Definitely do not recommend. Bad experience. As a title company you have to cross your T's and dot your i's. Going back to drawing board and coming up with some Strong SOP's is what your organization needs. read more

I used the office on La Canada in Oro Valley. I really wish all title companies were this good and responsive. I've bought several homes over the years and never had such a great response time from Stacy and her employees. They were always very pleasant and helpful and followed up with lenders and agents diligently to close early! read more

I have used title companies going on 15 years for probably a dozen transactions. This was honestly the worse experience I have had. The security officer, Pam, was non-responsive to communications. We didn't have our settlement statement until 1.5 hours before closing. My loan officer was communicating to me each time I made a request, yet when I would make a request or inquiry on title: crickets. I pray I don't ever have to make a title claim, cause this company would be the absolute worse should something large be needed. I would not recommend anyone use this company. The notary during the signing was top notch though. Will not use again, and anytime I hear of someone buying or selling a property, I will mention to avoid this title agency. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They did a refi for us and at the closing my husband and I both were of the opinion that it was the worst closing we've ever done. The officer just said "sign here" without any explanations of what we were signing at all. Then come to find out two years later they didn't put the property back in to our trust. They explained it had to come out of the trust for a day or two but then would be put back in. But nope that didn't happen and now the officer is claiming they were not given instructions by the lender to put it back in the trust. Odd statement bc we both remember them telling us it would be put back in the trust. The lender is also saying it should have been in the trust and we have documents from closing discussing the trust. Now we are seeing that somehow they put our property in 2 different parcels and I have a past due notice on property tax. How they split it in two I have no idea. It's a complete mess. We have purchased several properties and refinanced several times. This is by far the worst experience we have ever had. We went with title sec because they were the cheapest option but now I see you get what you pay for and I am left with a huge mess read more

Looks like some of the reviewers have had some issues here in the past. I fully believe this is a one off issue. I have done MANY transactions with Gary Sneyd, Pam Woods, and some of the other people in this office and have never had major issues or an issue cause by their title or escrow that pushed a closing date back. read more

I ended up having two transactions with this company (within two weeks of each other), both transactions did not occur without hiccups. First inclination this place does not have their act together came as we were selling our home. The buyers selected Title Security of Arizona - why not, they seem to have the monopoly in Tucson. For whatever reason, Title Security decided my husband was a Jr and claimed he had a bankruptcy on his record. Even after receiving our SSN - they still were unable to figure out they had the wrong guy. Then, they decided they would not be able to issue an ALTA title insurance policy due to our neighbor's septic tank being on our property - we disclosed the issue and provided documentation from our attorney and Pima County that the issue had been resolved. According to their "manager" there was no proof of the resolution. In fact, he claimed that we also had a driveway easement on our property. The driveway he claimed was where the septic system had been dug up, removed, remediated, and relocated. So, they in essence they created a new easement with the proof they were lacking for the septic system removal. They also did not offer a resolve to rectify the situation, just said "no", they were unable to issue a policy. Thankfully my husband was able to deal with their manager - he would not respond to my questions. After this ordeal, I had asked my realtor to change title insurance/escrow officers for our new home purchase. He said it would be too difficult so we stuck with this horrible, horrible company. When it came time for us to sign for our new home, we were given two dates/times. Thursday at 4pm or Friday at 8:30am - with less than 1 day's notice. I'm sorry, but I have to work to be able to afford my mortgage. When we purchased our first home - the escrow officer met us at our convenience (at about 7pm at a Coffee Exchange). We would have been able to close early on our home purchase had it not been for Title Security of Arizona. Every delay in this process is directly related to how this company does business. Nothing about Title Security of Arizona is about customer convenience. Even getting the check to us from the sale our home has been a hurdle. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! read more

This title company is in the 80's regarding technology. They DO NOT use electronic signatures, the agent told me she even has a hard time with email! Their scanning and printing is straight from the 80's - Update your system and become modernized! Everything had to be fed-exed. Their costs are double what we paid on our previous transaction a year prior. I will refuse to use them on any future real estate transactions. read more

I would never use Title Security Agency again, especially the Oracle office run by Pam Woods. Careless and incompetent are the words that come to mind. Somehow, Long Realty joined with Title Security by the hip, which is unfortunate for the consumers. I recently closed the sale of a home jointly owned by my wife and me. We both signed off on a "proceeds authorization" wiring the proceeds to an account separately owned by one of us. Pam Woods had the form for about 10 days prior to closing. At 230 of the date of closing, Pam Woods' assistant called to tell me that even though my wife and I signed the form, the proceeds could only be paid to a joint account. Further, since Ms. Woods' assistant waited until 230 to call me, the proceeds could not be wired for four days (the closing was on the Friday before Labor Day). When I complained about four days of lost interest income on the proceeds, Ms. Woods basically said "sorry, have a nice weekend and thank you." Sitting on the forms for 10 days without reading them was irritating, waiting until 230 of the date of closing to call me was irritating, and not offering any credit to compensate for their mistake was irritating. I will not use Title Security Agency ever again. Multiple mathematical errors on the HUD-1. Very poor customer service. Ask for items, then changed their minds, then ask for the again. Didn't seem to know what they were doing. Never return phone calls or emails. Very unwilling to help resolve issues with errors on the settlement statement. Closing with them was a terrible experience. Did not want to take the time to answer my questions. I had to be my own advocate with everything because there were so many errors. Beware! read more

DO NOT USE THIS TITLE AGENCY! This is the worse title company I've ever dealt with. Multiple errors caused delay in wire transfer. I had to be without my money for 5 days even though I signed my property over to the new owners. Didn't have the house or the money because of paperwork errors. Lost interest and extra loan interest and they did nothing to reimburse me for their errors. Not the fault of the buyers or me as a seller. Just their office errors! To think I had to pay them for this level of service. read more

Based on my experience, I would look for a different title company if you have a choice. They were difficult to communicate with and they forgot an obvious item on the contract so I was told to send them a check for the buyer at the last minute because the contract couldn't be redone. read more

This company has completely ignored my requests to correct mistakes with transactions. They continue to hold on to monies and do not make attempts to meet with me. An error occurred by our insurance broker. It took me 8 months to find the mistake. When brought to their attention, Gabe Nunez from Title Security has done nothing to resolve the account. He didn't even make an attempt to check on my concerns. Very inefficient company and eluding to us as customers. read more
