Got a new tire last week and they gave me a broken/leaky tire. I understand that things happen but this is the second time this has happened this year. So i book an appointment for them to fix the tire that they literally just gave me. Made an appointment at 4pm and they didnt even touch my car until 5:45pm. All for a 2 min tire change. This happens EVERY time I am here. Constantly wasting my time. I think they just like my company here because they love giving me broken tires and having me wait in the waiting room for 3 hours to fix the broken tire they gave me. Most of the workers are just standing around doing absolutely nothing the entire time. I am canceling my firestone card after this and will not be a returning customer. read more

I started doing my own and discovered they had bent the skid plate on my truck to unusable shape. I wouldn't buy a bottle of water from them if I was dying of thirst. Purchased my set of tires here for my 2011 Mitsubishi eclipse. Since then, my vehicle started shaking tremendously, and I brought it immediately to them. Told them what the problem was and they gave me a recommendation to replace parts on my front end. Nothing to do with the tire at that time. I went to a place closer to my home that I have my jeep 2021 maintenance at. I decided to call them they said bring over the car. After looking at it for about 15 minutes and physically taking the wheel off, you could see the problem of the tire. They called it. The retention belt lost its integrity. I told them I bought the set up fire stone less than a year ago. They told me to take it back and they would most likely replace it if not all four tires. I then took it back and they gave me paperwork stating I needed new struts, CV joints and a few other items on my front end. Again nothing about the tire. I even called the other mechanic and had them emailed to Firestone. What they had found. They didn't even look at the email because no one got on a computer. After leaving there with the $3000 replacement part recommendation from Firestone I had to go back to the other mechanic, they ordered the tire, ironically from Firestone and put it on The next day. I still have the tire we have reached out several times to this location as well as the Stuart and unfortunately no resolution. We even made an appointment for today Saturday and when we got there, the manager had never been scheduled for that day. Keep getting told I'll get a call back but at this point, I'm just gonna reach out to the escalation department at Firestone. Please please take your car somewhere else. I wish I went to, but with respect to them in case they have any relationship with Firestone, I will respect that and not post it. I would love Firestone to reach out to me and at least take responsibility for the one tire. It's even on my Firestone card as soon as I pay it off I will be cutting it up and never ever ever ever ever ever ever going back. So disappointed in the staff, relationships, and integrity of the people. It just sickens me. Take your car somewhere else. read more

I had a 1 o'clock appointment for a nail in my tire. I got there a little early. They looked at my tire in the parking lot and said it's looks too close to the edge so they weren't sure if they could patch it. They said about 1.5 hours so I went down the road to eat. At 3 PM I called and was told they are just working on it and it would be another 50 minutes. Why have an appointment? When I got there, the guy said they took the tire off and tried to patch it, but the patch kept folding. They said I need to replace the whole tire. I also asked them to fill up all my tires because the air was low. They never filled my tires. They didn't "remove" my tire. There were absolutely NO fingerprints on my rims, just road dust! He lied to my face. Oh, and I went to my dealership and they patched it no problem! read more

Made a appointment to have my tire rotated. Check in my car for my 2pm appointment. I told the counter person I will be going to get something to eat and I will be back in an hour. Arrived on site at 3:15pm only to find my car has not been moved from where I park it. Had to wait another 30 minutes. Not cool. I don't understand why I keep buying premium top of the line tires from FireStone. Only to have very delay services with both of my vehicles every time I go there. My survey response from 1/15/24. I've been going to the store at 3542 NW Federal Hwy. Jensen Beach, Fl 34957 for over 30 years for convenience and thought I could trust them. Not exclusively but often. Last oil change 11-23 they advised I needed rear brakes. I took my truck to Tires Plus in Stuart and was advised ALL my brakes were fine. This time they told me I needed brakes on all 4 wheels. They also said I needed all new lug nuts. I confirmed there is a problem with lug nut expansion but they wanted almost $400 dollars to replace 24. A new set of OEM lug nuts from Ford is $100. I passed, of course. When I picked my truck up I saw they hadn't rotated my tires but charged for it and said it was because I didn't buy new lug nuts. I don't trust them at all. And the irony of this is that my son advised me that Tires Plus is owned by BSRO (Firestone / Bridgestone) I'd like to hear back from you about this. Update 9/3/24: I had Ford certified mobile service inspect my truck to day. The completely honest and competent tech advised my brakes had at least 10,000 as much as 25,000 miles left on them and replaced my OEM lug nuts FREE of charge. I can't say if this Firestone Store is particularly predatory toward just seniors like myself or everyone. read more

