I had a five star experience here from start to finish, and I want to credit Matthew the store manager with making that possible. I went to get an oil change and received diagnostic check for a price list that felt a bit high, so I called this location and inquired about the same exact services that literally half the price. I set up an appointment and brought the vehicle in. True to his word, and without any empty promises, I received a straightforward advisement on what needed to be done and what the best way to go about it was. Inside I was helped by Max and Harrison as well, we are very personable and contributed to a great environment. The inside of the place was clean and spacious, and I watched an episode of friends while I waited. There's also a vending machine with snacks available inside plenty of places to walk around if you don't feel like sitting in a comfortable chair. I believe strongly in putting your money where your mouth is, so I will undoubtedly be bringing another vehicle here in the near future for the same service. I thought that making appt to switch tire and wheels was quicker than 3 hrs. Is it not? I made appointment and advise them that I am gonna wait in lobby so they booked it at 2pm 6/21/24. Switching tires to a new wheels should not have taken over 2 hours. What is the point of making appointments? I can't leave and stuck here and no one give me update unless I ask. Customer service is bad and my time spent at this shop I can't get back. Switching tires and resolved the issue was over an hour after they say" it should be done here soon". If making appointments is to be convenient for customers, then this is NOT convenient at all. It's only switching tires to a new wheels. It's not like they are working in my engines. 2 weeks ago I bought tires (4)from them, it took the whole day to put new tires on (8am-5pm). But I gave it another tried since I had bought tires here. But same customer get treated like no one's time is meaningful. I am upset. Because no one spoke to me about any updates until I ask an hour half later. Still not done and going on 3 hours now. I've been a longtime Firestone customer and 2nd time customer at this location, with three family vehicles on lifetime alignment plans. Unfortunately, my experience today with Store Manager Mathew Goodin and his staff was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. While we've had past issues with workmanship--including wheel damage and improper alignments--those problems were at least resolved. Today, however, we experienced an entirely different level of poor treatment. My daughter scheduled an alignment for our newly purchased, lowered vehicle--identical in setup to our other vehicles regularly serviced at this same location. Mathew took the appointment over the phone, confirmed the suspension setup, and still booked the service. After the vehicle was checked in and sat for over two hours, it was finally brought into the shop. Mathew then came out visibly frustrated and made it clear he didn't want to work on "these types" of cars, despite this being the same kind of appointment his store has routinely handled before. He refused to sell the lifetime alignment plan my daughter requested, even though we've purchased the same for our other vehicles here. While I attempted to calmly explain this, he abruptly ended the conversation, declared he was removing the car from the rack, and refused service entirely. To add insult to injury, he also flagged our other vehicles in the system--vehicles with paid lifetime alignments--to deny future service. This inconsistent treatment is troubling, especially considering I've had identical vehicles aligned at this same shop without issue. Most concerning, however, was the disrespect shown to my daughter. She's knowledgeable about the car's suspension and was attempting to explain the coilover adjustments when Mathew became visibly upset and ended the interaction by pulling the vehicle out of the shop in front of a full lobby. The experience was unprofessional and felt discriminatory. It's hard not to see a difference in how she was treated versus how I've been treated bringing in the same vehicles. If you visit this location, I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews first. Sadly, our experience reflects many of the same concerns--poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and inconsistent service that appears to vary based on who you are. I had a nail in my tire and called Firestone to see if they could order me a new tire. They just happened to already have my tire in stock. They also had the best price on the tire around, so I made an appointment to have my tire replaced later that morning. When I arrived everyone was very nice and said my car would be ready in about an hour. About an hour later they called and turned out they could fix my tire for $40 instead of replacing it for $375!! We came outside of our hotel to find a tire flatter than a pancake, big rusty nail smack in the middle of it. After waiting over an hour for AAA to show, which they never did, a gentlemen helped me take off the flat tire and put on the donut spare. We couldn't find an open tire repair place anywhere, but fortunately Firestone was open. When we explained to Harrison that we were out of state he told us to come right on in and he personally examined the damaged tire, which could not be repaired, but he sold us a lovely new tire and personally put it on our car. This place really took care of me. I was able to get a complete set of tires with road hazard and tread life for a really good price! What makes this even better is that the tires I purchased were typically expensive summer tires that don't come with a tread warranty but this location offered a 40K one if I bought them here. I can only bring them back to this specific location for the warranty but, hey, they wouldn't have had a warranty otherwise! They do offer a military discount but the limited time deal on the FireHawks I bought was better and the specials can't be combined with discounts. read more

