Bryan and Jamie are absolute professionals. They are friendly, engaging and very honest. They will NOT sell you something unless it's needed. They don't control the pricing, so understand that mechanic costs these days are a competitive commodity and they will ensure you get what you're paying for. We are a contracted towing company through AGER0 SWOOP. Unfortunately, we got scammed by this Firestone, customer, Emily Hurst and Agero damaged vehicle specialist Daniel Munoz. We were called by the customer, Emily Hurst to tow her vehicle from the parking lot at Firestone to the overhead door or service entrance at Firestone. We dropped the vehicle at Firestone and the technician ran the car into the hoist and knocked off the mirror. The manager and a technician were very apologetic to the driver and the driver took photographs and videos and called Emily hurst the owner of the vehicle and told her what happened. Firestone employees said they would take care of it our driver left. After a few days, we get a call from Agero Swoop telling us that they're going to charge us back.$1,066.22. Agero claims representative (Daniel Munoz) automatically assumed we were responsible, even though we had all the pertinent information and photos. Upon several calls and no responses from vehicle owner, Emily hurst, agero's Daniel Munoz and now new service manager at the Firestone. No one will reply. Vehicle Owner, Emily, hurst Firestone and Agero Daniel Muniz scammed us. All we were doing, was trying to do the right thing. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Firestone Auto Care. I scheduled a simple tire replacement and alignment a week in advance and on the day I was supposed to pick it up I was told my truck would be ready before the end of the day. I told them I would pick it up first thing in the morning. I called the next morning and was told they just pulled it into the shop. They had my vehicle over two full days with no proactive updates. I understand they may be short-staffed, but that's all the more reason to communicate clearly when delays happen. The lack of communication caused major inconvenience for me and my family, and it's frustrating that such a straightforward service turned into a drawn-out process. Absolute scam, charging $90 for a simple part that is the exact same one online for $15

I am a bit disappointed that I am going to have to do business somewhere else. I had a couple of our cars lined up with lifetime alignments and had my car serviced for oil changes there. I had looked at all the green check marks for the "curtesy inspections" to at least have an idea how things were going. Well started having some issues while stopping and decided to do the brakes myself and when I pulled off the tires I was a little bit awestruck. Both front calipers had frozen pins and weren't moving and the rotors were wrecked. Pretty sure if you are going to do a curtesy check of the brakes the easiest part of the brake system to see is the calipers. I made mention of it to the staff and got active desire to make it right or explain it. I had decided i would just do the free rotations on the tires and use the lifetime alignment. However, i went to have the tires rotated and they said they could not because the tires were about to the top of the wear bars. 2nd set of 65000 mile tires that has been that way by 30-35000 miles all interstate. When i told the tech we would just have a different Shop get us some tires he assured me after hearing why I was moving service somewhere else that the manager would call the next business day to make sure they made this all good. Well a week later i called and the manager said he had not even heard that he he just had notes that tire need to be replaced but nothing that he was supposed to call me on. If this is the kind of inspections they do and the poor followup they have I can not in good faith use their service. All the people I have spoken with have been very nice to their credit but incredibly poor at taking care of concerns and very poor on the detail of the work. I will not be going back even for the lifetime warranty. read more

Came here on the recommendation of the tow truck driver, they are close to I-94 and take cars in up until closing. They don't stock all tires, so I had to leave my car overnight, but it was ready first thing in the morning. They did a good job for a fair price, a little more than the same Firestone tire costs at my neighborhood mechanic. The new tire was dirty and they lost my tire air cap (red to match the other caps and the car) but really the latter was my fault I should have taken it off and put it in my pocket. They also replaced my wiper blades for a fair price. read more

Our truck broke down while we were on the way to our destination in Oconomowoc. We had the truck towed to this busines. They worked on it through the holiday weekend, and had it ready for us by the day after Labor Day! We were amazed that they were working on a Sunday and a holiday. Jay, the worker who we dealt with was so kind, understanding, and helpful. We we're thrilled with the very reasonable amount we paid for the repair. This Auto Repair business saved our vacation. Despite having to pay for a repair, we were so pleased to receive the service we were provided. I highly recommend this business. read more

I would also give this business zero stars if that were an option. Trying to get service here for my vehicle has been an infuriating customer service experience. Last week, I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning for an inspection, an engine tune-up, and A/C service. The staff told me that I would receive my vehicle by the end of the day. Fast forward to Thursday, and I'm still carless in a part of America where that is NOT an option. While my car was in service, the mechanics made no effort to keep me informed about my vehicle's status, and I had to call them many times to know what was going on. Somehow, in ordering a new compressor for my air conditioning system, they forgot to order a new air conditioning switch. If that mechanic had tried to install a new A/C compressor with an old switch, he could have shorted out the brand new compressor. Then when the part came in last Friday, it turned out they ordered the *wrong part.* Last Friday, I was able to retrieve my vehicle, but the AC service that I paid for remained incomplete. To their credit, I received a discount on my service. They promised to cover the total cost of the new switch since it was missing from the original estimate (it remains to be seen if they plan to keep their word on that). The supervisor promised to call me when the new part arrived, but that didn't happen either. Yesterday, I finally called to check to see if the new A/C switch had come, and of course, it had already. Firestone told me that installing the new switch after it arrived would only take about two hours. Well, I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, it is now 11 AM, and they just told me that "maybe" it will be done by 1:00 PM today -- a solid five hours instead of two. - Horrible attention to detail - They held my car hostage for an entire workweek and still didn't complete the work I paid and waited for. - Horrible service communication skills - Don't try to plan anything whatsoever; you cannot trust their time (or cost) estimates. Firestone has zero respect for its customers' time and will never see my business again. I do not recommend spending your hard-earned money there either. Update @ 12:06 PM 5/28/22 Wow. Firestone called me to inform me that the relay to my A/C switch was "bad," must be replaced, and the new part won't arrive until 2:00 PM. Firestone definitely shorted it out last week by attempting to install a brand new A/C compressor with an OLD SWITCH. The chaos continues. read more

Had a 9am confirmed appointment to purchase 4 new tires. Arrived and was told they did not have the tires I reserved. Was offered replacement tires at over $200 more. Ended up with lessor grade that would arrive and be ready at 4pm. Was asked to leave the car and Uber home. Local managers are not empowered to provide good customer service and options. Something that should have been relatively easy messed up my day. Not happy. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I go to big bear and pay 1/4 of what I would have paid here. I get better service and people don't talk to me like I'm dumb. When my fiancé hit a curb and popped 2 tires I told him to take his car elsewhere but Firestone was the only place open and we have to get the car towed somewhere. Firestone called us later to tell us we need all new tires and at least 2 new rims. They also said we didn't have a spare... I thought that sounded fishy since he bought the car brand new. They said we had to pay for a new rim for the spare as well then?? Not true. When the insurance got involved they did their assessment and said we did have a spare tire and only needed 2 new tires and the ones they ordered were higher rated and more expensive ( which we did not ask for or okay). We were about to pay for a bunch of stuff we didn't need. In the end we had to get the car towed to silver lake because Firestone couldn't get the tires at the same price the insurance company can. What should have a been a week job took almost 3 weeks. NEVER GOING TO FIRESTONE AGAIN. read more