I went for a simple tire change. Had spare on my car and bad tire w rim in car and new tire in car. They thought they could pull one over and put the rim on the bad tire and they took my spare ( which was a perfect tire). Then they proceeded to say I didn't tell them what I wanted . I brought our vehicle to Firestone to have a pair of rear sway bar links installed and an engine diagnostic to see if the gas gauge was working properly. After waiting 3 hours, they told me I needed a fuel pump at 600.00 dollars. I didn't have the fuel pump installed because I was suspicious. I arrived home and looked under the car and noticed that they had only installed one link. They said they told me to come back for the second link to be installed which they hadn't. I also had the vehicle checked by an independent shop. After he ran the diagnostic free of charge he told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the fuel pump. read more

This is the worst fire stone I've ever been to. Took truck in for oil, change, tire rotation. No tire rotation was done. Did not check for replace washer fluid. Not sure if we'll was even change. Truck was in the exact same spot in the front. Was supposed to check brakes did not check brakes. Did not even call to tell truck was done. Slower than slow.... Nobody has a sense of urgency here. Everything takes 3 hours here. I've been here three times, one to have a tire plugged and was told to wait because others were ahead of me. I get that but it doesn't take an afternoon to remove a nail, plug and balance one tire. I left and went to the Good Year store down the road and they fixed it in 20 minutes for FREE. The next time was for a warranty claim that took forever for an inspection that was setup by Bridgestone corporate. I did get replacement tires under warranty here and again it took forever. If you have nothing to do for hours this is the place to go. If you value your time don't waste it here..... read more

Service is good. I'm just annoyed that every single time I come, they are using the handicap parking area as the vehicle pickup spot. There's literally no respect for those with disabilities who might want to be a patron. We own a disability vehicle and I would never bring it here, especially if my disabled daughter were with me. read more

The day after New Year's Day, my family and I took a trip from Palm Beach County heading up to Orlando. Shortly before we reached the Stuart exit of the turnpike, another driver alerted me to the fact that our back passenger tire looked flat. (we were stuck in a major traffic jam) My husband changed the flat to the spare and we exited the turnpike to buy another tire. We ended up at Firestone. Within 2 1/2 hours, we were back on the road. I bought two Optima Bluetop marine batteries ($240 ea.) from this Firestone last March. Do to very little use one of the batteries went bad and after all this time they replaced it without question or any cost to me.I highly recommend them to anyone solely based on their integrity. read more