Their resolution was for me to come back in and they put another car horn in for an additional charge. Noticed a pile of old tires outside the garage in case they had one in my size. One of the employees asked if I needed help, told her I was in need of a spare tire. Stay away! Dishonest! Took my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation. They called and told me my battery was dead and needed replaced. They also told me that my tires were "scorched" and they were not able to rotate them and I needed new tires. they wanted to take me for $ 1,100.00. I declined the new tires and battery. When I arrived to pick up my car the battery was "dead" they put their charger on the battery and got my car started. I didn't have battery issues before and I haven't had any battery issues since. Also, my tires are not "scorched" and have between 4-5 32nds of tread depth across the whole tire. I Have closed my Firestone credit card and will not be doing business with them anymore. read more

every time I take My jeep here they try sell me things I do not need for the car, they said I needed a new drive belt and was not going to release the jeep, I took it to another mechanic and he said belt was fine, they wanted to charge me $200 for new brake pads, I got them done else ware for $90 they wanted to charge me $2500 for My ac as they said the compressor was missing, I took it to another mechanic and he showed me it was not missing I have a leak that needs to be fixed, every time I took My jeep in here they wanted to do things to the jeep that did not need doing and prices are cheaper else ware, they are cowboys and will try and charge you as much as they can. read more

Had 4 new tires put on car. When I picked up my car, one tire was completely flat. They said they would patch it. Waited another 20 min to find out it was not fixable. Waited another 20-30 min for them to put a temporary tire on the car. During that time I listened to Curtis tell the mechanic to be more careful and not run over nails. Also heard him complain that he had gone through six tres because of this mishap. I paid for 4 tires, so I don't see how he is "out" 6 tires. Also heard Mechanic ask if he should drive around with a telescope. Now I am sitting here again to get the tire put back on the car. I set an appointment for the next day at 9:00 Upon checking in the desk man offered a non synthetic but the same weight for less cost. I accepted and asked for a tire rotation also. Bottom line... I have nothing but good things to say about this Firestone. I've had my tires replaced here and the associates treated me very well... always friendly and professional. I've had to call a few times regarding my tires and they've always answered my questions in a very efficient and polite manner. They even informed me of a warranty that I'd purchased from them and immediately forgotten about. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from this Firestone and plan on returning here in the future. - Update - I've recently had a string of bad experiences with this establishment. I guess the first thing that really bugged me was I came in for an issue with a tire that was low. The tire was a run flat and they let me know that the tire had a hole and I would need to have it replaced. Then they heavily pushed a brand new 2nd tire and said they suggest replacing them in pairs. I had road hazard insurance through Firestone and they would only give me 20% off of the new tires. That part didnt bother me so much but I didnt like how they rolled the price or road hazard into the quote for the new tires and failed to mention it. Especially when I hadn't yet decided if road hazard insurance was all that beneficial. If I hadn't asked about it, I wouldn't have known that road hazard was included in the price and I definitely don't appreciate any style of upselling, especially this style of upselling. The low discount for the new tires was due to the fact that ALL of my tires were low on tread and needed to be replaced, which was also heavily pushed on me. This was another thing that bothered me. It's not Firestone's fault my tires needed to be replaced. However, they knew that the tires I purchased, brand new 2 years prior, were only good for 10k to 15k miles, which is about 1 year for someone who drives normally (I drive very little). They neglected to tell me at the time, and I had no idea that A) I'd be replacing 2K worth of tires so frequently and that B) I was riding on low tread tires because of this. Additionally, this little bit of missing information made road hazard insurance much less of a value and would have been beneficial in making the choice to purchase road hazard in the first place. I believe road hazard is 15% of the price of the tires, so I paid around $300 I'm guessing. I agreed to buy replace 2 tires and asked how long the wait would be because I was waiting for my car. He said 45 minutes. I agreed. I'd already been there for about 45 minutes. Over 1.5 hours went by. I sat waiting outside because the Firestone waiting area is extremely uncomfortable. A Firestone employee had the audacity to comment that I "looked really bored" as he walked by. I was reading a book on my phone, so I don't know what prompted this, though I couldn't help wonder if they were taking their sweet time on purpose because I'd inquired about the situation with the tires. After the tires were finished, they sent me on my way with a quote for the additional 2 tires, though they started that those 2 were not as bad and had several thousand miles before they needed to be replaced. So why did they push them in the first place? After I left I noticed that one of my valve stem caps was missing on one of the tires that had not been replaced yet. I figured they must have forgotten to put the cap back on then decided to let it go. It was an after market cap that said "BMW". I purchased a replacement set and went to put it on the tires, only to find out that the valve stem was so badly mangled I couldn't put a cap on it any longer. I decided to let this go because I planned on replacing the tires soon. I received a coupon in the mail and decided to get the additional 2 tires while they were on discount and because I also needed an alignment, this time a made an appointment. I waited at the mall so I would be more comfortable. They finished about 15 minutes late, which wasn't bad. I went to put my new valve stem caps on my tires now that they had been replaced, and they were still mangled! I can't get my valve stem caps on because Firestone mangled the valve stems and they couldn't even own up to it and fix it. I spent $1300 on these new tires and I can't even use my new valve stem caps! read more

