She is the worse administrative assistant I've had to deal with so far since buying my condo in 2009. You can't communicate with her on the phone. You have to go through a call center, leave a message, and she'll never call you back. My newest problem with this incompetent management company, I have a list of others, is that they refuse to get the sprinkler system fixed to water the plants in the common areas. I've brought this to Madelyn Rivera's attention multiple times this past year. To finally shut me up, she had all the water turned off in the common areas this past December. This was only a band aid to the problem. We are now in June and still they haven't fixed the sprinkler system. Madelyn Rivera is in no rush to do her job and get the plants watered. As a result, Madelyn Rivera has allowed many of the plants on the property to die. Beware of this poorly ran company and especially of Madelyn Rivera. I'm surprised that she has a job based on her poor communication skills and her consistent failure to manage our property properly. I've included some pictures resulting in Madelyn Rivera's lack of excellent job performance.

He not only got me a loan but he also got me THE BEST of anything possible (interest rate, terms and so on and so forth)! I was looking for a cash out loan and he got the maximum cash I could ever qualify for!! After I got the loan and told my friends about it no one could believe it! The mortgage companies who still kept calling me after I got my loan to sell their loan backed up right away when I told them about what I got!!
