It makes you realize that the experience at franchise places is a lot of window dressing and not necessarily an outstanding massage. The prices are reasonable, especially if you compare it to some of the other places. I always make sure I tip well (and it is still cheaper than a Massage Envy), plus I prefer to patronize a local establishment whenever possible.

Was able to come in fairly quickly after calling which was awesome especially for last minute on Valentine's Day ! I asked for a female masseuse for my session and they very quickly and respectively accommodated my request :) For the foot massage it's one big room but it's sectioned off with partitions, so you might hear other or see people walking around but I didn't mind or really notice, when the 45 minute foot massage was over they politely escorted us to a more private area to for the body massage. The ladies kept trying to push extra services on me and wouldn't disclose the additional pricing. And when I went up to the front, I had scanned the venmo code and put in a 15% tip, ready to pay as long as they didn't pressure me again like last time.... but then they did, so i immediately lowered it before sending it. And then she stopped me and asked me about the amount, I told her I paid and still tipped, and she wouldn't let me leave for 5 minutes until finally telling me I was fine to go. Good massage, but absolutely awful customer service. I would never recommend going here to anyone.
