come here at your own risk, they gave me a bad alignment TWICE might i add and over time it caused cupping on my tires. I went to my dealership (which i should've done in the first place) and they said that my tires are chopped up so bad on the insides it sounds like a wheel bearing issue when it's not. they told me to go back to firestone to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. when i did, MARK the manager insulted my intelligence and belittled my situation. he said things like "if you're going to come in here with vinegar i'll give it right back, if you come in with honey then we can maybe work something out" and "well you get what you pay for" and "you put in 5 dollars that's all you'll get back". he then writes me up a quote for the same economic tires i did not want equaling out to the exact same cost of the tires i purchased here not even two years ago. so their solution to their alignment ruining my new tires i purchased from them? to buy new tires again for the same amount. saying they cut me a deal because i should've got "road hazard". He kept mentioning this "road hazard protection" being the reason he couldn't help me..when the tires started cupping due to their back to back faulted alignment NOT due to my driving. ALSO PSA do not waste your money buying tires here. Their "economy brand" is $50 cheaper than high rated name brand tires like Goodyear & Kuhmo. Just stick with your dealership!! I had alignment and tire rotation done 7/7/25. It was easy to set up the appointment and the job was done quickly while I waited. I was concerned that my chrome wheels might get scratched by the sockets and they put electrical tape around the socket to prevent any potential for scratches. It is definitely worth the money to get their lifetime alignment. read more

TLDR; The customer service getting my car in multiple times was good though, service not so much. I went in after replacing my control arms to get it aligned. Just an alignment cost $116 which i would've been fine paying if i didn't have to come back twice. The first time i went my steering wheel wasn't centered, brought it back and it's not centered but the other way this time, third time it was centered but pulled to the side. I gave up on them and went to do it myself at my own work. Pulled onto the rack and every value was red. Firestones printer "doesn't work" so they weren't able to show me the values afterwards but here they are posted from my Hunter alignment rack. read more

Don't take your car here. Every time I go, they turn a simple oil change or state inspection into a cash grab. They nickel and dime you on every little thing, then offer you 10% off to make it seem like you got a good deal. I don't know much about cars, so at first I just thought they were telling me what I need. But it became habitual. I've been to this shop a lot because I work at the mall. They are honest, trustworthy and friendly every time. I took my car in yesterday for what I thought would be a costly repair, and I was only charged a diagnostic fee of $25 and they fixed the issue. As a woman, I often feel like mechanics are trying to put one over on me. That's not the case here. They're awesome. read more

Walked in here at 6pm 3 29 16 for an alignment. The guy behind the counter was too busy texting to notice me. I requested an alignment and got a "that's not going to happen today, come back tomorrow" They had an entire hour to do an alignment on a new car Very unprofessional to text behind the counter and turn away customers an hour before closing. If I could give zero stars, I would. I came here for a basic oil change instead of going to my usual mechanic because I had a coupon here. Big mistake. I waited for about a half hour which was nice, they were speedy, great! Everything seemed fine until I left. I noticed that something seemed out of place. It felt like they never changed the oil and my car was running slower and more sluggish than before I took it in for service. I took it to my usual mechanic who said they never put the dip stick back in and as a result, the car is now spewing oil. I called the store immediately and told them the situation. You know what they said to me? "Where'd you put the dipstick?" Where did I put the dipstick? More like where did YOUR mechanic put the dipstick? Why would I hide a dipstick? That's just ob surd! So after arguing with the guy that I didn't have the dipstick he shortly remarked, "Ok well I'll order you a new one and call you when it comes in." Before he could get off the phone, which I know he wanted to do, I explained that this WASN'T good enough. I'm doing a 75 mile a day commute and can't afford to have oil spewing out of my engine and that it's a serious problem. He then said, "Well if you think it's such an issue, you order the dipstick and put it in." So I did....I ordered the dipstick through my mechanic, got it that day, put it in, and went to the store to get reimbursed. The mechanic looked at me, rolled his eyes and said, "Do you need us to put that in for you too?" WOW final straw...I may be a woman but I know how to put a DIPSTICK INTO MY CAR. When I asked to be reimbursed for the oil change as the oil is no longer in my vehicle and all over the engine, the gentleman at the counter gave me a hard time with that as well. Moral of the story, buyer beware, you might think the $10-15 you save by having a coupon is worth it, but in the long run it's not. Came in knowing my front tires were slipping a bit. Figured I needed new tires on front and back since I got new tires about a year ago and have gone cross country on top of multiple other trips since. Mike explained to me exactly what the wear situation was on each tire and let me know I really only needed front for now. He also let me know my oil had been a bit low and they topped me off with no extra charge, something I hadn't even asked them to check. Mike and the crew here were excellent since moving back to the east coast I plan on only coming here for tire needs. read more

