I had an alignment scheduled on 8/21/25. I came in and was told that an alignment will take up to 4 hours and that I needed to leave while waiting. I told them I would be staying on the property and waiting in the lobby for my vehicle. They agreed and took my keys and vehicle into their shop. They came back to me 15 minutes later and showed me that my wheel bearing was broken. I paid them $520.99 to fix the wheel bearing, do the alignment, and for "labor". They then took 3 hours to come back to me and tell me that they bent my tie rods doing the alignment. I had a heated conversation with them and told them to give me my vehicle back driveable. When returned my alignment was worse than it was before I brought it to the shop, there was no cotter pin in my front right axle nut and my tie rods were bent. I ordered new tie rods and installed them myself today and found that the "technician" that doesn't know anything more than what a computer tells him to do, welded together my front right tie rod so the shop wouldn't have to cover/repair it. It's just so frustrating that these people are okay with doing things like this to other people's vehicles. Considering I had no cotter pin in my axle nut, my alignment was hard turned left, and my tie rod was welded together after being broken. I very well could have had something detrimental happen to me and or others on the roadway. Terrible customer service and terrible service in general. Never ever come to this establishment. read more

My girlfriend brought her car here for an alignment. They brought it in to the shop and came back after a few minutes to try to get her to pay for a $400 job saying that they 'can't do the alignment without doing the job' and charged her $30 saying that she needs to pay for an alignment check but they can't do the alignment because other parts need to be replaced. They took $30 from her that she did not previously agree to. She was not told she would be charged $30 if they couldn't do the job. The employee Dan was rude on the phone and straight up hung up on me. This is the epitome of shops taking advantage of women who are alone getting work done on their cars. I guarantee if it had been me in this situation, they would not have gotten a cent out of me. Extremely unprofessional shop, we will not return. read more

I purchased four tires along with their road Hazard Warranty. While away from home I had a screw in the center tread and the tire was completly flat. I was able to get enough air back it to drive to their store. I called them while heading there and they informed me they were closing in two hours and I would have to call back the next day to make an appointment. I drove straight to Tire Barn and they had it fixed in half an hour. The next time I spend $1000 for a set of tires it will not be with this store. Don't purchase from this store,It's a complete joke. read more

Took my vehicle here for a leaking tire today and told them I believed it was a nail or screw. While they worked on it I went to the mall to walk around. When they called they told me they were unable to patch it because the leak was coming from the sidewall of the tire. When I arrived to pick it up, they gave me a quote for new tires. Took it home and my boyfriend looked at it, bubble tested it and found that it was in the tread, not the sidewall. I took it to another shop and they were able to patch it. Seems to me that they thought since I am a lady they could try to pull one over on me and get me to buy new tires rather than repairing the ones I had. read more

Driving it home same noise. never fixed it. questioned whether they drove it and they said YES absolutel. Wrong answer I sat outside in my other vehicle watching them. Liars. read more

Terrible experience with them. I did a 4-wheel alignment for my car. And the problem got worse after the service and they told me they cannot fix it but still charge me the same price. When I went to pick up the car, the guy name Paul told me they are finishing up. After 20 minutes when my car is ready, they told me they can't fix one of the wheels and do not know what is wrong with the wheel but all the other 3 wheels are fixed. They said I need to go to the dealership or a body shop. So, eventually they still charge me 90 dollars for making my car worse. For a 4-wheel alignment only fixing 3 wheels does not make anything better. The whole process they sound like they can't fix it but still charge me is a completely normal thing. I felt robbed. They could tell me when they notice they cannot fix the problem and just call me to pick it up and go somewhere else. But they didn't. Apparently, they wanted to make Easy Money. I would suggest everyone around me to stay away from this shop! This is the first time I was told by a store that they don't know what is the problem and still charge me the same price. Dropped off vehicle at 9:30 am for a simple front brake change. They had already looked at it, ordered parts and knew the time it was coming in. Was told two hours, three hours later told another three hours. Costs was also $150.00 higher then quoted. Not good read more

