Skeptical after my oil change due to this interaction and the price (almost $123), I then decided to go somewhere else months later, which showed me my front AC filter in comparison to a new filter, and they were almost the same color; white. And despite choosing to get the filter replaced at the second location even though it was unnecessary, I paid a fraction of the price.
