My rims are damaged and scratched. When I went back in the guy told me it was "curb rash" but I've NEVER hit a single curb in this car, and there's no way possible I could hit the inner lip of my rim on a curb. I even spoke with someone who is a mechanic/tire technician who said that it was from the tire machine. The thing that upsets me is I would be more than understanding if they came to be and would've been honest about the damage instead of trying to blame me. I'm waiting for a call from their DM to discuss. I would NOT recommend this place. And would give ZERO STARS.

I looked at them and there's certainly still some life in the tires they were not worn flat. But the part that was the worst is they said I needed new brakes and rotors and that the brakes are practically metal on metal. I have not had any problems with the brakes so I was surprised to hear that. This is a car I just bought eight months ago so I don't know the last time the brakes were done. But they were quoting me a couple thousand dollars for all that. I went to them because I was down on vacation in Delaware but I live in Upstate New York and actually use Monro Muffler which is a sister company of theirs all the time. I went to my mechanic and he said there's absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes and they're just fine. This is because I am a woman I am sure. I was warned that they would try to upsell, but to lie to me and say that the brakes were dangerous and could go out at any time and it was practically metal on metal to get a $2,000 sale is more than an upsell. I don't know if they try to cheat men the same way as women, but avoid this place!!! If they lie to one customer about one thing they will lie to anyone about anything!!

For that reason, I'm so loyal to the dealership who meticulously cares for my car like I do. We were attended to by Derek, who explained the services, and Taj who did the manual work. These gentlemen were TOP NOTCH. Derek was friendly, laid-back and informative. He ensured that we understood his job is to tell us about the services they can provide but that we shouldn't feel pressured to get them done immediately. His demeanor immediately gained our trust and made him feel like a credible serviceman. We waited approximately 5 mins for service. The oil change was $78 and took around 15 mins. Derek explained the two options for oil and that once you go full synthetic, you can switch back to the lower quality. Bingo-- we learned something new! He also taught us where to find the manufacturer's recommend tire pressure. Knowledge is powerful and I sincerely appreciated the way Derek transferred his knowledge to us. Our oil change is complete and we're already several hundred miles into our road trip. No signs of issues at all. I've had plenty of issues at Jiffy Lube and generally wouldn't trust a quick service like Valvoline but this made me change my mind. Hats off to you, gentlemen!
