I was able to get the deal, so my wiper blades were also replaced. I usually come here to get my tires replaced through using tirerack.com, but figured I'd come here for an oil change this time. Every time I had come in the past, I had no issues with the customer service or service in general. The pricing is fair and is similar to other places that service cars. I used to go to Meineke on NE Avenue, but they are criminals there and like to make up their own prices, so I decided to stay with Firestone for all future vehicle needs. I would highly recommend this place to get your oil changed or tires put on. Another plus is that they do a courteousy check and they dont hound you about gettng the things replaced there, they just make suggestions. read more

Incompetent workers. Dropped my car off for a tire change, only to come home and notice they put completely wrong size tires on. Got a comp card for a free oil change for the inconvenience of being without a car for 2 days. Few months later find out from my dealership during car inspection that the wrong oil was put it. Scheduling you appointment in advance doesn't mean your car will be even started on time. They also lack communication in term of how long the service may take. Came there to the time scheduled in advance. I needed some regular basic thing to be done. In two hours found out they didn't look at it yet. Don't ever give your business to these criminals. A few years back I needed an AC recharge, and saw a sign outside of this establishment advertising complete AC recharge and leak testing for $150. I pulled in, and approached the mechanic to request this service. "I see you have a special on AC recharge. I could use it." He readily took my keys and I sat in the waiting room. After a little less than an hour, he called me over and started to do the paperwork. Before he handed me the bill, he mentioned that they weren't able to test it for leaks today so I'd have to come back tomorrow. This was only the beginning of my displeasure. Then came the bill. $450 for an AC recharge! "Excuse me, but the sign says $150. What is this?" "Oh, you have a Saturn and that takes a different refrigerant than the one on the sign." "Which one on the sign? The thing only says $150 for an AC recharge and leak test. It doesn't mention anything about exceptions or different makes." "Sorry, your car uses a special kind of refrigerant. That's the cost." "You didn't think to tell me this at some point before you did the job??" "You told us to do the job, You said AC recharge, So we did it." "Dude, I am not paying this amount of money. I don't even have it on me," "You don't have a credit card or something?" "No." "Let me talk to the boss." Boss comes out, an even bigger douche than the mechanic. Stands there with a sarcastic grin on his face. "Sorry buddy that's how much it costs for your service." "I was not given an estimate before I authorized the repairs." "You didn't ask for one." "Why would I think that I needed one? Don't you think that when someone points to a sign for a certain special on service, and they request that service, it's up to the business to let that person know that their vehicle isn't eligible for that price?" "No, it's your car and you oughta know that sort of thing. We just do the job you tell us to do." "Well I don't have the money to pay for this." "Guess you're gonna have to find it buddy. That's the bill." "Fine, will you at least take half now and let me come back tomorrow with the rest? You have all of my information." "Nope. Cash or blonds. Maybe a redhead if ya got one." (Lame attempt at humor. Such an a-hole.) "You're going to make me walk the hell home from here?" "Hey man, not my problem." And so I ended up walking home and coming back the next day with the money. Reported it to Firestone corporate and the BBB. No results of course. This is a form of extortion. These guys are crooks. Looking back on it I might have called the police or taken them to small claims court. And as it turned out, I did indeed have a leak in my system. This was found by my regular mechanics, who not only fixed the leak and recharged the system, but only charged me $200 for the whole thing. read more

This is exactly the way the mechanic left my car to try to gouge me of money. They came to me telling me that my vehicle had an oil leak and that they did not know where the oil leak was coming from. I told them my car has never had an oil leak there's been no oil leak in the driveway or in my garage. Plus my Mercedes-Benz oil light would have gone off if there was no oil or if there was a defect and one of the hoses or what not. They proceeded to tell me why don't you come out so I can show you. I told him absolutely not bring my car down I'm going to take it somewhere else. Then Richard Bak told me that I should go out there and look at it he started yelling at me telling me I don't know what I'm talkin about. And I overheard him calling me a b**** big mistake I went out there to confront him and I accused them of simulating an oil leak in order to charge me more money. There was another customer in the store who they told was driving around with no oil in their car and they asked him when was your last oil change and the customer said here I Firestone. They had no comment about that then there was another gentleman who had a Volvo and of course they were charging him up the whazoo with all types of complaints and issues with the Volvo. Be very aware I believe strongly that this shop tells people that they have issues with their cars and if they don't know any better they believe them and they charge them up scenes amounts of money. I would never ever do business with this company I filed a Better Business report against them I've called corporate which they've launched an investigation which God knows how that will go. Don't trust them don't do any business with these types of people. Well anyway they on they also remove the seal from the oil causing oil to leak all over the top of my car all over the engine and on the bottom I finally told my sister and she came and picked up my car and took it to her mechanic and as soon as he opened the hood these photos or what he discovered the damage. Firestone dead to my car. You had a properly clean and give me the synthetic oil that I needed and he did an excellent job and cleaning the mess that Firestone did to me. They are spiteful disgusting unethical people that work there they look like a bunch of thugs anyway. They will have you sit there and the unethical mechanics and management and workers there will conjure up some type of issue with your car so they can overcharge you and scam you of your good earned hearts money. Please beware these people do not have the best interests of the customers. Thank God I went to a good mechanic who cleaned up all their mess and told me there was no leak whatsoever in my car this was a way that Firestone in Feasterville Pennsylvania was trying to lie and get money out of me. Had a screw in a tire on my pickup truck which I requested to be repaired which a Firestone tech agreed to do. While waiting I noticed my truck was being inspected for repairable items which of course I declined; but also the fluids were topped off which was appreciated. After much anticipation my tire issue was finally addressed but evolved into a problem after two attempt's to patch the screw hole (sheet rock screw) without success. I was informed that my tire is not repairable but I could purchase a tire to replace the damaged tire which I declined and requested the spare tire to be installed which was free of charge. I went to another tire repair shop told them the problem and yes the tire is repaired. Need I explain anymore? Come to your own conclusion! read more

