Yesterday I was told they won't cover the battery because its over 30000 miles. They also said that GM said to re-flash the transmission management module and drive it 1000 miles if it happens again bring it back. Today I get a call from the sales department asking if I wanted to trade it in. I was dude I just bought it 3 months ago. So I told him what I wanted. After 7 days I was called and told they could not recreate the problem and I can come get my vehicle. At the time i picked it up I was informed they don't work on vehicles 15 years or older. My vehicle was 15yrs and 3 months old. So this is my opinion they had my vehicle and never looked at it. With no intention of working on it. So I pick it up. As I am leaving the service department the problem occurred in the parking lot. Yup they could not recreate the problem but I can. As the only owner of this vehicle Chevrolet has been the only place that has worked on it. For all the maintenance. Therefore I had full trust that I could count on the service. Boy was I wrong and played as a not important or valued customer. No I would not recommend this business for sales or service. This also will be possibly be the last Chevrolet that I will own.