Called them and asked if they did tire repair for a nail in my tire. They said sure about $25 . New car 70,000 mile tire had only 18,000 miles on it. Got there first thing at 10 o'clock, first customer, and they told me they could not do the repair because the tire was too worn and I needed a new tire. Of course the only tire they had in stock was their most expensive tire. So I said go ahead because it was already over a hour at the store. Then they come out and tell me the tire will not balance and I need a new rim and of course they don't have the rims for my car so they want to sell me a new set of rims which they said they would not mount on used tires so I would have to buy new tires. so I told me to just put the old tire back on the car filled up with air and all of a sudden the new tire fit the rim. I cannot believe that a national corporation trained their employees to act this way in order to make higher profits. read more

The technician called me telling me, "You have a serious oil leak, there's no oil in the car, and most assuredly engine damage." I told him to stop working on the car, ignored his warnings that I was going to destroy the engine, and, brought it to AUSTIN in Merritt Island. Austin immediately worked me right into his busy schedule, after a complete check up, gave me the good news that there is no oil leak or engine damage. Made some great suggestions on getting the most out of this 200,000 mile car and hooked me up with tires and an oil change. We traveled across the state on Sat May 30 to watch the SpaceX rocket launch with two young kids. We started having car trouble in a relatively new car as we were approaching Cocoa Beach, and it seemed like it was getting worse as we left after watching the launch. They are a very Honest Car Repair Center. I went into them for a very badly leaking Power Steering for my Lexus. They said the Power Steering Pump needed to be replaced and they gave me a fair price to replace it. It turned out when they were putting in the new Power Steering pump two hoses were too warn out to put back on and the Power Steering fluid Reserve tank broke due to age when they tried to put it back on. They replaced all of these extra parts for free at the orginal price they had quoted me. Normally these extra replacement parts would have cost me hundreds of dollars extra. They are a company that stands by the prices they give and go far beyond I believe what other Car Repair Shops would have done.
