12/13/13: I stopped by to get my tire pressure checked. The guy told me that I had a nail in my…read moretire that wasn't bad & for me to keep an eye on it. It didn't need patching or anything according to him & they were too busy to take the nail out. So, I went home & woke up the next day to a completely flat tire. I ended up ordering a brand new set of tires from them online. The next day when my tires arrived, I had my vehicle towed there and the tires replaced. The cost of the tires was good compared to other tire places in the area, so I went with them. They sent me a message letting me know when I could pick my vehicle up. Because I purchased my tires online, Mike told me that I'd have to show my ID when I came to get my vehicle. When I got there, the guy at the register simply gave me my key and an envelope with my receipt for my tires. No ID was ever requested. I wasn't that happy with this entire experience because I feel that the nail in my tire should've been handled the first day but because they were busy, they told me that I was good to leave with it. I was going to get my tires from Acura but had to get these due to my flat tire and not being able to wait days to replace them. I recommend this place if you're looking for reasonably priced tires. The customer service here needs work though.

I think someone was looking out for me when I came across this business. There's so many good…read morethings I don't know where to begin. First- they don't do appointments. It's walk-in only. They open at 8am get there. Second- the GPS will take you to an abandoned looking building. Park there in the gravel area and walk next door. You'll see their small office. You might have to get their attention by calling out to them because they are working hard. Third- they are honest. Genuine. Sincere. Fair. They weren't trying to sell me anything. I thought my tire was for sure unrepairable and I needed a new tire. Ok, long story short. The tire wouldn't inflate anymore. It sat overnight at Sheetz until the morning to get towed. It was towed without issues to Solis. When we arrive, he immediately inspected it and said it's repairable. The valve just needs to be replaced. I'll do that and inflate it to be sure. 20 mins later he comes out, installs the tire; it was good as new. No leaks! Best part? $16!! My thoughts? He could've easily charged me for a new tire because I didn't know any better. He could've easily charged me for a second new tire because there was a large nail in a back one. At that point he might have convinced me for 4 new tires... but he did none of that. In fact, he made sure the second tire wasn't leaking air either before I left. This is the kind of customer service that small towns like Zebulon are known for. It's family run, small, and honest. Make the drive to Zebulon for their work- it'll be worth it.

I had a bad noise after having this shop replaced all 4 tires on my van, which took them 6 hours by the way. Took it back to them to have my noice checked out. They told me " you selected the wrong type of tire, nothing we can do. But while removing your wheels to check things out, we damaged your rear hub bearing". So after two more days, this shop replaced me hub bearing at no charge to me and sent me on my way. After some research of my own, I confirmed I did not select the wrong tires for my van, and this shop was just telling me lies to make me leave. I took the van to a second Just Tires location for them to diagnose the noise. They said the first shop incorrectly installed the hub bearing, and the job needed to be redone. Problem is the second location did not have the capability to do so ( I think they just didn't wanna do warranty work that wasn't caused by them). And now I can't get a phone number or talk to anyone above the employees at this sorry store. Please take your car literally anywhere else to be fixed . This is a nightmare

His helpers aren't experienced or trustworthy also. Right after performing work on a van, check engine light, warnings, and issues have come up. Now having to pay someone to fix this. Right after working on a quick aftermarket add on part, the dealership showed me the overfilled fluid level as well as loose fitting- and mentioned how that could have been bad if I didn't have them double check his work. Welding that is very bent and messes up a $16,000 trailer. The list goes on.
