Needed a battery replacement during a 2K-mi relocation. Stopped in as this was the closest place…read more.. after 2 jump starts in the same day & 3 in the same week, I had no option to be choosey & have research time. They took my car in immediately, checked the starter/ignition & battery & determined I only needed a new battery. I was in & out in less than an hour... reasonable pricing. -1* only as they didn't reprogram my radio... it was flashing asking for a code... fortunately, I wasn't far, drove back & they reprogrammed the radio/CD player. For $300... I shouldn't have had to return for basic service. 3.5-4* out of 5. -1* for the inattentiveness of the mechanic, who didn't reprogram the radio/CD player. For me, they offered decent service. I'd stop by again if ever in the area.

Buyer Beware: My Experience with This Dealership Vehicle…read moresold "As-Is" -- but what was known was never disclosed. That's the issue. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than 7-10 days ago. As an active service member, I ask direct questions and expect honest answers. Before finalizing the deal, I asked plainly: "Is there anything about this vehicle I need to know?" The response from MUN was confident: "No! I took in this trade and the vehicle is good. If it was less than conditional, we would've sent it to auction." That statement couldn't have been further from the truth. From the car was getting detailed, which it did not, They were removing the As-is sticker that stated there was an extended warranty. To my impression doing something to vehicle to which I could not find. What I Discovered After the Purchase: * Tires: Bald on the inside -- unsafe and unfit for inspection. Discount Tire confirmed they were bad. The photo taken was the best of five, masking the real condition. * Driver Door Sensor: Didn't work. I couldn't tell because the vehicle was already running and unlocked when I arrived. MUN never mentioned it. * Severe Rust: Underbody rust was extensive -- something most buyers wouldn't spot. Discount Tire pointed it out. Again, no mention from MUN. * Suspension Fault: This was the most dangerous omission. The fault code had been cleared before the sale. It reappeared on my drive home -- a risk to my life and others. After scanning the vehicle, over 20 fault codes were present. Yet I was told it passed a "182-point inspection." That's not just misleading -- it's reckless. Dealership Response: Passive and Dismissive Seeking resolution. Management was unavailable -- reportedly out playing golf. Caleb, the ASGM, referred everything to Otis the SGM. Mun- Tire were 6/32 which is well above the state minimum of 2/32. Also if the tire shop who installed the tires did not put the air suspension in service or jack mode, that could explain the light" No accountability. why would I trash four tires and this is not the first Range Rover discount has change before. No follow-up calls. No thank-you email. No request for a review. That silence speaks volumes. Advice to Future Buyers: * Always request a full scan report before purchasing any used vehicle. * Do not proceed if the dealership cannot or will not provide one. * Inspect beyond the surface -- especially tires, sensors, and underbody rust. * Be wary of vague reassurances and limited photos. Final Thoughts: This dealership did not operate with transparency. They sold a vehicle with known faults, failed to disclose critical safety issues, and have shown little urgency in resolving the matter. If nothing is wrong, then nothing is wrong -- but when something is wrong, the truth matters. I hope this review helps others avoid the same costly mistake. Service Members seek business elsewhere from McDaniels, it bad enough what we get paid now and just to have to keep on paying more to live a marginal life style.

The next day I came back and the rest of the staff was very rude as well. I have only had good experiences with Acura except for this dealership located in Newnan Georgia! I saw the car online, sent in a inquiry about it, the next day I got emails to come in and see the car but there was only one picture of the vehicle, so I said "no 'm not unless you post more pictures for me to look at". They sent me several and told me they had just got the car in and that's why there was only one picture and it wasn't inspected or detailed. I then got an email from salesman Peter and he asked if I would be coming in that day since the pics were sent, I said yes, (with the determination of NOT buying a vehicle) but just looking at it as it wasn't clean, but did have a clean autocheck history and did have every bell and whistle that I wanted in a vehicle. I got there and was treated great! Peter was a fun and honest and professional person to work with and made my experience enjoyable. He didn't try and BS me about anything dealing with the car and was upfront about what he (the dealership) could and could not do. I would use him again if need be. Now my only gripe if there is one is this, why would a dealership even load pictures of a car that they just got in and list it for sale when they haven't done any inspections, any maintenance or detailing. That's like putting the cart before the horse. So I bought the car on that Saturday (so much for not buying when I said I wouldn't), but didn't receive it until Wednesday because they had to do the aforementioned maintenance, inspections, detailing. Peter did honor his word by having the car delivered to me since I lived about an hour or so away and didn't want to drag my wife back down there to go get it. So all and all this was a pleasurable experience, I love the car (SUV), it came to me clean and small imperfections were repaired/corrected to my surprise. Only time will tell if the car will hold up but everything on it seems nice and strong so I am pleased. Thank you Peter and the rest of the staff that helped (even if it was just getting us water to drink), I appreciate it and am glad I am not one of the people who had bad experiences for whatever reason.

You'd think for 5k, they would at least offer a loaner vehicle. They did not. The service department staff was rude and dismissive when we asked for detailed information on delays in receiving the transmission and the repair timelines. They also failed to contact the warranty company after they were notified that the vehicle had an extended warranty. I towed the vehicle to Auto Gallery in LaGrange on 3/20/26, and they made it clear that they would not be able to assess the vehicle until 4/3/26. The vehicle was ready for pickup on 4/9/26. It was not the transmission and the repairs were covered under warranty. Paid a $100.00 deductible. The Langley repair department is either severely incompetent, or the dealership allows employees to take financial advantage of their customers.