I brought in my car for electrical problems as my battery kept getting drained and the dashboard voltage meter was always low. After explaining i had electrical problems and making an appointment for 8am i was assured my car could and would be diagnosed and fixed by 2pm because i had a dermatologist appointment at 230 for cancer issues(obviously a serious appointment). After 3 or 4 phone calls back and forth and me agreeing to pay over $100 for diagnosis on my electrical and ac i was called again informing me that the battery drain issue was resolved and that i could pick up my car on time to make my doctor appointment but the ac part needed to be ordered and repaired at a later date which i also agreed to.Upon arriving to pick up my car at 1:30pm they explained that, and yes this is what they told me: "we resolved the battery drain issue but cant guarantee its fixed"! I went to my car to verify the voltage meter was still low and the battery was still dying(the battery was tested twice and checked out as good). When i came back in to explain that i was guaranteed a fixed car to make my appointment on time i was met with an asinine response that it was my fault because i didnt explain the battery drain properly; mind you im not a mechanic and brought it in for electrical problems so my only mistake was trusting them to be qualified enough to do what the said they would do: diagnose and repair the electrical issue. The more i questioned why after 5 hours of diagnostics they not only didnt find the issue but completely lied and said battery drain was fixed the more they blamed me and said 5 hours was not enough time because starters,alternators, cables ect needed to be checked and apparently in 5 hours none of those were looked at, again somehow because of me not being a mechanic and not being able to diagnose for the to diagnose it(yes it was asinine and confusing for me as well). They then offered me 2 options: one was to have it towed to another garage of my choice or keep it there and they would rent me a car while it was being checked so i wouldnt miss my appointment; at this point it was 2:05 and my dr was at 2:30. They called the car rental place and assured me that the rental would be there in 10 to 15 minutes getting me to dermatologist on time- at this point i was upset but satisfied i wouldnt miss this very important doctors visit. After waiting outside for 15 minutes the police showed up saying they were there because of a complaint of a loud upset customer; mind you i never threatened, used profanity or anything at all during my conversation with the manager who, of course, was playing the victim, not taking responsibility and as i found out later lying again about the towing and rental car. After explaining to the police exactly what happened the officer said there was nothing he could do for me either because i wasnt being charged for any service- by this time it was 2:30 and i had missed my appointment to remove the cancer finding out later the next appointment i could get would be 30 days away and when you have growths, and if youve had cancer you know what can happen in a months time. Im a single father of a 10 year old girl and 12 year old boy that lost their mother to cancer 2 years ago so you could imagine how upset i was not only for being lied to about the repaired battery drain(that had already left me stranded on the side of the road once) and finding out it was NOT actually guaranteed to be fixed and could leave me and my kids stranded in the middle of us1, not only was i upset about being lied to about towing my vehicle "free of charge and to a location of my choice" not only was i upset about them blaming me and in no way taking any responsibility for doing nothing but unplugging my car stereo in the 5 hours they had it; not only was i upset finding out later that the police were called delaying me even more; not only was i upset that they lied to me about the "no cost to me" car rental that never arrived - but i was absolutely upset at the guarantee that i wouldnt miss this very important doctors visit that could be life or death and id have to wait another 30 days to see what happens with that. Asinine doesnt cover their lack of knowledge, respect, quality of service or even compassion for another human, not including the doible talk run around as to how nothing was their fault. I could go on in further detail but i hope this saves you from wasting any time,money or trust on this firestone in Stuart by home depot -In the end i had to drive me car that was still not charging the battery and barely made it back to my house by 2:40 10 minutes after my appointment i was assured id not miss. read more

Update on damage to my door that Firestone did when installing my tires. Manager said get it fixed and they would pay. Well took 5 weeks to hear back from Firestone corporate and when they did respond. They wanted me to sign essentially a gag order keeping me quiet about their POOR SERVICE. SO IN ORDER FOR THEM TO PAY FOR MY REPAIRS TO THE DAMAGE THEY DID I HAD TO SIGN MY RIGHTS AWAY FOR A CHECK. Obviously I did not Agree to their term. I'd much rather be able to tell the paying public not to use Firestone. read more

A friend of mines car battery died at the parking lot at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Stuart Fl. We did not have jumper cables to start her car. I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care and told them that a friend of mine had a dead battery and had no money to pay for an start up. Their service manager sent Chris, an employee to jump start her car at no charge. Call and compared prices they were higher and didn't carry the tires I needed but said he could get them in 20 min. I ordered them made the appointment because we had to be on the road for a schedule. I called on my way to follow up and make sure they had them and I was treated rudely. He was short with me on the phone and said he doesn't see where they were ordered he said I had to wait till the guy that comes in and speak with him. When we got there they treated my husband with poor customer service also. We were stuck waiting because we had not went with the other tire stores that were much more customer service friendly. If i could give them no stars i would. Said they could replace my dad's tire by 10am the next day before we had to leave for college. Turns out they never even shipped the tire and failed to call us to tell us. My dad had to call them 5 times to find out. Then told him he can drive his car (with the leaking tire) to Palm beach gardens to get a tire from another shop. My sister and i had to drive down and get it and bring it up to them. After we dropped it off they said they'd have it on in 20 mins. 1 hour later it still wasn't ready. Wasn't able to go to college that day and had to cancel hotel reservations. Beyond disappointed. chrome rims damaged from tire rotation by tech named vince! ! they used a rusty screwdriver to remove my center caps and scratched and removed chrome from rims! chris the "manager" acknowledge the damage and said he could have it fixed, 11 hours later he told me it could not be fixed and either allow him to use "chrome spray paint" or just take the cost of the damage out of my pocket!!! contacting bbb and corporate awaiting a response! if you dont mind damage from laziness on your vehicle then this is the place for you!! read more
