There was team of about 4 techs calling me in and they ALL Welcomed me. I don't know his name but, the guy that was in charge of my car, asked me what I came for, they checked my lights, filters, too. I had a light out that I didn't know and my filters were filthy! Manager was out in the work area, Managing! I got my oil, a light, a filter and I was out of there in about 15 minutes! Staff was TERRIFIC! efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything and friendly. They couldn't have been nicer. Manager watched and complimented them. Oil Full, New Light and New Air Filter and I was on my way! Clean, orderly, Quick, Nice, Great Team! I'll definitely go back!

Horrible Experience - Avoid Valvoline in Hooksett at All Costs…read more I made the mistake of telling my daughter to go to the Valvoline in Hooksett for her first oil change--big mistake. She brought in her brand-new car, and they stripped the oil plug. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed it and told her, "You should probably go to the dealer and have it checked." At her second oil change (done at the dealership), the technicians filmed and documentedthat the oil plug had clearly been stripped. The damage was done by Valvoline. The cost to replace the entire oil pan was $650.00--a huge, unnecessary expense for my daughter, who was just trying to take care of her new vehicle. I followed up with Valvoline personally. Their response? "It wasn't stripped when we pulled it out."Completely dismissive, no accountability, and absolutely no offer to make it right. This was supposed to be a quick, easy oil change. Instead, it turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. I'm incredibly disappointed and angry. I will never recommend Valvoline to anyone again--especially this location. If you value your vehicle, go somewhere elese.

I waited in the lounge area & watched a movie. Within 2 hours it was done. The only thing with staying there was seeing a chuck-filled garbage can nobody cared to notice. I was told "bring it in no worries, we gotcha" Based on that information, I brought my vehicle in. When I picked it up, I was unexpectedly charged $200 for the diagnosis. If I had been told there would be a fee, I could have made an informed decision before leaving my vehicle. I have no issue paying for services when the costs are communicated upfront, but being told one thing over the phone and charged something completely different is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so other customers are aware and can be sure to get any pricing in writing before authorizing service. Poor communication and a lack of transparency like this erode customer trust. I won't be returning, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.

Unfortunately, both times the staff told us that our vehicles had oil leaks. Recently, they even refused to perform an oil change on my daughter's Solaris, claiming there was oil in the coolant and advising us to take the car to our mechanic instead. However, our reputable mechanic has inspected both vehicles and confirmed there's no oil in the coolant and no leaks. I ended up paying $75 for an oil change with my mechanic, whereas I could have paid less than $50 using a Valvoline coupon for a conventional oil change. Adding to the frustration, my daughter couldn't drive her car afterward because the mechanic was booked two weeks out for an inspection and warned us not to drive it until checked. Thankfully, we had a backup car so she could get to work. Overall, very disappointed. It seems the young service workers at Valvoline need more experience to accurately diagnose issues and provide reliable service.

I was able to go right down and test drive it. I called back on Monday to let Jordan know that I would like to purchase the car, I asked about financing options. He directed me to the website to fill out the application there. I was approved that afternoon. I went down on Tuesday February 3rd to finalize the sale and pick up my new to me car. There are so many more checks and balances that have to happen on the banks part with all the identity theft and issues with AI in these areas there were some challenges on my part to get documents the bank would accept. Jordan and Amanda were so helpful and apologetic that it was taking so long. I absolutely appreciate them going above and beyond to help me through this process.
