Waiting this long to change four tires is completely unacceptable. The staff may be polite, but the service is painfully slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. On top of that, after getting my new tires, my steering wheel now feels loose! Something that was not an issue before. I don't know what they did, but that's extremely concerning and unsafe. I am extremely unhappy with this experience and will be calling corporate to report it. I do not recommend this place. Avoid this specific Tires Plus at all costs. after confronted, the guy said " installing the tires were taking an hour and a half, that's not including the alignment, & mount & balancing" plus the guy had to go drive to the warehouse to pick up 4 new tires, and mind you they were completely dead so how was it that I took from noon all the way to 4:15 PM? At appointment the next day I was told my sensors were old and bad and since they couldn't determine if that was a prior issue they wanted me to pay to replace them. Please keep in mind I was already charged for the programming for this that goes along with tire changes. I asked if they were old why this wasn't brought up with the tire change and was told that sometimes when they reprogram them they just brake and that if it brakes in their parking lot after service it's not their problem. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

Friendly customer service and efficient service. Professional & Knowledgeable They know what they are talking about. I drive a 2001 Toyota Sequoia and needed a number of repairs. Brakes, alignment, coolant flush, wheel balancing and rotation. They fully explained the ins and outs of the repairs. They even explained things that needed repair that they couldn't benefit off of. For example my rims were bending and they recommended I go to a shop to get new ones (or suffer worse gas mileage and vibration). Overall the quality of the repairs and the analysis were great, and that's what you need when you're dealing with an older car. Only time will truly tell I guess with how it holds up, but I'm more than satisfied with the quality of service. Honest & Transparency Told me the price I was going to pay ahead of time for the services that did not need inspection. They found a few extra things through inspection, however they brought me into the garage and showed me all of the issues while my car was on the lift. They further answered any questions I had regarding repairs & general advice. When a new caliper did not arrive due to a mistake on their part, they took off the charge and still warrantied my brakes. Long story short, my SUV is working great and I received a great value for the price of the repairs. I recommend with no reservations. We were told it would take about 2 hours so we let them know we would take a walk to some of the local shops and we would be back in a couple hours . We returned right at 11:00 knowing that it was exactly 2 hours and that left us perfect time to get to the Dr appointment . We sallies in only to find out they never even touched our car. With a slow leak in one tire, we were forced to rent a car to get to the appointment . They acted like it was no big deal, no apology , and had an attitude letting us know how busy they were. In the process, they broke my dash and stole an $80 Milwaukee headlamp from off my back seat. They're trying to fix my dash but can't seem to get it right. Ron's Auto Service did a great job. I was having a whining sound from my back end of my SUV when…read moredriving at high speed that wasn't road noise. I called them late in the day, and Bill got me in the next morning. They diagnosed my car in 30 minutes and determined it was the left rear ball bearing going bad. Due to the age of my car, they asked if I wanted to replace both the right and left bearings, which I agree should be done. They got the parts and had the car repaired before 3pm same day. They fixed the issue and the car is doing great. Bill did a great job of communication, and it was an easy process. The one great thing that shows great integrity is the final invoice I paid was less than the quote. They could have charged the quoted price and earned a little extra money, but they didn't! I will use them again in the future.
