Terrible experience, the warranty was not honored with only two days passing. Ask for Service Tech, mechanic, and manager....all were off and unavailable. One man on staff took money or he would keep the car. He was rude and called me BOSS several times and corrected him. Just do not recommend it. read more

I went several time for state inspection it was good they were helpful, I front disk was super helpful.

Came here for a tire rotate and balance and an inspection on my car and was told they could get it right in... two hours pass and they finally get to my car and come back to tell me they failed my car inspection for UV protection on my windshield and for the harsh pitch of my horn! I immediately make them look up the laws and see that UV protection on a windshield is not illegal as long as it is not tinted, even called the guy that did it and had him confirm that he doesn't do tinting that would be considered illegal. I still had to get a manager that then called the state inspection department and had to wait for them to call back. The state inspector said that the windshield was fine as long as there was no tint and that the horn is loud, but not too loud so they had to pass it. You could tell they were mad that they had to pass it so they pulled back into their shop and took another 20 minutes to inspect it again, just looking for another reason to fail it. After 4 hours of this process they passed it and we left. I can't stress enough that you should take your vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! The men working in this shop are petty and vindictive. read more

I had first gone to another shop for some business, after I received a quote from them that was outrageous I decided to call Firestone. Not only were their prices significantly lower than the competitor, they were surprised at how much the competitor was going to charge me. The guys at Firestone were more than helpful. Dishonest service. I was in for the alignment and was told that an camber kit was needed. 95 dollars were charged for part and 90 for labor. After a Google search, the same camber kit from SPC manufacturer costs 23 dollars. Please do a search for part price before agreeing to any "recommended" service. read more

I had an alignment yesterday paid 90 bucks when I left they said oh ya the bolts holding ball joints are loose.. why did you not tighten? Because we didn't do it!? Really??? Well had to go somewhere else and they tightened everything and had to do another alignment!!! What a ripoff!!!! Never go there!!!!! They ripping pt off!! I'm so pissed off I could scream!!!!!! Firestone managed to fit us in around scheduled appointments, and then acted proactively on our behalf for several small items of little cost instead of wasting ours (and their) time. This firestone has some really good employees that genuinely care about customer service. they've done me a solid by fixing flats really fast for free when I worked for the Post Office nearby and really needed to get out on my route (used my personal vehicle). What I'm saying is, they saved my butt on several occasions and the least I could do is tell people about it. I'm not saying they'll fix your flat for free, but they want your repeat business and their prices are very fair. they will do what they can to have you leave happy. I would recommend them for people who need basic car maintenance done fast and cheaply. read more

Took my wife's flat tire to have it repaired. It had a screw in it. Prior to doing so I tried to put fix a flat in the tire to reinflate and drive the car over but that didn't work. So I took the flat tire off the car and brought it in to be repaired. Dropped it off and said I could come back later and pick it up. They said it would be $20.00 dollars. No. problem. They called me and said it couldn't be repaired. I said fine I'll just pick it up and take it elsewhere. I took it to Discount Tire. Not only did they fix the tire. They did it for free. This place has lousy service and if your not spending a small fortune they don't care about customer service. What this place doesn't know is we have 4 cars all needing tires and service at one time or another and that we are new to the San Angelo area. They just lost our business for good. 4 cars worth of repairs, tires and service. They are closer to our home but I don't care I'll drive a few extra minutes to a company that cares about their customers. By the way I left that nice man a nice tip for fixing my wife's tire. We weren't out to get something for nothing we just needed to get our tire fixed. read more

Dishonest sales reps and techs. tried to upsell me a bunch of service I did not need. Also, they are very slow took me 3.5 hour for an oil change. Smh, then I had to deal with them telling me i needed a bunch of parts AND my oil change warranty would not be valid since I didn't buy new tires and get an alignment lol. read more

These guys are incredible! Absolutely the best customer service and very fair pricing. My only complaint is the amount of time that it took to finish an oil change but it is very understanding considering the high volume of amount of people that go here for their great work. Keep it up! read more

I called to the location to get tires and state inspection for both of my vehicles on 12/13/17. They were very helpful and helped my decide what was best for both of them. I took one and they got it all done just like they said. I went to pick it up and dropped the other one off. When they called and it was ready I went and picked it up. Great service got them both done in less than 4 hours. read more

I have been in San Angelo for a year and the whole team is great. They went out of their way to help me each time I have been in. On the last visit, I needed new tires. They price matched my old model. Most importantly Andrew went out of his way to help me. Long story short, I locked myself out of my home with no wayvto get in so I had to walk to Firestone in my socks to get the garage door opener out of my car...after we finished laughing, he offered to drive me home. I went in to have some squeaky ball joints replaced. When I picked up the car, the squeak was gone. However, a couple of weeks later it had returned. I took it to another (honest) mechanic, and he informed me that they had simply been greased. When confronted with this fact, the manager at Firestone denied everything and threatened to call the cops on me. Additionally, it is worth noting that they had charged me 4 times as much as the second mechanic did to actually perform the job. These people are liars and crooks. This happened years ago, but it is still under the same management. read more
