Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Took the car to get a tyre changed and get a checkup. On the day I left it, the guy told me they had only one tech so I figured it'd be done the next day. Nope! They kept it for FOUR days without updates. I called them every day and the answer was "the car is in line to get checked". A few times I got put on hold and the call would drop or they'd hang up, hard to tell. The service was eventually done, Thank Science! read more

There is an employee there he said his name was Robin but who knows... this guy acted like a con artist. He tried to convince me for 25 minutes to ride around with different size tires. He was rude, nasty, condescending, and unapologetic for the store putting the WRONG size tires on my vehicle. As of today he still works there. He went above and beyond treat me like crap because he thought he could get away with it or that I didn't know any better. He over charged me, and made me wait almost 4 hours to correct two tires. This post would be too long if I quoted all the rude comments he made. The mechanic James is just as guilty because he went along with Robin and co signed stuff that didn't make sense. Ultimately, had I not made phone calls they would have played me. No apology, no nothing . I would never go here again. Go here at your own risk. read more

Thought I had a slow leak tire. Arrived this location with out an appointment. Yes I had a 30 min wait- understandable. They evaluated and served my car tires- yes all four. Found no issues. Charge was $0.00. Service was excellent and that's regardless of the cost. read more

Ive had a service requested on my car. I requested to replace the hub assembly. they told me. due to short staff no one will be able to work on it until maybe later on that day or the next day. the next day comes around. no calls. I had to call in myself. your car has been done for a while now" a while? ok what di I owe you? "oh it's just 26.50" $26.50 for a wheel hub replacement? they were stuck. told me they had it inspected which I did not ask for. it was driven and no issues were found? I specifically asked them to changed the hub assembly. nothing else. after they told me that I said. I would like to hub assembly replaced. I know it's messed up. I've checked it myself after 3 other mechanics confirmed my hub is going out. they said they are short staffed and won't be able to work on it until the next day. my car was there 2 days already prior to them saying it won't be done till tomorrow. if you're short staffed who had the time to check the car, drive, inspect it, all that. if your short staffed? when that time could have been the time to change the part I requested instead they decided to do their own thing and then tell me nothing is wrong. that right there told me no one checked the car at all. as soon as you start to drive you feel the hub scratching/humming. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after an oil change they did when they did not out the required amount of oil and my low oil light came on days after with no leaks anywhere. but I came to a conclusion, that shop is just shady. not bias but I did notice that it only happened when the lady is working there. I don't know what goes on when she's there running things (probably nothing productive) but, never had an issue with the older gentleman. when hes there my car comes out better then what I took it in. when she's there (oh there nothing wrong) as soon as you drive off. the problem is still there. it wouldn't be recommend leaving your vehicle there if it's going to be under her supervision because I guarantee you that you will not be happy after she says there's nothing wrong knowing there is. that's my rant/two cents. read more

I waited 5 hours for back breaks when I had a 9:00 am appt. told them breaks are squeaking, they test drive and report no squeaking. after I got my car back with new back breaks my car is still squeaking. also wondering if anyone else is missing hubcaps? every time I go and pick up my car I notice a day or two later that I'm missing a hubcap. This is 3 hubcaps in 2 years. not sure I will continue to go here. read more

I did a wheel alignment approx. two weeks ago at this location. After the service, the front desk guy, who is also a mechanic paint me a doomsday situation with my SUV. The air ride has a leak. He told me due to this, my rear tires will wear and tear rapidly. Then he offered me a kit for approx. $350 to change my OEM air ride for regular struts. Given the tires cost me approx. $250 each (all included), I decided to fix it fast but went with the manufacturer's air ride method. I went back to this store and aligned the tires again. In addition to the initial fee, I paid another $120 to get a "lifetime" alignment service. After spending over $750, the tire alignment didn't change a bit. When I inquire with the guy, he told me all the results in the alignment process are for "appearance only". Since I didn't buy their suspension kit, now no doomsday scenario. Apparently, If your vehicle has the camber, caster and toes out of whack, there is no problem. It is worth noticing, apparently, when it is not convenient, it seems he forgets to include the alignment results with the payment receipt. You need to go back and request it. Listening to Firestone personnel, make me waste $750 that I didn't have, just so they could try to sell me stuff that apparently, I didn't need in the first place. These companies only care about their bottom-line. They will take food out of your children's mouth, only to increase their profits another dollar at a time. read more

Poor management and incompetent mechanics, but other than that, they're ok. Been going here for years, but the current crop of workers here suck. This seems to be a stepping stone store or a testing ground. When you get good managers or mechanics, they don't last very long. What I'm saying is, it's a crapshoot. You can hope that there's a current crop of good workers and they'll take care of it just fine, but if it's the people who were there as of this writing, they will probably waste your time. I spent an entire day getting an inspection, and got no resolution at the end of the day other than a list of what I needed done even though I told them to replace the tires. So, I'm not accusing them of anything sinister because if they were just out to get my money, they would've put my tires on. The managers just did a poor job of communicating. I go get the work elsewhere and when I come back, there's a list of other work that needs to be done. So clearly, the mechanic who did the previous inspection was incompetent. There was also other evidence of this that I won't get into in the interest of not writing an opus here. So anyway, give this place some time from 9/17 and cross your fingers and hopefully you'll have a better crop of people to work on your car. Like I said over the last 5 years or so, I've had good experiences here, just not lately. But hey, if you've got time to burn or are looking to spend countless hours watching basic cable while waiting for a possibly incompetent mechanic to maybe not give you a resolution at the end of it, then be my guest.