No complaints, been using them for years. they are always there for me for an emergency tire care . Never real long waits as long as you get there early. Never had customer service issues there. Guys at the front seem knowledgeable and pleasant enough .They will try and upsell you a lot but they do at all places so no big deal. Quality work never any issues. Cheaper than a dealer and credit there is easy as long as you have decent credit. All in all, A-OK! read more

I am very unhappy, I feel I was ripped off. I took my 2010 Nissan Altima with 57k miles for my third rear brakes replacement from Firestone. My last one for my rear brakes was 16k ago. I was told my calipers were hanging up, which I believe was correct. When I asked how much longer it was going to take after being patient for a LENGTHY time, the man gave me an attitude and was not very customer friendly. Tire Service noway! 4 tires delivered to install and I left with 4 tires to install. Noone in the shop could mount on a Dodge Ram 1500. Made excuses about Tire, and needing a tool. RIDICULOUS. Goodyear 1mile away, Mount, balance out of the shop in 1hour. NO SPECIAL TOOL, Tires were fine. A1 crew at Goodyear. Crew at Firestone weak and made no real effort in my opinion. Came here for my state inspection and an oil change. Not only did they do an additional courtesy check, they also did the minimum required to try to solve another issue I had, rather than trying to oversell me things I may not need. Additionally, they found an issue with my tire that another shop did work on that was done improperly, and then fixed it. I'm always Leary I'm trying new mechanics out. I had a good experience last year when they did my inspection. So I thought I'd come back. After inspection they told me I needed new back brakes and a few other small things. So I decided to do the work myself since labor was through the roof. I was told they would reinspect my truck to see if the work was done so I can receive my sticker. They had told me numerous times that the re inspection would take a half hour. So I left and came back in an hour after no call to come back.. I show up and find out my truck hadn't been off the ground yet. I was furious. So I asked "what's the hold up?" The guy told me they would get to in now.. I watched them lift my truck up and walk away. I waited 20 more mins before I had to say something again.. all they had to do was take a look at one wheel To see if my brakes had been fixed . One wheel.. 10 mins maybe. So what was originally a half hour is now two hours later.. I'm still waiting . As you read this. Slow, lazy, and inconsiderate if ya ask me. read more

I started using this location after my warranty ran out on my Ford. Its been over 5 years and not one complaint or issue. They see me at scheduled times and in case of emergency they make all reasonable accommodations to squeeze me in. These guys take excellent care of my car, they explain all needed work before it begins and answer my questions no matter how small. I am not mechanically inclined so I rely on the honesty and integrity of this team of professionals at Firestone. I moved to NJ and tried another location but they fall short of the team here in Feasterville. I don't want to say World Class as labels are too easily thrown around these days but I will say I consider them to be some of the best in the business. read more

I liked going to this location because it's convenient to my house, is fast and affordable. I won't ever go back after my recent experiences here. Last time I took my car in for an oil change I was told my brake light was out and it would be $15 to replace. I told them no thanks my brother would do it for me at home. I went to Jiffy Lube in Southampton (super honest and helpful guys there!) and bought a replacement bulb. When I got home my brother told me to tap my brakes and my light was not out! They tried to scam me for $15 - it's really pathetic. They target women here for being gullible and easy to take over. Also, I don't think they even changed my oil. I've driven it about 2k miles since then and my oil light came on. I took the pin out and I have almost no oil, it all burned up! My mom had a similar experience with this location and oil changes! It's a shame women can't go in for simple services without being taken advantage of and having their car health and safety being put in jeopardy. read more

Received an estimate for work on my vehicle that just didn't seem right- quote was for parts that didn't seem related to what it was in for and didn't include problems it was in for. Add to that an example labor charge of $42.50 labor to replace a license plate lightbulb, I decided to get a second opinion. Second shop confirmed the Firestone assessment was way off and far too much $. Not sure what is going on at this shop, but I will never go near it again. read more

Complete Scam - Employees act very nice and knowledgeable and then make up or add on charges behind customers backs. I had been using the feasterville location for several years until I was quoted at $800 for an engine issue. After I was quoted I took my car to two other experienced mechanics (30+ years) and they both confirmed that the shop was lying and trying to increase my bill by about $450. When I confronted the manager I was not even issued a refund for the $100 diagnostics check or given an apology; the only thing he could say was "That's not how I run my business." Trust me, this shop will deceive you and steal your money, if you do decide to use them, I would recommend getting a second quote. read more
