I let them know, I was not able to pick them up it up right away, as I was scheduled to work during the week. Management were easy to deal with, and very professional. On August 24, 2019 I took my Chevrolet Cruze to Pep Boys, in Weslaco, toget its BOSCH battery…read morereplaced under warranty. It was replaced, but I had to HELP the technician with installing the battery retainer plate CORRECTLY! It got done. Today, October 1, 2019 I returned because the BOSCH battery failed. After I got my car, I checked under the hood and the positive terminal was not attached correctly. It had to be lowered in order for the fuse box/cover to fit properly. THEN it was when I noticed the battery installed was a CHAMPION battery! I did NOT pay for a CHAMPION battery! The service advisor NEVER asked me if I would accept a different battery and he DID NOT tell me a different brand battery had been installed! CAN'T anyone do a job CORRECTLY nowadays?! I brought this up to the service advisor and AFTER I asked why a CHAMPION battery was installed, he told me he did not have a BOSCH battery in stock and that he would order one. COME ON, MAN!!! Their parts department is good, though.

I found bolts laying in my engine and installed them where they belong....don't take your vehicle to Ace Auto, you will regret it.
