They were going to replace with a used engine with more miles on it than my current engine. Gave them a call to ask what the deal was. They said it failed a compression test. I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. The second mechanic fixed it by replacing some fuel injectors and O2 sensors for a couple hundred bucks. I told the second mechanic that I was told it failed a compression test. He told me he did a compression test too and it looked fine. That was over 3 years and tens of thousands of miles ago and my engine is still going strong. I think this is the first bad review I have ever left because I don't want to hurt someone's business and I'm sure there are good mechanics who work there, but I wanted to caution people to get a second opinion before accepting a big job from CBA on Woodlawn.

When I asked to use the credit for my second vehicle instead, he refused. ​Groupon has confirmed they cannot refund me because Valvoline marked the service as "redeemed." When I returned to resolve this, Cade changed his story, claiming he only "recommended" the dealership and didn't refuse service--which is a lie.
