Update: Things change. The house gets updated floors and the AV and security system need to update as well. Some things don't change like the excellent service from First Call. Peter and his team of experts are smart, friendly, creative and on time. We have been First Call clients and fans for years. They consistently over-deliver on their service. Their work is impeccable. The technicians are smart. They ask smart questions to understand what you want and offer ideas and solutions to achieve your goals. We had a general idea of what we wanted the AV and security system to do and how it would operate and where it would go. They took our ideas and developed a plan that exceeded expectations. They're very careful when working and seem to follow the mantra to measure twice and cut once. The communication with First Call throughout the process is amazing. If we change our mind or have a new idea, no problem they can handle it. If there's something we don't know how to do after the install, no problem. If we "break" it, no problem. They are patient, helpful, responsive and friendly. We felt like a partner in this process but they did all the work. Enough can't be said about their creativity and knowledge. The bottom line is when you have a system installed you want it to work and not have a lot of cables and other stuff cluttering up the room. First Call makes it look good, work and last. Burglars are a huge issues amongst college students like myself. First Call has an alarm system built into your house that will protect you from more than a minor break in. If an attacker comes and tells you to shut your alarm off, there is a special code you can use that will alert the police of the intrusion and then the alarm off at the same time. They will be on sight within minutes to protect you. I have never known of a company that offers such a luxury. What a great idea!
