I have taken my vehicles here on multiple occasions. I have never been disappointed with the service or the cost of the oil change. I'm a veteran and I'm always offered the discount. PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I returned to Magic Quick Lube to find that it no longer exists. Too bad, because I received honest and excellent service at Magic. I drove out my way to seek oil changes at Magic. Anyway, the building remains but not the business. The business entity "Magic Quick Lube" is gone. The place is being remodeled, as of February 2024. I spoke to a worker on site. He confirmed that the business changed hands. He stated that the building would soon reopen as another oil change shop. read more

He showed me the parts and explained what they were. He walked me thru the entire process AND for a terrific price. This is Magic Quick Lube 15267 S Dixie Hwy, Monroe, MI 48161. I stopped there Monday, June 16, 2014 for a oil change. When I got there, the worker broke my dips...tick, and I was told by the manager that it happens often, and that it was a recall from Chrysler. He wanted me to go to the dealer and they would fix it for me. When I called 2 dealers, I found out it was not a recall, he just wanted me to leave! He tried to remove the broken dipstick with a screw and vice grips. It didn't work. He then told me to have a nice day! He was kicking me out with a broken car that they broke, and the manager told me to have a nice day!!! When I told another customer that I hope they get treated better, the guy that broke my dipstick said "we will treat them better then we treated you!" This place is a joke! Don't go there! We need to start spreading the word when businesses don't do right! read more

I have to agree with the other 2 people who gave him 5 stars. Saad waited on me. I had called a couple weeks back because I saw a coupon in one of the junk mail brochures. There were 2 rebates; one of them is instant and the other is mail in. I called ahead and was told there was no wait. When I arrived I was the only customer. I didn't realize the coupon includes a free air filter too. Saad did upsell me a cabin filter. He pulled out the cabin filter, which I didn't realize I had, and it was filthy. He checked my lights and tires and fluids and was really thorough. Saad was very nice and I felt I got a fair price. The place looks squeaky clean and the guys are all well groomed and overly clean looking. I suspect Saad is the owner. I spoke a little to him in Arabic after he said he comes from Lebanon. Apparently his parents fled there during their war. He speaks English without an accent so I assume he was raised here. He gave me a membership card and told him I could come back and get air put in my tires free if I needed. He was a really great guy. The service was super fast. What more could you ask for? read more

They are the best place in Monroe to get your oil changes, they are so nice and friendly they top off all your fluids for free, and they apologized for my wait which was only a few seconds, They are relatively cheap also and they do good work. They double check everything when they do at the shop and they will show you your new oil and if they suggest any fluids needed changed they will show you the old fluid in your car and then they compare it to how new fluid looks. read more