I made an appt., sat for 70 min. and my car hadn't been moved into the garage. I also noticed that they had taken a vehicle into the garage and that person checked in 30-40 min. after me. Upon asking how long, no one could give me a definitive answer and everyone in the garage could care less including the supervisor. I asked for my key and there was no apology...I am a black female and I am sure they were happy to see me go. I have been a Firestone customer for over 15 years and this was a first-very poor customer service except for the lady at the front desk. read more

Personnel are nice enough and professional. However, I was on a tight schedule, so made an appointment. I arrived on time, but the car sat form 90 minutes before it was moved into the garage. If they were running this far behind, it would have been nice to let me know so that I could have run errands while in queue. A little respect for their customers time would have been GREATLY appreciated. From what I could tell, there was little advantage from actually having made an appointment. Brought my car in and dropped it off for an appt. Gave them 3 hrs to align, rotate/balance tires, and they barely had it completed when I came back to pick it up. They never called me for add-on sales. The next time I called in for an LOF (Lube,Oil,Filter) job and they did not accommodate me. I explained that I did not need any free inspection but they still could not accommodate me. I've been to many Firestones in the past and my experience tells me that they are far off the process that they were trained to complete. Overall, they did not call me after the previous courtesy check and offer add-on sales and turned away a LOF. I have a CFNA (their credit card) and now I'm going to another LOF business. read more

I had a few repairs done here a few years back. I had some warranty work (transmission rebuild) done on my Blazer at Defouw Chevy down the road, but Firestone offered me a much better price on a routine tune up, as I had about 77,000 miles on it. I drove my truck from the Chevy dealership to Firestone and left it overnight for the work. Upon retrieving it the next day just before closing time, I made it not even two stoplights down the street before it died on me in the middle of the road. I pushed it into a side lot and called the Chevy dealership, angry, thinking they'd done something. They arranged a tow and a loaner vehicle on the house for me. The next day the Chevy dealer called me and asked me if anyone had worked on the vehicle since I'd picked it up. When I told them that Firestone had, they said that there was a broken engine sensor that had had been attempted to be glued back together. Chevy replaced it at no cost, lumping it onto the previous work order. Firestone of course denied this, but then offered me a booklet of free oil changes, so I thought "maybe it wasn't them". When I went to get the last of the free oil changes, there was a several hour backlog, so I had my wife pick up me and told them to just call us when it was ready. About 3 hours later, Firestone called me and told me that the hood release cable had broken during the repair but to call them back on Monday and they would take care of it. No sweat. I called Monday and spoke to the manager. He informed me that they would indeed take care of it, but I'd have to pay for it because his mechanic took me out and showed me that it was broken when he went to work on vehicle. I told him that was not possible, as I was sitting in my living room on the other side of town when it was being worked on. He asked if I was calling his mechanic a liar, to which I replied "Lying or confused, it doesn't make a difference, I expect you to make it right. It worked before I put it in your hands". He finally grudgingly agreed to eat the hour of labor but I still had to go to the Chevy dealership and get the part out of my own pocket. Not impressed at all. Very poor customer service, poor quality of work, NO integrity, and deceitful. I'd walk before I ever let them touch another of my vehicles. Once was forgiveable, but twice in less than a year? That tells me everything I need to know. read more

We purchased tires from Firestone with the warranty and lifetime rotation. Each and every time we have taken our vehicle in for tire rotation, we have had to make several return trips due to the tires being out of balance. Recently the low tire pressure indicator light was repeatedly coming on. After several times of filling tire on our own, we made an appointment as we knew there must be some type of slow leak. We dropped the vehicle off on a Friday night for a 8am Saturday appt. By 9:30 we were notified the vehicle was ready. They confirmed the low tire pressure warning, filled with air and said they saw nothing wrong with the tire. When we showed up at 1:00 to pick the vehicle up, the front desk person noticed we had the hazard warranty and stated they did not complete the proper service request. After waiting 2+ hours for the proper inspection, a slow leak was found in the valve stem. Bottom line, if you do not have any type of warranty, you are treated differently! They were more than happy to send us on our way without the proper repair until they discovered we had the warranty. To top it off, for the 3rd TIME, a huge grease stain was left on the interior of our vehicle. The ONLY reason I have returned is because the lifetime rotation, etc we purchased.