Took my vehicle to Firestone 3 months ago for an oil change. My car was making a noise checked the oil. There was hardly any oil in it. It was leaking oil. They did not put the oil bolt in correctly. Took it back to Firestone to have them check it and they said it was fine. They took it for a test drive and still said it was fine. As soon as i started to drive the banging was horrible. I only made it the mall parking lot across the street. Now having it towed. NEVER EVER take your car to Firestone because they don't check anything! Never going back there again. read more

Great place. Checks over everything on car to be on safe side and explaines repairs to you. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

After a routine auto inspection my car came back in worse condition than it went in. Their money hungry technicians (CJ was the guy) had my car come out with a disconnected battery and dead rear license plate light. Mind you as I mentioned earlier they were perfectly fine when I drove in. After hours of waiting they came out telling me I need to change my battery terminal and plate light setup I was presented with a $550 bill for what needed to be no more than a $25 inspection. I refused and took the car home, where I tightened the battery terminal and connected the plate light back up, and what do you know it worked! Not broken or in need of replacement, it's perfectly fine. Oh and did I mention my car stalled on the way back home because they basically disconnected my battery (made it so loose that it only had enough "juice" to start the car) and all the electricity was coming from the alternator, which did damage to it in the long run. Do NOT go here if you're a helpless victim who doesn't know your basic car inner workings because they WILL rob you of your hard earned money! BEWARE! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Unless you don't care that Javier will be whipping it in the parking lot with your car. They said they have to do their usual 20mph loop which is fine. But when I can heard the engine and an exhaust on a stock car I think that a little bit more than 20mph. Then they gave me a price over the phone WITH TAX then charged more when I got there. Their customer service wasn't bad. The employee doesn't know how to deal with a situation. He was like a lost puppy when we said we had a complaint. I wish i had the option to not give any stars. My mom took her car to firestone because it had a leak in the engine. They "checked it" and called back ( being very rude on the phone might i add) and they did absolutely nothing to her car. IN FACT, they actually messed it up even more! I have been a Firestone customer for a long time. But, only one visit to this location and I will NEVER return to this location again. I have a 2009 Suzuki SX4 wich I purchashed brand new in 2009. I have all of the maintenance receipts from day one. I wanted my winter studs turned out, an oil change and a coolant flush. They contactact me while they had the car and I was out shopping. The said I needed a new battery. Now, remember, I have in my possesion ALL of my maintenance records on me. I replaced the original battery just 8 months ago at my dealer. Whom, I contacted and the said if they find it bad they will replace it for free. Thats a $300 bill. Now, Firestone is trying high pressure tactics to get me to replace it and I said no. All of a sudden a mechanic comes out and says he retested it and the battery is fine. Funny how that works. Then, they try to tell me I need a brake fluid flush. The car is only eight years old and I have had the fluid flushed at 54k and at 73k. They show me some card saying it is discolored. If you look at the CLEAR plastic brake fluid reservoir you can SEE the pretty yellow color brake fluid. THE COLOR IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE. Not the purple coler they said it was. Not to mention I just had this car at another location 8 months ago and NONE of these problems existed! Then they tell me the rear differential was leaking and they showed me. it was. Problem is they wrote up on the bill. "Rear diff leaking from axle seals drain bolt threads are a bit messed up. I NEVER ASKED THEM TO TOUCH ANY DRAIN BOLT PLUGS HERE! I told them put the tires on my car and do not touch any thing else. I contacted my dealer and he said they will check it out. I have called Firestone corporate and filed a complaint, I have contacted the BBB and I am finding out if the State Attorney Generals office can help me. I have contacted my lawyer. Because my daughter has this car at college and will not be home for another month. If something goes wrong with that car that jeopardizes the well being of my daughter......I WILL SUE! read more
