I used Yelp to find the nearest tire shop who might be able to help me. I called Lugos tire & Road Service in Kenly NC and told him about the incident. He told me that he had a pair of similar size trailer tires that should work for me. I limped the trailer a few miles and arrived at the shop. A mechanic directed me to the area where they wanted to perform the work. They informed me of the price and that they only take cash or Zelle. The price was very fair and within seconds of my approval the trailer was lifted on a pair of jacks and both wheels were off. They mounted brand new tires and heavy duty valve stems, balanced the wheels and had them on the trailer. I was shocked to see them take the extra care to measure the lug pressure with a torque wrench. Lugos Tire sells new and used tires, repairs tires and offers road service. They were a godsend when I was in need. Amazing service and great people. I highly recommend you buy your next tires from Lugos.

I was sent to Wilson for an alignment as the Goldsboro location don't do it. I get here and they say they can't do it because of a spoiler lip on front bumper. Then let me sit in the waiting room and don't even tell me the issue and I wait for almost a hour before being told. Will never come back to this location

Once I pulled over and looked at the tire I realized my tire was stripping. We road Off the highway down Airport Blvd and seen a Tesla in front of Mr. Tire, which lead us to believe they can help. We wasn't wrong, once we went inside we was greeted with warmth and positivity. Calib owns the Tesla that attracted us to the store and he was so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us get back on the road to Miami Florida. He saved our trip and took so much stress off. He even offered to take us to get something to eat, words can not express how thankful I am for Calib. The Tesla I was driving was a rental. Caleb even spoke to the owner and worked things out for us. He gave the Tesla owner detailed information on the Tire issues, so much that the owner trusted him right away. Also as I waited for my car to be fixed I noticed that everyone that came in seemed like family. Caleb is the Owner and Operator who is mortally Intact, trust worthy and fare. I highly recommend this shop. If I lived near this MrTire location. I wouldn't go any place else. I had a bad experience with a Mr.Tire in another state in the past and I will say that Calib has redeemed the name and rep. of Mr. Tire. Trash service. I had a 9:30am appointment for an inspection for registration renewal. They tell me…read moreI have to wait 20 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT! 30 minutes later they tell me I need wiper blades. THEY CHARGE ME $60 FOR A PAIR. I can go get rainX for $36. I say something and the guy rudely tells me I have 2 options: 1 get charged for a submitted failed inspection and go buy some and put them on and get recharged by them for a passed inspection, or pay them plus $3 a piece to install. Lashika was at least kind and gave a small discount after showing her a comparable price. The dude was on a power trip with his tone. By now they have got me and it's not worth leaving. It then takes them 30 minutes to install 2 wiper blades that I did myself in 30 seconds per wiper. $3 for 30 seconds of pressing a button and snapping a new one in. I am there an hour for a preset appointment that they are late for, for an inspection only and 2 people sitting in the waiting area. Rude, manipulative, and setting traps for people they think don't know cars. I've done a full motor rebuild in my shop, I know my stuff. I just needed an official inspection done. They are ripping people off with a sorry attitude.
