The total amount was more than I expected but still within the range that I would consider acceptable for the work being done. When Dmitry was done the gate worked as it did when it was first installed. Why would I take .5 stars away? To pay with a card they would charge an additional 3%, I actually have no problem with that since I know they have to pay a percentage of the charge to their bank. But I was dissappointed that no discount was even considered when paying cold, hard cash. Just out of spite I considered writing a check just to make it that much more inconvenient to take my money. But in the end, Dmitry was very nice, Maya had very good communication via texting, so I opted to just pay cash anyway. Overall, I would definitely recommend their service, but I'll probably shop around for discounts for paying cash.

Try as I might, I have not been able to get a quote on the camera system we are wired for nor can we get anyone to come out and transfer the previous owners information to ours. AVIR has obviously made the lion share of their money on the previous owner and I guess they have $$ based priorities beyond that. We are now forced to replace the Savant system with a more mainstream product. I will update this review as we move along.

For my first home, the actual owner showed up for my installation. This guy was amazing! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! I was on hold for hours plus being transferred from one department to another. If there was a problem with the doorbell, they transferred me to Google and I was on hold for another hour. If my cameras are not working with Expert Alarm, I text George even on a Sunday and he responds with a text within 15 minutes. He's just amazing! Plus the cost is half the ADT so the value is incredible. The service is fantastic and the quality is impressive. They notify me every time somebody comes in the door through a text. Nightly there's a cat that comes into my yard eand there's a photo of him sent to my email. Plus they send me emails and a text every time the gardener is in the yard. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so impressed with the quality and their service. It's amazing especially after years with ADT. I wasted so much time on hold plus when their own equipment wasn't working they charged me over $100 to come out and fix their own equipment.
